＜正＞Increasing evidence indicates that psychiatric symptoms are crucial characteristic of the early phases of Parkinson’s disease（PD） and precede motor impairment.We examined several nonmotor behaviors in adult rats with 6- hydroxydopamine（6-OHDA）（10.5μg） injected bilaterally into dorsal striatum which mimic the early stage of PD.With such model,we observed the neurons electrophysiological characters of basolateral（BLA） of amygdale and underlying influencing factors.6-OHDA lesion only produced a less,18-22%loss of tyrosine hydroxylase-immunoreactive neurons in the ventral tegmental area（VTA） and anxiety symptom.In 6-OHDA-lesioned rats,the firing rate of BLA projection neurons decrease comparing with sham-operated rats,but the firing rate and firing pattern of VTA dopaminergic neurons have no changes.Following combining impairment of medial prefrontal cortex（mPFC）,no significant differences were observed either in behaviors or electrophysiological characters of BLA and VTA neurons compared to that of single 6-OHDA-lesioned rats.Systemic administration of cumulative apomorphine（10-160μg/kg） inhibited the firing rate of BLA projection neurons in all groups,but 6-OHDA lesion and mPFC impairment attenuated this inhibition response,which need the more apomorphine stimulation,especially following the mPFC impairment.In addition,the firing rate of projection neurons increased instead at 20 Hg/kg dose of apomorphine.These data demonstrate that anxiety presented in early stage of PD is related to the decrease in firing activity of BLA projection neurons,which were mainly regulated instead of elicited by activation of dopamine receptor in the mPFC.

压力（stress）是个体面对具有挑战性或威胁性的刺激情境时伴有躯体机能以及心理活动改变的一种身心紧张状态。人在一生中经历各种各样的压力,每个人都会有不同的适应方式,适度的压力能更好地完成任务,对工作、学习有所帮助,但长期高压状态也会损害身心健康。焦虑（anxiety）是由紧张、焦急、忧虑、担心和恐惧等感受交织而成的一种复杂的情绪反应。它可以在人承受压力时出现,也可能在没有客观的威胁或危险时发生。主观上感到紧张、不愉快,甚至痛苦和难以自制,并伴有植物性神经系统功能的变化或失调,如腹泻、心悸、血压升高、气短、大汗等。

何其芳不仅是一个政治抒情诗人,也是一个杰出的爱情抒情诗人。他在20世纪的三四十年代写了大量的爱情诗,诗中大多表现了青春的苦闷和对爱情的渴望的痛苦及其矛盾的心理,传达了一个时代的青春的苦闷的象征。本文从精神分析学的角度分析了何其芳爱情诗的三首代表作品,揭示了诗人的多情而又忧郁,渴望而又充满着梦想的心灵历程,作品把爱情的复杂多层的青年的心理表现得细致入微,为我们提供了写作爱情诗的范本。

Carbon monoxide（CO）, one of the main products of heme oxygenase-1（HO-1）, has been reported to exert significantly protective effects in various neuropathological processes by attenuating inflammatory response and/or promoting neurogenesis.However, the precise roles of CO in depression are still unknown.Using hydrogen peroxide（H2 O2）-induced PC12 cell injury model and LPS-induced depression mice model, combined with adeno-associated virus（AAV）-mediated overexpression of HO-1, systemic CO-releasing molecule（CORM）, CO-rich saline or CO gas treatment procedures, the present study aimed to investigate the potential antidepressant-and anxiolytic-like effects of endogenous and exogenous CO administration in vivo and in vitro.The result showed that AAV-mediated HO-1 overexpression in dorsal hippocampus produced significant antidepressant-and anxiolytic-like activities in mice under normal condition.In vitro experimental results showed that both CORM-3 and CORM-A1 pretreatment could block H2 O2-induced cellular injuries, reflected by increased cellular survival, decreased cellular apoptosis and necrosis.Similar to overexpression of HO-1, systemic pretreatment with CORM-3, CO gas or CO-rich saline could also produce significant antidepressant-and anxiolytic-like activities in mice.Further, systemic COgas pretreatment could significantly block lipopolysaccharide（LPS）-induced depression-and anxiety-like behaviors in mice.Together, our present findings provide direct evidence, for the first time, that activation of HO-1 and/or exogenous CO administration could produce protective effects and exert significant antidepressant-and anxiolytic-lieke effects, highlighting that the HO-1/CO system, especially CO application could be a promising therapeutic target for treatment of depression and anxiety.

