translation is the process of converting a source language text into a target language text. Since translation theories are the basis of translation practice, they provide principles to translators which can assist or guide them through the whole process. Among the many theories, the feminist translation theory, which arose during the late 1970s as a conjunction of the translation studies and feminist wave, explored a new domain of translation from the gender perspective. Hence, this paper intends to have a better understanding of how this distinctive theory operates and whether it is significant or useful for the practice of translation.

Deconstruction theory is a translation theory which is worthy our great attention. This paper expounds the effects of deconstruction theory on translation theory and practice, points out the limitations of the theory, and puts forward the necessity to construct a new translation standard after deconstruction. The ideas and methods it illustrated bring us many new inspirations, which have important reference value and significance to reconstruct Chinese translation theory.

Guo Moruo, born in Sichuan province, is one of the greatest translators m Chinese literature translation. He has ncn literary works and translation works in his life. Combing with writing experience and a wealth of translation practice, he has summarized and extracted the great translation theory including the meaning of translation, the translator＇s cultivation, translation principles and methods, especially the ＂matchmaker＂ and the ＂virgin＂ theory, flavor translation, resonance theory, translation criticism view, translating verse as verse theory, retranslation view. His translation works and translation theories have special contribution to the？translation cause of China, and all his translation theories are worth of learning.

Bingxin, most renowned for her status as a master of Chinese literature, yet is rarely known as a famous translator in the modern history of China. Her over-60-year translation career depends on her creative writing, namely being her double identity as both writer and translator. This thesis aims to investigate the relationship between creative writing and translation for the writer and translator Bingxin and to summarize and analyze her unique translation theory under her special double identity.

From the initial sparks of fire to the present independent school, the network language has become the research object of many language scholars. With the rapid development of the lntemet, a large number of the network new words and hot words have a rapid impact on people＇s social communication and their life. This kind of the vocabularies truly reflects the different life attitudes and cultures mainly with the words as the carrier, and then shows the network cultures, mentalities and life styles of the Chinese people, and especially the young people in different stages. From the perspective of the English vocabulary, take the reverse into consideration of the reaction of the network new and hot words on the present situations of the life of young people, the latest social phenomena and the importance and particularity of the new things, and we can find out the roles and values of the network new and hot words in the intercultural communication.

The challenges of translating the Chinese ancient poetry have been discussed, particularly the preservation of symmetric form, the connotation of images and the delivering of rhythm is difficult to address. The essay translates the poem 《水调歌头·明月几时有》 and also discuss the translation theory and strategies applied including the combination of literal translation and free translation, Skopos theory and the target of readers.
