Many consumers do not carry the product that gives them higher value due to their unawareness of this choice for some product categories（e.g.,mobile phone plans,credit cards and insurance）.Recently,a new type of online platforms has entered the market,and consumers can switch to high-value products with their free switching-referral ***,the switching choices are restricted to only the rms enrolled with the *** study entry of such an online switching-referral platform on consumer surplus and rm prot,using an analytical model that captures both enrollment interaction between the platform and rms and product switch of consumersthe two intertwining characteristics that dierentiate this platform from *** nd that when many uninformed consumers are not matched with high-value products ex ante,consumer surplus is lower（higher） if the platform can help more（fewer） of them switch to these ***,we show that the platform prefers a non-exclusive contract that enrolls all rms and thus is able to facilitate more consumer *** the other hand,enrolling with the platform is a dominant strategy for the rms;however,they may consequently realize less prot although their products being better matched to more consumers makes them set higher ***,we also demonstrate that either a low cost of reaching uninformed consumers by the platform or a low switching cost of consumers may hurt both consumers and rms after entry of the *** also discuss the eect of oering multiple products by rms and an alternative contract form between the platform and rms.

Learning Mathematics online Using Information Technology Tools during COVID-19 in Kosove

The COVID-19 pandemic has brought significant challenges to higher education worldwide. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, e-learning has begun to be widely used and applied in the teaching and learning processes. However, learning under technological circumstances has proven not always to be a proper solution in education. A highlight challenge, in this regard, is considered to be learning Mathematics online. While some support its positive impact, others greatly oppose it by arguing that neither teaching nor learning has proven successful. Thus, this study examines Kosovo selected universities to see the effectiveness of learning Mathematics online as a case study. Further, it compares the online and traditional learning methods and explores how teachers in higher education in Kosova Universities apply and integrate technology into learning mathematics. This study employed a methodology encompassing questionnaires for students. The results show that students are not overall satisfied with learning Mathematics online leading to the conclusion that online learning is not an effective educational method for learning Mathematics.

最小必要原则包括相关性、最小化、合比例性三个子原则。在适用该原则时，我国实践中的主流做法是只承认网络平台的次要处理目的，即实现具体业务功能，而不承认其主要处理目的，即提供精准的交易媒介服务。最小化原则的要求与网络平台实现其主要处理目的之间存在巨大张力，个人信息自主控制制度、匿名化制度都难以缓解该张力。鉴于最小必要原则的适用范围局限于利益减损型处理行为，如果网络平台实际上为增进信息主体的利益而行动，便不满足最小必要原则的适用条件。按照补充性的合同解释方法，网络平台在提供媒介服务时应当承担给付型忠实义务，即有义务为消费者在所媒介交易中的可得利益最大化而行动。履行给付型忠实义务的网络平台，在其个人信息处理的综合影响为正面，且给信息主体造成的损害或者危险有限的情况下，可以在合理的必要范围内处理非敏感的和敏感度低的个人信息。

Current Trends in online Programming Languages Learning Tools: A Systematic Literature Review

Students face difficulties in programming languages learning (PLL) which encourages many scholars to investigate the factors behind that. Although there a number of positive and negative factors found to be effective in PLL procedure, utilising online tools in PLL were recognized as a positive recommended means. This motivates many researchers to provide solutions and proposals which result in a number of choices and options. However, categorising those efforts and showing what has been done, would provide a better and clear image for future studies. Therefore, this paper aims to conduct a systematic literature review to show what studies have been done and then categorise them based on the type of online tools and the aims of the research. The study follows Kitchenham and Charters guidelines for writing SLR (Systematic Literature Review). The search result reached 1390 publications between 2013-09/2018. After the filtration which has been done through selected criteria, 160 publications were found to be adequate to answer the review questions. The main results of this systematic review are categorizing the aims of the studies in online PLL tools, classifying the tools and finding the current trends of the online PLL tools.
