CEO compensation stickiness represents an important indicator to measure the effectiveness of compensation *** study uses CEO career experience data and compensation stickiness data from Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2015 to 2020 to investigate the compensation contracts’effectiveness of CEOs with diverse career *** findings are as follows:1)Compensation stickiness is more pronounced for CEOs with diverse career *** to the mechanism test,these CEOs with diverse career experiences can obtain compensation incentives by reducing corporate uncertainty perception and improving total factor *** approach leads to increased compensation stickiness and the effectiveness of compensation *** with diverse career experiences may receive excess compensation by raising agency costs,which intensifies compensation stickiness and weakens the effectiveness of compensation contracts.2)Compensation stickiness of CEOs with diverse career experiences is more significant in companies with lower investor protection,which brings about less effective compensation *** contrast,in companies with higher diversification,the compensation stickiness of CEOs with diverse career experiences is more significant,which delivers more effective compensation *** conclusions deepen the research of CEO compensation contracts and provide a helpful reference for CEO compensation management practices.

The virtuality and openness of online social platforms make networks a hotbed for the rapid propagation of various *** order to block the outbreak of rumor,one of the most effective containment measures is spreading positive information to counterbalance the diffusion of *** spreading mechanism of rumors and effective suppression strategies are significant and challenging research ***,in order to simulate the dissemination of multiple types of information,we propose a competitive linear threshold model with state transition(CLTST)to describe the spreading process of rumor and anti-rumor in the same ***,we put forward a community-based rumor blocking(CRB)algorithm based on influence maximization theory in social *** crucial step is to identify a set of influential seeds that propagate anti-rumor information to other nodes,which includes community detection,selection of candidate anti-rumor seeds and generation of anti-rumor seed *** the CLTST model,the CRB algorithm has been compared with six state-of-the-art algorithms on nine online social networks to verify the *** results show that the proposed model can better reflect the process of rumor propagation,and review the propagation mechanism of rumor and anti-rumor in online social ***,the proposed CRB algorithm has better performance in weakening the rumor dissemination ability,which can select anti-rumor seeds in networks more accurately and achieve better performance in influence spread,sensitivity analysis,seeds distribution and running time.

The fraudulent website image is a vital information carrier for telecom *** efficient and precise recognition of fraudulent website images is critical to combating and dealing with fraudulent *** research on image recognition of fraudulent websites is mainly carried out at the level of image feature extraction and similarity study,which have such disadvantages as difficulty in obtaining image data,insufficient image analysis,and single identification *** study develops a model based on the entropy method for image leader decision and Inception-v3 transfer learning to address these *** data processing part of the model uses a breadth search crawler to capture the image ***,the information in the images is evaluated with the entropy method,image weights are assigned,and the image leader is *** model training and prediction,the transfer learning of the Inception-v3 model is introduced into image recognition of fraudulent *** selected image leaders to train the model,multiple types of fraudulent websites are identified with high *** experiment proves that this model has a superior accuracy in recognizing images on fraudulent websites compared to other current models.

china's crop structure has undergone significant changes in the last two decades since 2000,with an increase in the share of cereals,vegetables,and fruit,squeezing out other *** a result,land productivity,nutrient supply,and carbon emissions have *** to reallocate limited farmland among crops to achieve the multiple goals of agrifood systems becomes an important *** study explores the sources of land productivity and nutrition supply growth and carbon emissions reduction,and identifies the multiple roles of crop structural change from 2003 to 2020 based on a decomposition *** results reveal that the growth within crops is still the primary driver in land productivity and nutrition supply and the reduction in carbon ***,structural change also plays various roles at different *** 2003 to 2010,crop structural change increased the total calorie supply but lowered land productivity and contributed at least 70%of the total growth of carbon *** crop structure was relatively stable,and their effects were modest from 2010 to *** 2015 to 2020,the crop structural change began to play a greater role and generate synergistic effects in improving land productivity,micronutrient supply,and reducing carbon emissions,contributing to approximately a quarter of the growth of land productivity and 30%of total carbon emissions *** results suggest that strategies for crop structural change should comprehensively consider its multiple impacts,aiming to achieve co-benefits while minimizing trade-offs.

