Aqueous electrochromic battery(ECB)has shown intense potential for achieving energy storage and saving *** tungsten oxide(WO_(3))is the most promising EC material for co.mercialization,the cycling stability of WO_(3)-based aqueous ECBs is currently unsatisfactory due to the repeated phase transition during the redox process and the co.rosion by acidic ***,we present a titanium-tungsten oxide alloy(Ti-WO_(3))with co.trollable morphology and crystal phase synthesized by a facile hot injection method to overco.e the *** co.trast to co.ventional monoclinic WO_(3),the Ti-WO_(3)nanorods can stably maintain their cubic crystal phase during the redox reaction in an acidic electrolyte,thus leading to dramatically enhanced response speed and cycling stability,Specifically,when working in a well-matched hybrid Al^(3+)/Zn^(2+)aqueous electrolyte,our phasetransition-free cubic Ti-WO_(3)exhibits an ultra-high cycling stability(>20000 cycles),fast response speed(3,95 s/4,65 s for bleaching/co.oring),as well as excellent discharge areal capacity of 214.5 mA h m^(-2),We further fabricate a fully co.plementa ry aqueous electrochromic device,for the first time,using a Ti-WO_(3)/Prussian blue device ***,the co.plementary ECB shows>10000 stable operation cycles,attesting to the feasibility of our Ti-WO_(3)for practical *** work validates the significance of inhibiting the phase transitions of WO_(3)during the electrochromic process for realizing highly cyclable aqueous ECB,which can possibly provide a generalized design guidance for other high-quality metallic oxides for electrochemical applications.

Parameter Estimation of a Valve-co.trolled Cylinder System Model Based on Bench Test and Operating Data Fusion

The accurate estimation of parameters is the premise for establishing a high-fidelity simulation model of a valve-co.trolled cylinder *** test data are easily obtained,but it is challenging to emulate actual loads in the research on parameter estimation of valve-co.trolled cylinder *** the actual load information co.tained in the operating data of the co.trol valve,its acquisition remains *** paper proposes a method that fuses bench test and operating data for parameter estimation to address the aforementioned *** proposed method is based on Bayesian theory,and its co.e is a pool fusion of prior information from bench test and operating ***,a system model is established,and the parameters in the model are ***,the bench and operating data of the system are ***,the model parameters and weight co.fficients are estimated using the data fusion ***,the estimated effects of the data fusion method,Bayesian method,and particle swarm optimisation(PSO)algorithm on system model parameters are *** research shows that the weight co.fficient represents the co.tribution of different prior information to the parameter estimation *** effect of parameter estimation based on the data fusion method is better than that of the Bayesian method and the PSO *** load co.plexity leads to a decrease in model accuracy,highlighting the crucial role of the data fusion method in parameter estimation studies.

Geroprotection from ergothioneine treatment in Drosophila melanogaster by improving intestinal barrier and activation of intestinal autophagy

Ergothioneine is a natural amino acid with powerful antioxidant activity. Previous studies have demonstrated that ergothioneine can increase the lifespan of Drosophila melanogaster and Caenorhabditis elegans， and enhance telomerase activity. In present study， the metagenomics sequencing and qRT-PCR analysis were employed to characterize the co.position and diversity of gut microbiome in aging flies. And the alterations in the gut barrier， gut morphology， and other gut physiological indicators of aging flies were evaluated. Here， the results showed that EGT induced little variations in gut microbiota co.position in flies at mid-life， and significant alterations in the gut microbiota populations were only observed in flies at late-life. And ergothioneine attenuated age-related gut injuries， including decreasing reactive oxygen species levels in intestinal enterocytes， reduction of intestinal cells death， and preservation of gut integrity in aging flies. Ergothioneine also improved the gut morphology by preserving the structure and shape of cell organelles and inducing the intestinal autophagy. And activation of intestinal autophagy also co.tributed to the longevity effect mediated by ergothioneine in an unidentified mechanism.

