Based on the current situation and actual demand of natural drinking water industry in Tibet Autonomous Region, this paper puts forward the standardization object of natural drinking water in Tibet Autonomous Region. According to the principles of unity & coordination, whole process of the industry, objectivity and practicality, this paper establishes the basic framework of natural drinking water standard system in Tibet from the pre-production, in-production and post-production perspective, and proposes the suggestions of supplying the innovation standard system, promoting the implementation of standard system, and enhancing the regional brand cultivation, so as to provide the technical references for enhancing the core competence of natural drinking water industry in Tibet, and promote the fast, normalized and sustainable development of natural drinking water industry in Tibet.

[Objectives]A method for the determination ofβ-sitosterol in Plumbago zeylanica *** established and the content ofβ-sitosterol in different medicinal parts,different producing areas and different harvest periods were compared.[Methods]High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)-evaporative light scattering detector assay was *** chromatographic column was Kromasil C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);the mobile phase was pure methanol;the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the column temperature was 30℃.The detection parameters of evaporative light scattering detector were as follows:drift tube temperature was 40℃,carrier gas(N_(2))pressure was 3.5 bar.[Results]There was a good linear relationship betweenβ-sitosterol(1.080-4.860μg)and the natural logarithm of peak area(r=0.9995).The average recovery rate was 99.80%.The content ofβ-sitosterol in root and stem was 0.2074 and 0.4064 mg/g,respectively,but it was not found in leaves;the content ofβ-sitosterol in *** *** Guangxi was generally lower than that in Yunnan,and the content ofβ-sitosterol in *** *** Xishuangbanna was the highest;the content ofβ-sitosterol in the stem of *** *** stable at a relatively high level in different harvest periods.[Conclusions]The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used as one of the methods to control the quality of *** L.

Mass spectrometry (MS) stands as a pivotal tool for chemical analysis in the textile industry, capable of scrutinizing the vast majority of reported harmful chemicals. With the ever-increasing number of banned chemicals in textiles, there is a pressing need for a more systematic compilation of relevant literature on MS utilization to identify and quantify harmful substances in textiles. This article comprehensively reviews the role of MS in textile analysis over the past two decades, encompassing a wide range of sample preparation techniques, such as energy-assisted extraction, solid-phase microextraction, liquid-phase microextraction, and QuEChERS. Furthermore, it delves into MS techniques, such as gas chromatography–MS, liquid chromatography–MS, inductively coupled plasma–MS, ion mobility spectrometry–MS, and ambient ionization MS. Moreover, it offers a brief glimpse into the future of MS development in this field, highlighting ongoing research into additional sample preparation techniques for detecting hazardous chemicals in textiles. Notably, it underscores the growing interest in ambient ionization MS and the coupling of chromatography with high-resolution MS.

Phytase is a kind of enzyme that hydrolyzes phytic acid and its salts to produce inositol and phosphoric acid. As a new feed additive, phytase has great potential in animal nutrition and environmental protection. Because of its good stability, large-scale production and high activity, microbial phytase has become a hot spot in industrial application. Here, we reported the predicted structure and enzymatic properties of a phytase from Bacillus subtilis, which was named as phyS. It was clear that the optimal temperature is 35°C, and the optimal pH is 8. Meanwhile, the enzyme activity was kept at above 90% in the range of pH 8 - 9, this result demonstrated that phyS is an alkaline phytase. This study lays a foundation for the extensive application of phyS.

The aim of this work was to develop a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of milk allergen and egg allergen in food *** peptides GGLEPINFQTAADQAR,VGINYWLAHK,VLVLDTDYK,FFVAPFPEVFGK,and NAVPITPTLNR were confirmed and synthesized as the quantitative peptide of ovalbumin,α-lactalbumin,β-lactoglobulin,α_(S1)-casein andα_(S2)-casein,the relative isotope-labeled internal standards were used in the quantitative *** range was in the range of0.5-5000.0 nmol/L for egg and milk allergen in bread,cake,cookie,rice crust and wheat flour samples with free from egg and milk,the limits of detection of milk allergens and egg allergen were in the range between0.94 mg/100 g and 56.71 mg/100 g,limits of quantification of milk allergens and egg allergen were in the range between 2.36 mg/100 g and 141.78 mg/100 *** recoveries ranged from 76.7%to 122.8%,the relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.60%-15.60%.The developed method has been successfully used for the detection of egg and milk allergen in various food samples.

L-Ergothioneine(L-EGT)possesses excellent antioxidant activity and has been used in the food,pharmaceuticals and cosmetics *** this study,a new efficient and sensitive ultra-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS)method was established for the quantitative determination of L-EGT in *** sample was extracted with methanol-water(70:30,V/V),separated by hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography(HILIC)and detected by triple-quadrupole mass *** studies were carried out on different product and the limit of quantitation was 20μg/kg(milk,alcohol-free beverages,dairy products)and 40µg/kg(cereal bars,chocolate).Excellent linearity(correlation coefficient(R2)≥0.999)was achieved for L-EGT quantification in the range of 5–200 ng/*** recoveries of the method(83.7%−107.5%)and the relative standard deviation(RSD,0.88%−6.84%(n=6))meet the performance criteria required for the determination of L-EGT in ***,the applicability of the method was tested by analysing actual *** general,the method developed is simple,reliable,accurate,and stable and could be useful for routine analyses of L-EGT in food.

A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of ingredients of chicken,duck,pork,beef and mutton.A total of 19 characteristic peptides were screened out from 5 kinds of meat,and a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was established for the determination of characteristic *** accuracy of the method was tested by adding duck,pork and chicken with the mass fractions of 0.5%,1%and 5%to mutton,pork and chicken with the mass fractions of 0.5%,1%and 5%to beef,and duck with the mass fractions of 1%,2%and 10%to *** results show that the method has high accuracy and stability,and could be used to determine the content of 3 kinds of adulterated meat components in mutton and beef samples.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of universal salt iodization （USI） for the control of IDD in Hebei province since it was implemented in 1995, identify the problems currently encountered in the implementation of USI and provide practical proposals for addressing these problems. Methods Probability proportionate to size sampling （PPS） was employed in the surveillance of IDD, for which a total of 1200 school children aged 8-10 years were randomly selected from 30 counties around the whole province during each IDD survey. The iodine content of salt was determined quantitatively with the titration method. The iodine content of urinary samples was measured by the method of ammonium persulfate oxidation. Results The coverage of iodized salt increased from 65.0% in 1995 to 98.0% in 1999, then decreased to 88.1% in 2005 which was below the national standard of 90%. The median urinary iodine of children aged 8-10 years varied between 160.1 μg/L and 307.4 μg/L, which was above the national standard. The proportion of urinary samples with iodine content above 300 lag/L was over 30% in 2005, implying exorbitant iodine nutrition among the children. The goiter rate （TGR） among children aged 8-10 years dropped from 11.8% in 1995 to 2.7% in 2005, indicating that the spread of endemic goiter was under control. Conclusion Preliminary elimination of IDD was achieved by USI in Hebei province. Nevertheless, some problems still existed in USI such as non-iodized salt competition, over iodization and un-standardized iodization. In order to address these problems, the management and supervision of salt market needs to be strengthened to prevent non-iodized salt from reaching households; updating equipment and modifying techniques are also necessary to ensure the quality of iodized salt; to clarify the causes of excessive urinary iodine content, the various sources of iodine from the diet need to be investigated in the future.
