In recent years, the antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects of the labiatae plants have been widely recognized, and have been used in clinical practice, and their anti-tumor effects are also very significant, and receiving more and more attention. At present, malignant tumors are still the first killer threatening human health. Because of the long-term use of chemical anti-tumor drugs with certain drug resistance and obvious side effects, finding high-efficiency anti-tumor active ingredients from natural plants and Chinese herbal medicines has become a hot spot in the field of pharmacy. Literature survey indicates that the active ingredients in labiatae plants have anti-tumor effects. Therefore, this paper summarized and discussed the anti-tumor types, mechanisms and active components of the labiatae plants, so as to provide a basis and reference for the development of new anti-tumor drugs or preparations.

近年来,我们在进行防治冠心病的中草药研究过程中,对中药丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)及其同属植物的形态学特征与化学成分特征有了比较深入的了解。唇形科为世界性分布的植物种类较多的科之一,有10亚科,约220属,3,500余种。我国有6亚科,99属,800余种。丹参属(又称鼠尾草属)隶属于野芝麻亚科(Lamioideae),约700至1,050余种,分布于热带或温带。我国有78种,24变种,8变型,分布于全国各地,尤以西南为最多。本属植物的主要形

Four new oleanane triterpene saponins were isolated and purified from the whole plant of Clinopodium urticifolium. They were 3B 16B, 23, 28-tetrahydroxyoleana-9 (11), 12(13)-diene-3-yl-[B-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-2)]-[B-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-3)]- B-D-fucopyranoside 1; 3B, 16B, 21B, 23, 28-pentahydroxyoleana-9(11), 12(13)-diene-3-yl-[B-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-2)]-[B-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-3)]- B-D-fucopyranoside 2; 3B, 16B, 23, 28-tetrahydroxyoleana-9(11), 12(13)-diene-3-yl-[B-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-6)-B-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-3)]-[B-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-2)]-B-D-fucopyranoside 3; 3B, 16B, 23, 28-tetrahydroxyoleana-9(11), 12(13)-diene-3-yl-[B-D-gluco-pyranosyl-(1-4)-B-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-6)-B-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-3)]-[B-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-2)]- B-D-fucopyranoside 4. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of interpretation of NMR and MS data and from chemical evidence.

From the aerial part of Isodon serra, two new ent-6,7-seco-kaurane-type diterpenoids, 15α,20β-dihydroxy-6β- methoxy-6,7- seco-6,20-epoxy-1,7-olide-ent-kaur-16-ene （1） and 6α,15α-dihydroxy-20-aldehyde-6,7-seco-6,11α-epoxy-1,7-olide-ent-kaur-16- ene （2） were isolated. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic means.

Two novel ent-kauranoids with new sub-skeleton types, gesneroidins G and H were isolated as white powder from the ether extract of the leaves of Isodon gesneroides through normal phase column chromatography. Their structures were elucidated as 3b,6a,7b-triacetoxyl-15-hydroxyl-14-oxo-ent-15,16-seco-kaur-11,17-olide and 1a-hydroxyl-3b,6a,7b,11b-tetraacetoxyl-ent-nor-15,17-kaur-8,16-olide on the basis of the spectral evidences including 1D and 2D NMR spectra.

Three new lignan glucosides, baicalensinosides A-C (1-3), were isolated from the roots of Scutellaria baicalensis. The structural elucidation was achieved by in-depth spectroscopic examinations and qualitative chemical test. Structurally, these compounds belong to the 3,4-dibenzyltetrahydrofuran-type lignan glycoside with a mono-hydroxyl substitution at the 7'-position of benzylidene group on the numbering system of lignans being one of their shared critical features. The anti-osteoporotic activity of the isolated compounds was assessed in an in vitro osteoprotegerin (OPG) transcriptional activity assay using dual luciferase reporter detection. At 10 mu mol/L, compounds 1-3 increased the relative activating ratio of OPG transcription to 1.83, 0.84 and 0.98 times that of the control group, respectively.
