Three-dimensional(3D)hydrogel models play a crucial role in tissue engineering for promoting tissue regeneration.A biomimetic microchannel network system in the 3D hydrogel model is necessary for optimal cellular *** report describes the preparation of a biomimetic hydrogel scaffold with an internal microchannel network,using electrospinning techniques and the sacrificial template method for 3D cell *** and cavities were created within the gelatin methacryloyl(GelMA)hydrogel by sacrificing polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)electrospun fibers(>10µm),resulting in the creation of microvessel-like *** characterizations,swelling properties,and biodegradation analysis were conducted to investigate the feasibility of a biomimetic microchannel network hydrogel scaffold for 3D cell culture *** to pure GelMA hydrogel,the hydrogel with microchannels promoted cell proliferation,adhesion,and endothelial tube ***,the results confirmed that the biomimetic microchannel network scaffold had a major impact on the distribution and arrangement of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)and can enable the formation of artificial microvasculature by the culture of HUVECs and cell media perfusion.

The in-situ oxidation of manganese sulfate solution with H2O_(2),sodium hypochlorite,potassium permanganate and oxygen as oxidants was investigated by means of SEM,EDS,XRD,BET and infrared analysis,and the effects of different oxidants on the morphology,phase composition,surface properties and specific surface area of manganese oxides were *** experimental results show that the diameter of manganese oxide particles prepared with H_(2)O_(2)is the smallest,about 50 nm,and the specific surface area is the largest,63.8764 m^(2)/*** has the advantages of abundant surface hydroxyl groups,no introduction of other impurities and large adsorption *** is most suitable to be used as an oxidant for oxidizing manganese sulfate solution to prepare manganese oxide by in-situ *** manganese oxide prepard by H_(2)O_(2)in-situ oxidation method is used as adsorbent to adsorb cobalt and nickel impurities in manganese *** the reaction pH is 6,the reaction time is 30min and the amount of adsorbent is 1.0 g,the adsorption rates of cobalt and nickel impurities in 100ml manganese sulfate solution are 97.59%and 97.67%,*** residual amounts of cobalt and nickel meet the industrial process standard of first-class products(Co,Ni w/%≤0.005)of high-purity manganese sulfate(Hg/t4823-2015)for *** study plays a guiding role in the preparation and regulation of manganese oxide,and provides a new method with high efficiency,purity and adsorbent availability for the preparation of high-purity manganese sulfate solution.

As-extruded Mg-Er-Ni alloys with different volume fractions of long-period stacking ordered(LPSO)phase and density of lamellar γ' phase were prepared,and the microstructure,mechanical,and degradation properties were *** the bulk LPSO phase and the lamellar γ' phase,and controlling the dynamic recrystallization processes during deformation by adjusting the volume fraction of LPSO and the density of the γ' phase,a synergistic increase in strength and degradation rate can be *** the one hand,the increase in corrosion rate was related to the increased volume fraction of the bulk LPSO phase and the densities of the lamellar γ' phase,which provide more galvanic ***,high densities of the lamellar γ' phase can provide more corrosion interface by inhibiting the recrystallization process to refine dynamic recrystallized(DRXed)grains during the hot *** the other hand,the ultimate tensile strength(UTS)and tensile yield strength(TYS)of the Mg-Er-Ni alloy increased from 345 and 265 MPa to 514 MPa and 358 MPa,respectively,which was mainly attributed to grain boundary and texture strengthening,bulk LPSO phase and lamellar γ' phase ***,Mg^(-1)4Er-4Ni alloy,which contains the highest volume fraction bulk LPSO phase and the densities of lamellar γ' phase,re-alized a synergistic enhancement of strength and degradation *** UTS,TYS,and degradation rate of Mg^(-1)4Er-4Ni were 514 MPa,358 MPa,and 142.5 mg cm^(-2)h^(-1)(3 wt%KCl solution at 93◦C),*** research provides new insight into developing Mg alloys with high strength and degradation rates for fracturing tool materials in the application of oil and gas exploitation in harsh environments.

Enhancing Evolutionary Algorithms With Pattern Mining for Sparse Large-Scale Multi-Objective Optimization Problems

Sparse large-scale multi-objective optimization problems(SLMOPs) are common in science and engineering. However, the large-scale problem represents the high dimensionality of the decision space, requiring algorithms to traverse vast expanse with limited computational resources. Furthermore, in the context of sparse, most variables in Pareto optimal solutions are zero, making it difficult for algorithms to identify non-zero variables efficiently. This paper is dedicated to addressing the challenges posed by SLMOPs. To start, we introduce innovative objective functions customized to mine maximum and minimum candidate sets. This substantial enhancement dramatically improves the efficacy of frequent pattern mining. In this way,selecting candidate sets is no longer based on the quantity of nonzero variables they contain but on a higher proportion of nonzero variables within specific dimensions. Additionally, we unveil a novel approach to association rule mining, which delves into the intricate relationships between non-zero variables. This novel methodology aids in identifying sparse distributions that can potentially expedite reductions in the objective function value. We extensively tested our algorithm across eight benchmark problems and four real-world SLMOPs. The results demonstrate that our approach achieves competitive solutions across various challenges.

A large-scale fine-grained Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr alloy plate with high strength and ductility was successfully prepared by multi-pass friction stir processing(MFSP) technology in this work. The structure of grains and long period stacking ordered(LPSO) phase were characterized,and the mechanical properties uniformity was investigated. Moreover, a quantitative relationship between the microstructure and tensile yield strength was established. The results showed that the grains in the processed zone(PZ) and interfacial zone(IZ) were refined from 50 μm to 3 μm and 4 μm, respectively, and numerous original LPSO phases were broken. In IZ, some block-shaped 18R LPSO phases were transformed into needle-like 14H LPSO phases due to stacking faults and the short-range diffusion of solute atoms. The severe shear deformation in the form of kinetic energy caused profuse stacking fault to be generated and move rapidly, greatly increasing the transformation rate of LPSO phase. After MFSP, the ultimate tensile strength, yield strength and elongation to failure of the large-scale plate were 367 MPa, 305 MPa and 18.0% respectively. Grain refinement and LPSO phase strengthening were the major strengthening mechanisms for the MFSP *** particularly, the strength of IZ was comparable to that of PZ because the strength contribution of the 14H LPSO phase offsets the lack of grain refinement strengthening in IZ. This result opposes the widely accepted notion that IZ is a weak region in MFSP-prepared large-scale fine-grained plate.

To improve the productivity,the resource utilization and reduce the production cost of flexible job shops,this paper designs an improved two-layer optimization algorithm for the dual-resource scheduling optimization problem of flexible job shop considering workpiece ***,a mathematical model is established to minimize the maximum completion ***,an improved two-layer optimization algorithm is designed:the outer layer algorithm uses an improved PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization)to solve the workpiece batching problem,and the inner layer algorithm uses an improved GA(Genetic Algorithm)to solve the dual-resource scheduling ***,a rescheduling method is designed to solve the task disturbance problem,represented by machine failures,occurring in the workshop production ***,the superiority and effectiveness of the improved two-layer optimization algorithm are verified by two typical *** case results show that the improved two-layer optimization algorithm increases the average productivity by 7.44% compared to the ordinary two-layer optimization *** setting the different numbers of AGVs(Automated Guided Vehicles)and analyzing the impact on the production cycle of the whole order,this paper uses two indicators,the maximum completion time decreasing rate and the average AGV load time,to obtain the optimal number of AGVs,which saves the cost of production while ensuring the production *** research combines the solved problem with the real production process,which improves the productivity and reduces the production cost of the flexible job shop,and provides new ideas for the subsequent research.
