Objective This study aimed to clarify the intervention effect of salidroside(SAL)on lung injury caused by PM_(2.5) in mice and illuminate the function of SIRT1-PGC-1ɑ*** Specific pathogen-free(SPF)grade male C57BL/6 mice were randomly assigned to the following groups:control group,SAL group,PM_(2.5) group,SAL+PM_(2.5) *** the first day,SAL was given by gavage,and on the second day,PM_(2.5) suspension was given by intratracheal *** whole experiment consist of a total of 10 cycles,lasting 20 *** the end of treatment,blood samples and lung tissues were collected and *** of pathological changes in lung tissue using inverted microscopy and transmission electron *** expression of inflammatory,antioxidants,apoptosis,and SIRT1-PGC-1ɑproteins were detected by Western *** Exposure to PM_(2.5) leads to obvious morphological and pathologica changes in the lung of ***_(2.5) caused a decline in levels of antioxidant-related enzymes and protein expressions of HO-1,Nrf2,SOD2,SIRT1 and PGC-1ɑ,and an increase in the protein expressions of IL-6,IL-1β,Bax,caspase-9 and cleaved ***,SAL reversed the aforementioned changes caused by PM_(2.5) by activating the SIRT1-PGC-1α *** SAL can activate SIRT1-PGC-1ɑ to ameliorate PM2.5-induced lung injury.

N6-methyladenosine(m^(6)A)plays an important role in embryogenesis,nuclear export,transcription splicing,and protein translation ***,we demonstrate a copper-free click chemistry-mediated assembly of single quantum dot(QD)nanosensor for accurately monitoring locus-specific m^(6)A in cancer *** m^(6)A-sensitive endoribonuclease MazF can digest the unmethylated A-RNA,and the intact m^(6)A-RNA then hybridizes with DNA probes a and b to produce a sandwich hybrid,initiating the click chemistry to generate probe a–b ligation product via first tandem ligation detection reaction(LDR)***,DNA probes c and d can hybridize with the probe a–b ligation product to generate the probe c–d ligation product via second LDR *** LDR cycles can be repeated through denaturation and annealing reaction to generate abundant biotin-/fluorophore-modified probe c–d ligation products that can easily assemble on the QD surface to induce distinct fluorescence resonance energy transfer(FRET)between QD and *** assay can be homogenously performed without the involvement of copper catalyst,m^(6)A-specific antibody,radioactive labeling,ligase enzyme,enzymatic reverse transcription,and next-generation ***,it can discriminate even 0.01% m^(6)A level in complex samples and accurately measure cellular m^(6)A-RNA expression,providing a promising avenue for clinical diagnostics and biomedical research.

The aim of this consensus is to standardize the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic hepatitis B in children and to achieve the goal of “eliminating viral hepatitis as a major public health threat by 2030” issued by the World Health Organization. Formulated by organized experts of the Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases and Chinese Society of Hepatology, Chinese medical Association;Group of Infectious Diseases, Chinese Pediatric Society, Chinese medical Association;and the National Clinical Research Center for Infectious Diseases (beijing), the consensus provides the latest evidence and recommendations for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of chronic hepatitis B in children.

AIM:To evaluate dry eye disease(DED)symptomatology and mental health status in different COVID-19 ***:A cross-sectional observational design was *** 123 eligible adults(46.34%of men,age range,18-59y)with COVID-19 included in the study from August to November,*** Surface Disease Index(OSDI),Five-item Dry Eye Questionnaire(DEQ-5),hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)were used in this ***:OSDI scores were 6.82(1.25,15.91)in asymptomatic carriers,7.35(2.50,18.38)in mild cases,and 16.67(4.43,28.04)in recurrent cases,with 30.00%,35.56%,and 57.89%,respectively evaluated as having DED symptoms(χ2=7.049,P=0.029).DEQ-5 score varied from 2.00(0,6.00)in asymptomatic carriers,3.00(0,8.00)in mild cases,and 8.00(5.00,10.00)in recurrent cases,with 27.50%,33.33%,and 55.26%,respectively assessed as having DED symptoms(χ2=8.532,P=0.014).The prevalence of clinical anxiety(50.00%)and depression(47.37%)symptoms were also significantly higher in patients with recurrent infection(χ2=24.541,P<0.001;χ2=30.871,P<0.001).Recurrent infection was a risk factor for high OSDI scores[odds ratio,2.562;95%confidence interval(CI),1.631-7.979;P=0.033]and DEQ-5 scores(odds ratio,3.353;95%CI,1.038-8.834;P=0.043),whereas having a fixed occupation was a protective factor for OSDI scores(odds ratio,0.088;95%CI,0.022-0.360;P=0.001)and DEQ-5 scores(odds ratio,0.126;95%CI,0.039-0.405;P=0.001).CONCLUSION:Patients with recurrent COVID-19 have more severe symptoms of DED,anxiety,and depression.

An adaptive control approach is presented in this paper for tracking desired trajectories in interactive manipulators. The controller design incorporates prescribed performance functions (PPFs) to improve dynamic performance. Notably, the performance of the output error is confined in an envelope characterized by exponential convergence, leading to convergence to zero. This feature ensures a prompt response from admittance control and establishes a reliable safety framework for interactions. Simulation results provide practical insights,demonstrating the viability of the control scheme proposed in this paper.