＜正＞Objective The zebrafish（Danio rerio） is emerging as a useful behavioral model of human anxiety. Here we further ascertain zebrafish larvae models of anxiety and validate the pharmacological effects of neuroactive compounds by the light/dark preference test.Methods We provide a detailed description of the pattern of exploratory behaviours encountered in zebrafish larvae when exposed to the light/dark preference test.We find that the larvae spend less time in the dark compartment relative to the white compartment of the testing apparatus.The expression of these dark-avoidance behaviours was significantly attenuated by anxiolytic（diazepam,lorazepam） drugs. Results The findings ascertain the nature of dark-avoidance behaviours as anxiety-like behaviours and provide the pharmacological validation of the light/dark preference test for zebrafish larvae.This behavioural based assay can accommodate drug screening of neuroactive compounds.

Depression is highly prevalent in individuals with diabetes and the depressive symptoms are less responsive to current antidepressant therapies.Oxidative stress plays a major role in both the pathogenesis of diabetes and the major depression and anxiety disorders.Hydrogen sulfide(H2S),the third gaseous mediator,is a novel signaling molecule in brain and possesses the antioxidative role and the antidepressant-and anxiolytic-like activities.We hypothesized that H2S could produce the antidepressant-and anxiolytic-like activities in diabetic patients by its antioxidative effect.To test this hypothesis,we generated streptozotocin(STZ)Z-induced diabetic rats.We found that H2S alleviated depressive-like behaviors of STZ-induced diabetic rats in the force swimming and tail suspension tests and reduced anxiety-like behaviors of STZ-induced diabetic rats in the elevated plus maze test.We also found that H2S significantly reduced the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)and 4-hydroxynonenal(4-HNE)and elevated the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and reduced glutathione(GSH)in thehippocampus of STZ-induced diabetic rats.The results provides evidence for antidepressant-like and anxiolytic-like effects of H2S in STZ-induced diabetic rats and the therapeutical effects may be due to inhibition of hippocampal oxidative stress.These findings suggest that elevating H2S signaling is a potential target for treatment of depressive and anxiety disorders related to diabetes.

＜正＞ Buprenorphine （BPN） is very abused with benzodiazepines （BZD）, especially Clorazepate （CRZ） during heroin substitution. Are Pharmacodynamic or behavioral explanations for BPN + CRZ craving BPN is a high affinity partial μ agonist and a delta + kappa antagonist for opioid receptors （OR）. We tested acute （1 injection） or chronic （21 days） administration of BPN or CRZ or their association : （i） behaviors in mice with 1,4 or 16 mg/kg of CRZ ± BPN. （ii） OR binding in rats. METHODS : （i） anxiety （black and white box） and memory （alternation in the Y - maze + passive avoidance tests）. （ii） binding using a β - imager with 3 specific 3H-Radioligands for μ（MOR）, δ（DOR） and κ（KOR）. RESULTS : （i） high doses of clorazepate totally reversed BPN hyperactivity and anxiogenic effects,and increased the BPN- induced spontaneous alternation impairment whereas it displays no effect on long - term memory processes. （ii） [ a] CRZ alone diminished the down regulation of MOR [ b] BPN induced changes are regionally modified when CRZ was added. [ c] In most regions Kd increases were additive [d] surprisingly MOR Bmax and Kd simultaneously increased in thala-mus CONCLUSION : changes induced on the OR with BPN could explain a persisting demand of BZD and the risks of overdose with IV route. In mice,the behavioural interactions between the OR and GABA/BZD complex are mainly im- plicated in anxiety behaviour but not in memory functions.
