The coupling of bipolar electrode(BPE)arrays and electrofluorochromic(EFC)imaging has exhibited great abilities in ***,the imaging resolution and analytical performance are hampered by the large size of the electrode and the rapid diffusion of EFC molecules on the electrode ***,to address the challenges,bipolar nanoelectrodes(BPn E)array and in situ immobilization strategy of EFC molecules were *** aluminum oxide(AAO)template-assisted Au nanoelectrodes array with high density was fabricated as BPn E array for high spatial imaging *** electrically polymerizing EFC molecules on the surface of single Au nanoelectrode,the rapid diffusion of EFC molecules on the electrode surface was not only avoided,but also realizing electrofluorescent imaging on an individual *** dopamine(DA)released from living PC12 cells as a model,the proposed strategy exhibited an ultra-high sensitivity for DA analysis with a detection limit of 0.45 nmol/L and the DA release amount from a single cell was calculated to be 0.13 pmol/***,the dynamic change of DA release under the drug stimulation from living PC12 cells could also be monitored.

Ketamine is known as a general anesthetic that administration of subanesthetic doses（R, S）-ketamine（2, 10, 50 mg/kg, i.p.） produces rapid onset antidepressant effects in humans with profound analgesic and hypnotic properties. It is also a popular addictive drug that targeting dopaminergic（DA） system. However, whether and how ketamine modulates DA functions is elusive. Here we determined the effect of ketamine on DA release using electrochemical carbon fiber electrode（CFE） in mouse striatum in vivo. DA release was evoked by electrical stimulation at MFB. Ketamine decreased the DA overflow, while the DA uptake and vesicle pool recycling were not changed. Ketamine effect on DA release was similar in anesthetic and awaking status. These results suggest that ketamine may exert its addictive role is probably independent on MFB-induced DA release in vivo.

＜正＞A long-standing question in how the nervous system processes information is whether patterns of action potentials（APs）,in addition to their mean frequency,have specific effects on neurotransmitter *** previous studies on different AP patterns showed that the number of AP bursts effectively modulate cell secretion in cultured adrenal chromaffin ***,it is not clear how such patterns modulate transmitter release in the central nervous system in *** answer this question,amperometry was used to measure dopamine release in the rat striatum,in response to electrical stimulation of the medial forebrain *** stimulus pattern was defined by the four parameters, number（"N"） and frequency（"f’） of stimuli pulses,number of bursts（"m"）,and inter-burst interval（"d"）.We found that for a given "N",in addition to "f’,"m" effectively modulated dopamine ***,this "burst effect" was modulated by stimulus numbers,frequency and inter-burst *** dopamine signals were measured also in mice. Cocaine and nomifensine,inhibitors of dopamine transporter,enhanced the burst *** proposed that the secretion efficiency modulated by stimuli code may play an important role in information transfer in neural networks in vivo.
