High resolution and wide co.or gamut are two key requirements for novel display technologies. Owing to the distinguishing advantages over co.ventional displays, such as intrinsic wide co.or gamut and the possibility to achieve high resolution, quantum dot light-emitting diodes (QLED) have drawn co.siderable attention in recent years. On the other hand, indium phosphide quantum dots (InP QDs) have shown a great potential as a replacement for cadmium selenide (CdSe) QDs in display applications due to the inherent toxicity of cadmium-based QDs. In this study, we investigate a top-emission InP-based green QLED with optimized angular distribution. By adjusting the electrical and optical architecture, the device exhibits improved properties with a maximum current efficiency of 30.1 cd/A and a narrowed full width at half maxima (FWHM)of 31 nm, which are the best results ever reported to our knowledge.

The Ms8.0 Wenchuan earthquake of 2008 dramatically changed the terrain surface and caused long-term increases in the scale and frequency of landslides and debris *** changing trend of landslides in the earthquake-affected area over the decade since the earthquake remains largely *** this study,we were able to address this issue using supervised classification methods and multitemporal remote sensing images to study landslide evolution in the worst-affected area(Mianyuan River Basin)over a period of ten *** images were processed using the maximum likelihood method and random forest algorithm to automatically map landslide occurrence from 2007 to *** principal findings are as follows:(1)when co.pared with visual image analysis,the random forest algorithm had a good average accuracy rate of 87%for landslide identification;(2)postevent landslide occurrence has generally decreased with time,but heavy monsoonal seasons have caused temporary spikes in activity;and(3)the postearthquake landslide activity in the Mianyuan River Basin can be divided into a strong activity period(2008 to 2011),medium activity period(2012 to 2016),and weak activity period(post 2017).Landslide activity remains above the prequake level,with damaging events being rare but co.tinuing to ***-term remote sensing and on-site monitoring are required to understand the evolution of landslide activity after strong earthquakes.

A series of non-co.alently functionalized molybdenum disulfide-silica(f-MoS_(2)-SiO_(2))nanoco.posites was prepared by an in-situ assembled method and used to fabricate the oriented molybdenum disulfide-SiO_(2)/Hydrogenated Nitrile Butadiene Rubber(f-MoS2-SiO_(2)/HNBR)*** characterization results show the synergistic dispersion between the functionalized molybdenum disulfide(f-MoS2)nanosheets and SiO_(2)*** addition of f-MoS2 nanosheets can improve the dispersion of fillers in the rubber matrix and weaken the filler *** non-co.alently functionalization improves the interface interaction between f-MoS_(2)nanosheets and the rubber ***,the tensile strength of f-MoS2-SiO_(2)/HNBR is 65.9%higher than that of SiO_(2)/HNBR by adding 1.0wt%of f-MoS_(2).At the same time,the dielectric co.stant of f-MoS2-SiO_(2)/HNBR is increased by 23.7%co.pared to SiO_(2)/HNBR due to the micro-capacitor structure of parallel f-MoS2 nanosheets in the rubber *** work provides new ideas for the development of high-performance elastomer materials.

An electronic personal dosimeter mainly uses a Si-PIN photodiode as X-and gamma-ray *** photon energy response of this instrument is inco.sistent in the case of no co.rection,which seriously affects the accurate monitoring of personal dose equivalent H_p(10)parameters for radiation *** this reason,in this paper we propose a method of co.bining co.posite screen detection technology,multichannel measurement technology,and the channel ratio method to achieve accurate measurement of the personal dose equivalent *** to China National Standard GB/T 13161-2003 and National Verification Regulation JJG 1009-2006,the instrument was tested in the energy range between 48 keV and 1.25 *** experimental results showed that the difference of energy response to ^(137)C_S co.rected by the new method was almost co.stant within ±6.0%,which fulfilled the ±30% requirement of GB/T 13161-2003 and ***,the method proposed obtained energy information regarding the radiation field.

2A12 aluminum alloy powders were hot-isostatic-pressed （HIPed） at representative temperatures for investi- gating the variation in microstructure, tensile property and fracture mode of the powder co.pact. It was found that the microstructure of raw powders changed from a dendrite structure to an equiaxed structure from room temperature to 600 ℃. The liquid phase produced by the eutectic reaction in the powder was gradually increased and finally formed a liquid pathway that ran through the entire powder from 490 to 600℃. Prior particle boundaries were observed in the powder co.pacts HIPed at 490 and 520℃. The liquid phase in the powder co.pacts was squeezed into the powder boundaries and the triple points of powder when HIPed at 580℃. However, the liquid phase located at the triple points of the powder was forced out and moved toward a small powder particle by HIP pressure under an HIPing temperature of 600℃, which led to a decrease in the mechanical properties and relative density. Better co.prehensive properties were obtained at HIPing temperatures of 490 and 580℃. The low ductility exhibited by the P/M aluminum alloy HIPed at different temperatures was believed to arise from a co.bination of the existence of oxide film on the powder particle surface and the distribution characteristics of the liquid phase. Finally, three typical types of de-co.esion were classified.

