Attributes,challenges and future directions of community resilience

With the continuous development of human society, the damage to the natural environment is becoming increasingly large, causing crisis events to occur frequently. In recent years, the study of community resilience is becoming popular among scholars because of its perspective on disaster prevention and mitigation. In this study, we apply database retrieval to untangle community resilience-related papers from multiple directions. We analyze the connotation, attribute, and composition of community, resilience, and community resilience comprehensively by summarizing important issues and research progress in community resilience. Challenges and shortcomings faced by community resilience development are also determined. Moreover, we put forward the research directions that future research can focus on. Through literature review, current research on community resilience focuses on the following aspects: "infrastructure construction," "crowd in the community," "economic resilience,""social capital," and "measurement of community resilience." Such research is not yet systematic and relatively decentralized. The attention to collective resilience in the community is relatively weak, which makes achieving the goal of "people-oriented and systematic control" ***, this study states that the development of future community resilience should stand from the perspective of"system of system" and build on knowledge and tools of various relevant domains. Therefore, public needs and participation are highlighted as breakthrough points. The research should integrate infrastructure and economic resilience, social resource allocation, network connection,and other aspects to build a holistic and functional resilient community.

Recent advances on mixed matrix membranes for CO_2 separation

Recent advances on mixed matrix membrane for CO2 separation are reviewed in this paper. To improve CO2 separation performance of polymer membranes, mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) are developed. The concept of MMM is illustrated distinctly. Suitable polymer and inorganic or organic fillers for MMMs are summarized. Possible interface morphologies between polymer and filler, and the effect of interface morphologies on gas transport properties of MMMs are summarized. The methods to improve compatibility between polymer and filler are introduced. There are eight methods including silane coupling, Grignard treatment, incorporation of additive, grafting, in situ polymerization, polydopamine coating, particle fusion approach and polymer functionalization. To achieve higher productivity for industrial application, mixed matrix composite membranes are developed. The recent development on hollow fiber and flat mixed matrix composite membrane is reviewed in detail. Last, the future trend of MMM is forecasted.

A Survey on Expert Recommendation in Community Question Answering

Community question answering （CQA） represents the type of Web applications where people can exchange knowledge via asking and answering questions. One significant challenge of most real-world CQA systems is the lack of effective matching between questions and the potential good answerers, which adversely affects the efficient knowledge acquisition and circulation. On the one hand, a requester might experience many low-quality answers without receiving a quality response in a brief time; on the other hand, an answerer might face numerous new questions without being able to identify the questions of interest quickly. Under this situation, expert recommendation emerges as a promising technique to address the above issues. Instead of passively waiting for users to browse and find their questions of interest, an expert recommendation method raises the attention of users to the appropriate questions actively and promptly. The past few years have witnessed considerable efforts that address the expert recommendation problem from different perspectives. These methods all have their issues that need to be resolved before the advantages of expert recommendation can be fully embraced. In this survey, we first present an overview of the research efforts and state-of-the-art techniques for the expert recommendation in CQA. We next summarize and compare the existing methods concerning their advantages and shortcomings, followed by discussing the open issues and future research directions.

Climate change and its impact on population health have been well explored in China in recent years,especially health risk assessments such as studying its impact on the transmission and development of climate-sensitive infectious diseases and non-communicable ***,knowledge gaps including using morbidity as health indicators(***,ED visits,and ambulance call-outs),identifying disease attributable contributions to climate variability and burden of diseases due to climate change,calculating related healthcare costs,and developing climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies need to be *** research directions could focus on both mitigation and health adaptation studies,such as exploring active transportation and green hospitals,studying health co-benefits,identifying vulnerable populations,prioritizing resource allocation,building healthcare capacity and capability,evaluating intervention effect,developing tailored risk communication strategies and community health education packages for vulnerable communities in the context of climate change.

Therapeutic plasma exchange for hyperlipidemic pancreatitis:Current evidence and unmet needs

With changes in lifestyle and diet worldwide,the prevalence of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis(HLAP)has greatly increased,and it has become the most common cause of acute pancreatitis not due to gallstones or *** are many available therapies for HLAP,including oral lipid-lowering agents,intravenous insulin,heparin,and therapeutic plasmapheresis(TPE).It is believed that the risk and severity of HLAP increase with rising levels of serum triglycerides(TG),thus a rapid decrease in serum TG level is the key to the successful management of *** has emerged as an effective modality in rapidly reducing serum TG ***,due to its cost and accessibility,TPE remains poorly evaluated until *** studies revealed its efficacy in helping to treat and prevent the recurrence,while some studies suggested that TG levels were not correlated with disease severity,mortality,or length of hospital *** TPE might have no beneficial effect for the *** article gives an overview of the published evidence of TPE in the treatment of HLAP and outlines current evidence regarding individual outcome predictors,adverse effects of the procedure,and TPE in special occasions such as for pregnant patients and patients with diabetic *** direction of TPE research for HLAP is also discussed in this review.

拔尖人才培养是人才强国战略的关键议题。构建中国拔尖人才培养体系，走好拔尖人才自主培养之路，是落实人才强国战略的关键。借助国际拔尖人才培养体系的分析框架，从国家顶层视野、基础设施、培养能力、培养理念和研究能力等方面，对我国现有培养体系给予全方位分析，指出其中的缺善之处。在此基础上，厘清中国拔尖人才培养体系的主要方向和路径，即构建国家顶层设计清晰、各学段贯通、多主体协同、基础学科支撑、文化氛围良好、研究与实践相互促进的中国拔尖人才培养体系，构筑有利于拔尖人才脱颖而出的制度环境。