A co.pact UHF Antenna Based on Hilbert Fractal Elements and a Serpentine Arrangement for Detecting Partial Discharg

Efforts to protect electric power systems from faults have co.monly relied on the use of ultra-high frequency(UHF)antennas for detecting partial discharge(PD)as a co.mon precursor to ***,the effectiveness of existing UHF antennas suffers from a number of challenges such as limited bandwidth,relatively large physical size,and low detection *** present study addresses these issues by proposing a co.pact microstrip patch antenna with fixed dimensions of 100 mm×100 mm×1.6 *** results of co.putations yield an optimized antenna design co.sisting of 2nd-order Hilbert fractal units positioned within a four-layer serpentine arrangement with a fractal unit co.nection distance of 3.0 ***,the optimized antenna design achieves a detection bandwidth for which the voltage standing wave ratio is less than 2 that is approximately 97.3%of the UHF frequency range(0.3–3 GHz).Finally,a prototype antenna is fabricated using standard printed circuit board technology,and the results of experiments demonstrate that the proposed antenna is capable of detecting PD signals at a distance of 8 m from the discharge source.

This paper presents an embedded SRAM design for write buffer applications in flash *** write buffer is implemented with a newly proposed self-adaptive timing co.trol circuit,an area-saving sense-latch circuit and 6 T SRAM cell units.A 2 kb SRAM macro with the area of 135μm×180μm is implemented in and applied to a 128 Mb NOR flash memory with the SMIC 65 nm NOR flash memory *** simulation and chip test results show that the SRAM write buffer is beneficial to high-density flash memory design.

Strategy of preparing Smco.based films with high co.rcivity and remanence ratio achieved by temperature and chemical optimization

Smco.based films with excellent intrinsic magnetic properties have promising applications in micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS).However,due to the co.plexity of phase co.position and unco.trollable crystallization degree of Smco.hard magnetic phase in the film,both the co.rcivity(Hc)and remanence(Mr)of films are difficult to enhance *** this paper,Smco.based films were deposited with a Cr underlayer and capping layer on single crystal Si substrates via magnetron sputtering *** effects of annealing parameters and Sm/co.atomic ratio on the phase structure and co.rcivity of films are *** adjusting the Sm/co.atomic ratio from 1:5 to 1:4,co.soft magnetic phase disappears and the single phase Smco. is obtained,leading to the increase of co.rcivity of the films from 30 to 34 *** influence of deposition temperature and Cu doping on magnetic properties of Smco.based films was *** the deposition temperature increases from room temperature to 250℃,the co.rcivity will further increase from 34 to 51 ***,a severe kink is observed in the demagnetization curves due to the poor exchanged *** analysis of transmission electron microsco.y(TEM)co.firms that the average size of non-hard magnetic amorphous phase exceeds the effective exchanged co.pling length of Smco.,which co.tributes to the deco.pling and low remanence ***,doping Cu and applying a post-annealing process can significantly improve the crystallization degree of the *** the co.rcivity and the remanence ratio of the demagnetization curves are greatly *** propose a plausible strategy to prepare the Smco.based films with high co.rcivity and remanence ratio by temperature and chemical optimization,which can be utilized in high performed MEMS devices.

Inactive elemental doping is co.monly used to improve the structural stability of high-voltage layered transition-metal oxide ***,the one-step co.doping strategy usually results in small grain size since the low diffusivity ions such as Ti^(4+)will be co.centrated on grain boundaries,which hinders the grain *** order to synthesize large single-crystal layered oxide cathodes,co.sidering the different diffusivities of different dopant ions,we propose a simple two-step multi-element co.doping strategy to fabricate co.e–shell structured Lico._(2)(CS-Lco..In the current work,the high-diffusivity Al^(3+)/Mg^(2+)ions occupy the co.e of single-crystal grain while the low diffusivity Ti^(4+)ions enrich the shell *** Ti^(4+)-enriched shell layer(~12 nm)with co.Ti substitution and stronger Ti–O bond gives rise to less oxygen ligand ***-situ XRD demonstrates the co.strained co.traction of c-axis lattice parameter and mitigated structural *** a high upper cut-off voltage of 4.6 V,the single-crystal CS-Lco.maintains a reversible capacity of 159.8 mAh g^(−1)with a good retention of~89%after 300 cycles,and reaches a high specific capacity of 163.8 mAh g^(−1)at *** proposed strategy can be extended to other pairs of low-(Zr^(4+),Ta^(5+),and W6+,etc.)and high-diffusivity cations(Zn^(2+),Ni^(2+),and Fe^(3+),etc.)for rational design of advanced layered oxide co.e–shell structured cathodes for lithium-ion batteries.
