Identity-Preserving Adversarial Training for Robust Network Embedding

Network embedding,as an approach to learning low-dimensional representations of nodes,has been proved extremely useful in many applications,e.g.,node classification and link ***,existing network embed-ding models are vulnerable to random or adversarial perturbations,which may degrade the performance of network em-bedding when being applied to downstream *** achieve robust network embedding,researchers introduce adversari-al training to regularize the embedding learning process by training on a mixture of adversarial examples and original ***,existing methods generate adversarial examples heuristically,failing to guarantee the imperceptibility of generated adversarial examples,and thus limit the power of adversarial *** this paper,we propose a novel method Identity-Preserving Adversarial Training(IPAT)for network embedding,which generates imperceptible adversarial exam-ples with explicit identity-preserving *** formalize such identity-preserving regularization as a multi-class classification problem where each node represents a class,and we encourage each adversarial example to be discriminated as the class of its original *** experimental results on real-world datasets demonstrate that our proposed IPAT method significantly improves the robustness of network embedding models and the generalization of the learned node representations on various downstream tasks.

Advancements in genomics have dramatically accelerated the research on medicinal plants,and the development of herbgenomics has promoted the“Project of 1K Medicinal Plant Genome”to decipher their genetic ***,it is difficult to obtain their high-quality whole genomes because of the prevalence of polyploidy and/or high genomic *** genomes of 123 medicinal plants were published until September *** published genome sequences were investigated in this review,covering their classification,research teams,ploidy,medicinal functions,and sequencing *** than 1,000 institutes or universities around the world and 50 countries are conducting research on medicinal plant *** species account for a majority of sequenced medicinal *** whole genomes of plants in the Poaceae family are the most *** 40%of the published papers studied species with tonifying,replenishing,and heat-cleaning medicinal *** plants are still in the process of domestication as compared with crops,thereby resulting in unclear genetic backgrounds and the lack of pure lines,thus making their genomes more difficult to *** addition,there is still no clear routine framework for a medicinal plant to obtain a high-quality whole ***,a clear and complete strategy has been originally proposed for creating a high-quality whole genome of medicinal ***,whole genome-based biological studies of medicinal plants,including breeding and biosynthesis,were *** also advocate that a research platform of model medicinal plants should be established to promote the genomics research of medicinal plants.

Tenecteplase versus alteplase for acute ischaemic stroke:a meta-analysis of phaseⅢrandomised trials

Background Tenecteplase(TNK)was found non-inferior to alteplase in recent clinical *** aimed to elucidate the efficacy and safety of TNK versus alteplase for acute ischaemic stroke(AIS).Methods Systematic literature search and a meta-analysis of phaseⅢclinical trials in ischaemic stroke patients with TNK use were *** primary outcome was excellent functional outcome which was defined as modified Rankin Scale score of 0–1 at 90 days and safety outcomes included symptomatic intracerebral haemorrhage and death at 90 *** used random-effects model to estimate the pooled risk difference and 95%CI in R package‘Meta’.The included trials were adapted to the non-inferiority analysis with a margin of-4%.Results Three trials enrolling 4094 patients were identified by systematic *** trials included AIS patients within 4.5hours time ***-analysis indicated that 1089(53.0%)of 2056 patients in the TNK arm and 1016(50.5%)of 2012 in the alteplase arm had excellent functional outcome at 90 days(0.03(95%CI-0.00 to 0.06);I^(2)=0%),meeting the prespecified non-inferiority *** TNK thrombolysis was not correlated with increased risk of symptomatic intracerebral haemorrhage(0.00(95%CI-0.01 to 0.01);I^(2)=0%)or death(0.01(95%CI-0.01 to 0.02);I^(2)=0%)at 90 *** sensitivity analysis with the 0.25mg/kg trials exclusively showed similar results to the main *** TNK was non-inferior to alteplase for achieving excellent functional outcome at 90 days without increasing the safety concern in treating patients with *** findings suggest that TNK can be an alternative to alteplase.

Equilibrium Strategy of the Pursuit-Evasion Game in Three-Dimensional Space

The pursuit-evasion game models the strategic interaction among players, attracting attention in many realistic scenarios, such as missile guidance, unmanned aerial vehicles, and target defense. Existing studies mainly concentrate on the cooperative pursuit of multiple players in two-dimensional pursuit-evasion games. However, these approaches can hardly be applied to practical situations where players usually move in three-dimensional space with a three-degree-of-freedom control. In this paper,we make the first attempt to investigate the equilibrium strategy of the realistic pursuit-evasion game, in which the pursuer follows a three-degree-of-freedom control, and the evader moves freely. First, we describe the pursuer's three-degree-of-freedom control and the evader's relative coordinate. We then rigorously derive the equilibrium strategy by solving the retrogressive path equation according to the Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman-Isaacs(HJBI) method, which divides the pursuit-evasion process into the navigation and acceleration phases. Besides, we analyze the maximum allowable speed for the pursuer to capture the evader successfully and provide the strategy with which the evader can escape when the pursuer's speed exceeds the threshold. We further conduct comparison tests with various unilateral deviations to verify that the proposed strategy forms a Nash equilibrium.

Study on the four Qi of Pfaffia glomerata based on the metabolomics technology and comparison of Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis) in the equivalent substitution prescription

OBJECTIVE:To explore the four Qi of Pfaffia glomerata(PG)and endow this foreign folk herb with the properties of chinese medicine,make it chinese medicinal and localized,and could be used as a chinese ***:The normal group,six cold herb groups,six hot herb groups,six cool herb groups,PG prescription group(PGPG),and Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis)prescription group(CPPG)were prepared with corresponding concentrations of water extracts,these herb extracts were administered by gavage to SpragueDawley rats,and the 12 h urine at night on the 29th day of the SD rats in each group were collected,Liquid Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer system was used to analyze them,the best discriminant models for the medicinal properties of cold-hot and cold-cool were set up,so as to the medicinal properties of PGPG,CPPG and PG were *** on the Progenesis QI,Human Metabolome Database,Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes,MetaboAnalyst 5.0 database,we enriched metabolic pathway and classification mechanism of medicinal properties of cold-cool chinese herbs and the molecular mechanism of PG ***:We established a best model of cold-hot herbal discrimination in the positive ion mode,then the probability that PGPG was predicted cold property was 88.9%.Furthermore,a model of cold-cool herbal discrimination was established,then the probability of PGPG containing the cool property was 77.8%.In addition,typical cold and cool herbs mainly affected nine biomarkers such as tyrosine-proline,(R)-3',7-Dihydroxy-2',4'-dimethoxyisoflavane in *** regulation trend of PGPG on markers was basically as same as the cool herbs and mainly involved in regulating the two pathways of cytochrome P450 and purine ***:The results showed PGPG had a cool medicinal property as same as CPPG,and the regulation trend of PGPG on markers was consistent with cool ***,the medicine properties PG and CP should be consistent,and the Traditional chinese medicine p

Psychological experience of breastfeeding among primiparous women with lactating mastitis:A qualitative research