Since the room-temperature detector CdZnTe(CZT) has advantages in terms of detection efficiency,energy resolution, and size, it has been extensively used to detect X-rays and gamma-rays. So far, nuclear radiation detectors such as cerium chloride doped with lanthanum bromide(LaBr_3(Ce)), thallium doped with cesium iodide(sI(Tl)), thallium doped with sodium iodide(NaI(Tl)),and high-purity germanium(HPGe) primarily use the spectrosco.y-dose rate function(G(E)) to achieve the accurate measurement of air kerma rate(K_a) and ambient dose equivalent rate(H*(10)). However, the spectrosco.y-dose rate function has been rarely measured for a CZT detector. In this study, we performed spectrum measurement using a hemispherical CZT detector in a radiation protection standards laboratory. The spectrosco.y-dose rate function G(E) of the CZT detector was calculated using the least-squares method co.bined with the standard dose rate at the measurement position. The results showed that the hemispherical CZT detector co.ld co.plete the measurement of air kerma rate(K_a) and ambient dose equivalent rate(H*(10)) by using the G(E) function at energies between 48 keV and 1.25 MeV, and the relative intrinsic errors were, respectively, co.trolled within ± 2. 3 and ± 2. 1%.

New methods to remove baseline drift in trapezoidal pulse shaping

Trapezoidal pulse shaping algorithm is widely applied to improve signal-to-noise ratio(SNR), throughput and energy resolution with the properties of noise suppression, pile-up pulse separation and ballistic deficit co.rection. The algorithm can be acquired by z transform method which is easier for derivation. However, the baseline drift of trapezoidal pulse appears because the noise superimposes on the input signal. In this paper,two new methods based on co.vergence analysis and noise suppression are proposed to remove the baseline drift resulting from trapezoidal pulse shaping. Simulations and experimental tests are carried out to verify the methods. The results demonstrate that the proposed methods can remove baseline drift in trapezoidal pulse shaping.

Inter-regional emergency power dispatch refers to the mandatory fallback guarantee measures for ensuring supply or absorption of emergency demands within provincial grids when market-based approaches have been exhausted from the perspective of mutual assistance in electricity surplus and shortage across provinces and regions. When it is impossible to rely on market declarations directly, how to allocate emergency demands and inter-provincial/regional support capacities and distribute the limited available transfer capacity reasonably among market entities is one of the key issues urgently needing to be addressed in current emergency dispatch. This paper proposes an optimization model for inter-provincial and inter-regional emergency power dispatch co.sidering transmission rights. Inspired by China's current mechanism for allocating transmission channel revenue rights, based on local prioritization and the urgency of emergency demands, a method for determining the priority of emergency transactions co.sidering transmission rights allocation is proposed. This method transforms transmission rights into priority transaction rights, addressing the lack of a reasonable basis for transmission capacity allocation in the emergency dispatch phase. co.sidering co.straints such as available transfer capacity, transaction flow balance, and transaction point power balance co.straints, to maximize adjusted social welfare, a clearing model for emergency dispatch optimization co.sidering transaction path priority is co.structed. co.parative analysis of the optimization results of three 1e clearing modes, price-based sequential clearing, scenario-based separation, and clearing with transaction path priority, validates the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed optimization clearing model and analyzes the impact of related parameter settings on the clearing results. © 2025 Power System technology Press. To the problem of the unknown underwater target detection, acco.ding to the feature that the underwater target radiated noise co.tains the stable line spectrum, a weighted method based on the main-to-side lobe ratio （MSLR） is proposed for broadband beam-forming. This weighted method can be implemented by using the following steps. Firstly, optimize the spatial spectrum of each frequency unit by the seco.d-order co.e programming （SOCP）, and obtain the optimized spatial spectrum with lower side lobe. Seco.dly, co.struct weighting factors based on the MSLR of the optimized spatial spectrums to from weight factors. Lastly, cumulate the spatial spectrum of each frequency unit via the weight statistical method of this paper. This method can restrain the disturbance of background noise, enhance the output signal-to-noise ratio （SNR）, and overco.e the difficulty of traditional four-dimensional display. The theoretical analysis and simulation results both verify that this method can well enhance the spatial spectrum of line spectrum units, restrain the spatial spectrum of background noise units, and improve the performance of the broadband beam-forming.
