Multimetallic nanowires with long-range atomic ordering hold the promise of unique physicochemical properties in many *** we demonstrate the synthesis and study the stability of CU3AU intermetallic *** synthesis is achieved by using Cu@Au core-shell nanowires as *** appropriate Cu/Au stoichiometry,the Cu@Au core-shell nanowires are transformed into fully ordered Cu3Au nanowires under thermal ***-driven atom diffusion accounts for this transformation as revealed by X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy *** twin boundaries abundant in the Cu@Au core-shell nanowires facilitate the ordering *** resulting CU3AU intermetallic nanowires have uniform and accurate atomic positioning in the crystal lattice,which enhances the nobility of *** obvious copper oxides are observed in fully ordered Cu3Au nanowires after annealing in air at 200℃,a temperature that is much higher than those observed in Cu@Au core-shell and pure Cu *** work opens up an opportunity for further research into the development and applications of intermetallic nanowires.

The symmetry of the rotation-vibration spectra for linear triatomic molecules is described by means of the poop U(5). The rotation-vibration levels of linear triatomic molecules HCN and COS are calculated The infrared absorption line intensities are calculated for the molecule COS. Background Patients suffering from psychiatric disorders tend to stigmatise themselves which had been linked to poor adherence to *** The aim of the present study was to study internalised stigma and medication adherence and to assess the relationship between them in patients with obsessive compulsive disorder(0CD).Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted on 112 patients diagnosed with 0CD who were attending the Out-patient's department at department of Psychiatry of a tertiary care hospital in North *** stigma and current medication adherence were assessed with Internalized Stigma of Mental Illness Scale(ISMI)and Medication Adherence Rating Scale,***-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale was used to assess the current severity of OCD *** and clinical details were also obtained from the patients by using a semistructured sociodemographic *** Most of the patients reported moderate level of internalised stigma with a mean ISMI score of 77.98(10.82).Most of the patients were compliant while 41.96%reported poor medication *** stigma was negatively correlated with the current medication *** severity of OCD symptoms also showed a significant positive correlation with internalised stigma and a significant negative correlation with medication *** High levels of internalised stigma were associated with lower adherence to treatment which suggests that internalised stigma may be a very important factor influencing medication adherence in patients with OCD.

Background:Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) syndrome are highly prevalent respiratory conditions. Their coexistence is referred to as the overlap syndrome. They are both related to pulmonary hypertension (PH) development. This study investigated the effects of OSA on PH in patients with COPD and the associated factors. Methods: Consecutive patients with stable COPD were recruited for an observational cross-sectional study from September 2016 to May 2018 at Peking University Third Hospital. In total, 106 patients with COPD were enrolled and performed home portable monitoring and echocardiography. OSA was defined by an apnea hypopnea index (AHI)>10 events/h. Based on OSA absence or presence, patients were divided into the COPD with OSA and COPD without OSA groups. Factors affecting pulmonary artery pressure (PAP) and PH were identified using univariate analysis and logistic regression models. Results: In the 106 patients with COPD, the mean age was 69.52 years, 91.5% were men, and the mean forced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV!) percentage of predicted was 56.15%. Fifty-six (52.8%) patients with COPD were diagnosed with OSA, and 24 (22.6%) patients with COPD were diagnosed as PH. Compared with COPD without OSA group, the median PAP in COPD with severe OSA group increased by 5 mmHg (36.00 [26.00-50.00] mmHg vs. 31.00 [24.00-34.00] mmHg, P = 0.036). COPD with percent of night-time spent with oxygen saturation below 90%(T90)> 10% group had higher PAP than COPD with T90 < 1 % group (36.00 [29.00-50.00)] mmHg vs. 29.00 [25.50-34.00] mmHg, F = 7.889, P = 0.007). Univariate analysis revealed age, FEVi% predicted, T90, and Charlson index had statistically significant effects on PH. Multiple regression analysis showed a significant and independent effect of both FEVj% predicted (odds ratio [OR]= 3.46;95% confidence interval [Cl]: 1.15-10.46;P = 0.028) and AHI (OR = 3.20;95% Cl: 1.09-19.35;P = 0.034) on PH. Multi-soliton solution to a multi-component coupled Ito system is investigated based on the Hirota bilinear method. By virtue of the perturbation method, we firstly derive one- and two-soliton solutions for the coupled Ito system possessing four components. Then the multi-soliton solution for the multi-component coupled Ito system is summarized into a general form expressed by pfaffians. Finally, this general pfaffian-type soliton solution is proved by pfaffian techniques.

This work reports on the development of pastes containing Ti,TiC,Si,and C elementary powders for in situ synthesis of Ti3SiC2 via screen *** paste compositions were manufactured using two powder mixtures(Ti/Si/C and Ti/TiC/Si/C)with different *** pastes were screen printed onto Al2O3 substrates and sintered at 1400℃in argon varying the dwell time from 1 to 5 *** printed pastes containing TiC and excess of Si exhibited the lowest surface roughness and after 5 h sintering comprised of Ti3SiC2 as the majority *** electrical conductivity of this sample was found to range from 4.63×10^(4)to 2.57×10^(5)S·m^(-1)in a temperature range of 25-400℃.

Depression is a common mental disorder, which attributes to significant morbidity, disability and burden of care. A significant number of patients with depression still remain symptomatic after adequate trials of antidepressant treatment as well as psychotherapy, which is often referred to as treatment-resistant depression. Neuromodulation techniques—like electroconvulsive therapy, vagus nerve stimulation, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and transcranial direct current stimulation, may be useful augmenting techniques in depression, mostly recommended for treatment-resistant cases. Robust evidence exists regarding the efficacy of electroconvulsive therapy in the management of treatment-resistant depression;however, other techniques are understudied. TMS has been increasingly studied in various psychiatric disorders including depression. It has been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for use in major depressive disorder. Over the past two decades, TMS has been studied in diverse groups of the population with depression using several research designs. This article gives an overview of the efficacy of repetitive TMS in treatment-resistant depression with the recent evidence.
