With more multi-modal data available for visual classification tasks,human action recognition has become an increasingly attractive ***,one of the main challenges is to effectively extract complementary features from different modalities for action *** this work,a novel multimodal supervised learning framework based on convolution neural networks(Conv Nets)is proposed to facilitate extracting the compensation features from different modalities for human action *** on information aggregation mechanism and deep Conv Nets,our recognition framework represents spatial-temporal information from the base modalities by a designed frame difference aggregation spatial-temporal module(FDA-STM),that the networks bridges information from skeleton data through a multimodal supervised compensation block(SCB)to supervise the extraction of compensation *** evaluate the proposed recognition framework on three human action datasets,including NTU RGB+D 60,NTU RGB+D 120,and *** results demonstrate that our model with FDA-STM and SCB achieves the state-of-the-art recognition performance on three benchmark datasets.

This study uses atomic layer deposition(ALD)to grow Ga_(2)O_(3)films on SiO_(2)substrates and investigates the influence of film thickness and annealing temperature on film *** diode devices are fabricated based on the grown Ga_(2)O_(3)films,and the effects of annealing temperature,electrode size,and electrode spacing on the electrical characteristics of the devices are *** results show that as the film thickness increases,the breakdown voltage of the fabricated devices also increases.A Schottky diode with a thickness of 240 nm can achieve a reverse breakdown voltage of 300 *** film quality significantly improves as the annealing temperature of the film *** a voltage of 5 V,the current of the film annealed at 900℃is 64 times that of the film annealed at 700℃.The optimum annealing temperature for Ohmic contact electrodes is 450℃.At 550℃,the Ohmic contact metal tends to burn,and the performance of the device is *** the electrode spacing increases the forward current of the device but decreases the reverse breakdown *** the Schottky contact electrode size increases the forward current,but the change is not significant,and there is no significant change in the reverse breakdown *** device also performs well at high temperatures,with a reverse breakdown voltage of 220 V at 125℃.

Addressing the impact of capacitor mismatch on the conversion accuracy of successive approximation register analog-to-digital converter(SAR ADC),a 12-bit 1 MS/s sub-binary SAR ADC designed using variable step size digital calibration was *** least mean square(LMS)calibration algorithm was employed with a ramp signal used as the calibration *** errors,extracted under injected disturbances,underwent iterative training to optimize weight *** address the trade-off between conversion accuracy and speed caused by a fixed step size,a novel variable step size algorithm tailored for SAR ADC calibration was *** core circuit and layout of the SAR ADC were implemented using the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company(TSMC)0.35μm complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor(CMOS)commercial *** of the SAR ADC calibration algorithm was conducted using Simulink,demonstrating quick convergence and meeting conversion accuracy requirements compared to fixed step size *** results indicated that the convergence speed of the LMS digital calibration algorithm with variable step size was approximately eight times faster than that with a fixed step size,also yielding a lower mean square error(MSE).After calibration,the simulation results for the SAR ADC exhibited an effective number of bit(ENOB)of 11.79 bit and a signal-to-noise and distortion ratio(SNDR)of 72.72 dB,signifying a notable enhancement in the SAR ADC performance.

Lumped element lowpass filter(LPF)for ultra-high frequency(UHF)radio frequency(RF)front-end system is presented based on multilayer liquid crystal polymer(LCP).The lumped element LPF can achieve miniaturization and one transmission zero on the stopband by the 8-shaped *** lumped element LPF is fabricated on a 4-layer LCP substrate with a compact size of 9 mm×14 mm×0.193 *** measured cut off frequency of the lumped element LPF is 0.5 GHz with insertion loss(IL)less than 0.37 *** measured and simulated results suggest that it is a possible candidate for the application of UHF RF front-end system.

The development of a distributed trajectory-tracking control strategy that is independent of velocity measurements is critical to achieving finite-time tracking control of autonomous underwater vehicle(AUV) systems. In this study, a group of heterogeneous AUV systems with intermittent communication links is considered and a finite-time trajectory-tracking control strategy is developed. The strategy includes two observers and one controller proposed for each follower-AUV. The first observer, a hybrid finite-time observer,estimates the state of the leader, whereas the second observer, which relies only on the position measurement,is proposed to estimate the states of the follower-AUV itself. In addition, a distributed trajectory-tracking controller is designed using the states estimated by the intermittent communication network even without velocity measurements. A homogeneous technique is utilized to prove that all followers can track the leader in a finite time. Finally, the effectiveness of the developed finite-time tracking control strategy is illustrated by numerical simulations.

In the design of a graphic processing unit(GPU),the processing speed of triangle rasterization is an important factor that determines the performance of the *** architecture of a multi-tile parallel-scan rasterization accelerator was proposed in this *** accelerator uses a bounding box algorithm to improve scanning *** rasterizes multiple tiles in parallel and scans multiple lines at the same time within each *** highly parallel approach drastically improves the performance of *** the 65 nm process standard cell library of Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation(SMIC),the accelerator can be synthesized to a maximum clock frequency of 220 *** implementation on the Genesys2 field programmable gate array(FPGA)board fully verifies the functionality of the *** implementation shows a significant improvement in rendering speed and efficiency and proves its suitability for high-performance rasterization.

An artificial rabbit optimization(ARO)algorithm based on chaotic mapping and Levy flight improvement is proposed,which has the advantages of good initial population quality and fast convergence compared with the traditional ARO algorithm,called *** is improved by applying three *** mapping is introduced,which can optimize the quality of the initial population of the *** Levy flight in the exploration phase,which can avoid the algorithm from falling into a local *** threshold of the energy factor is optimized,which can better balance exploration and *** efficiency of CLARO is tested on a set of 23 benchmark function sets by comparing it with ARO and different meta-heuristics *** last,the comparison experiments conclude that all three improvement strategies enhance the performance of ARO to some extent,with Levy flight providing the most significant improvement in ARO *** experimental results show that CLARO has better results and faster convergence compared to other algorithms,while successfully addressing the drawbacks of ARO and being able to face more challenging problems.