The Rural Minimum Living Standard Guarantee(Rural Dibao)is an important unconditional cash transfer program to alleviate poverty in rural *** the importance of children’s nutrition in breaking poverty cycles,little is known about the impact of Rural Dibao on child nutrition *** china Family Panel Studies(CFPS),this paper examines the effects of Rural Dibao on child nutrition outcomes and investigates potential pathways and heterogeneous *** exploit propensity score matching and difference-in-differences techniques to evaluate the effects of the Rural Dibao program on child nutrition *** results suggest that Rural Dibao significantly impacts the nutrition outcomes of children up to 15 years of ***,our results suggest that Rural Dibao improves child height-to-age z-scores by 1.05 standard deviations and lowers the probability of stunting by 11.9 percentage *** analyses suggest that increased protein intake is the main pathway through which Rural Dibao participation contributes to better nutrition *** also find that the effect of the program is more pronounced among girls,children who are non-left-behind or live with highly educated mothers,and those from low-income families and poor *** findings suggest that Rural Dibao participation helps improve child nutrition outcomes through improving diet quality.

Certain outsourcing services for agricultural management in china,such as pest control in grain production,have experienced prolonged sluggishness,contrasting with the relatively high level of outsourcing services observed in harvesting,land preparation,and *** study examines the feasibility of implementing whole-step outsourcing in grain production by conducting a case study of rice and maize production in Jiangsu,Jilin,and Sichuan provinces in *** provision of outsourcing services hinges on two essential conditions:technological advancements fostering specialized production and economies of scale,coupled with a market size sufficient to realize the aforementioned potential economies of *** results showed that outsourcing pest control or harvesting services had varying economies of *** outsourcing services in pest control were less common than in harvesting services,and their marginal growth space of the economies of scale with technological change was also *** by the operational characteristics of pest control itself,the market scale of its professional services is ***,achieving the whole-step outsourcing of grain production necessitates not only technological innovation but also effective policy interventions to overcome the constraints of market *** interventions include(1)optimizing crop layouts between planning regions and reducing land fragmentation and(2)supplying timely and effective inter-regional agricultural information for service providers aided by information technology.

This paper examines the impacts of information about COVID-19 on pig farmers'production willingness by using endorsement experiments and follow-up surveys conducted in 2020 and 2021 in *** results show that,first,farmers were less willing to scale up production when they received information about *** information in 2020 that the second wave of COVID-19 might occur without a vaccine reduced farmers'willingness to scale up by 13.4%,while the information in 2021 that COVID-19 might continue to spread despite the introduction of vaccine reduced farmers'willingness by 4.4%.Second,farmers whose production was affected by COVID-19 were considerably less willing to scale up,given the access to COVID-19 ***,farmers'production willingness can predict their actual production behavior.

We construct a dual-layer coupled complex network of communities and residents to represent the interconnected risk transmission network between communities and the disease transmission network among residents. It characterizes the process of infectious disease transmission among residents between communities through the SE2IHR model considering two types of infectors. By depicting a more fine-grained social structure and combining further simulation experiments, the study validates the crucial role of various prevention and control measures implemented by communities as primary executors in controlling the epidemic. Research shows that the geographical boundaries of communities and the social interaction patterns of residents have a significant impact on the spread of the epidemic, where early detection, isolation and treatment strategies at community level are essential for controlling the spread of the epidemic. In addition, the study explores the collaborative governance model and institutional advantages of communities and residents in epidemic prevention and control.

Accurate and reasonable prediction of industrial electricity consumption is of great significance for promoting regional green transformation and optimizing the energy ***,the regional power system is complicated and uncertain,affected by multiple factors including climate,population and *** paper incorporates structure expansion,parameter optimization and rolling mechanism into a system forecasting framework,and designs a novel rolling and fractional-ordered grey system model to forecast the industrial electricity consumption,improving the accuracy of the traditional grey *** optimal fractional order is obtained by using the particle swarm optimization algorithm,which enhances the model ***,the proposed model is employed to forecast and analyze the changing trend of industrial electricity consumption in Fujian *** results show that industrial electricity consumption in Fujian will maintain an upward growth and it is expected to 186.312 billion kWh in *** with other seven benchmark prediction models,the proposed grey system model performs best in terms of both simulation and prediction performance metrics,providing scientific reference for regional energy planning and electricity market operation.
