Partial shading conditions(PsCs)caused by uneven illumination become one of the most common problems in photovoltaic(PV)systems,which can make the PV power-voltage(P-V)characteristics curve show *** maximum power point tracking(MPPT)methods have shortcomings in tracking to the global maximum power point(GMPP),resulting in a dramatic decrease in output *** order to solve the above problems,intelligent algorithms are used in ***,the existing intelligent algorithms have some disadvantages,such as slow convergence speed and large search ***,an improved whale algorithm(IWOA)combined with the P&O(IWOA-P&O)is proposed for the MPPT of PV power generation in this ***,IWOA is used to track the range interval of the GMPP,and then P&O is used to accurately find the MPP in that *** with other algorithms,simulation results show that this method has an average tracking efficiency of 99.79%and an average tracking time of 0.16 s when tracking ***,experimental verification is conducted,and the results show that the proposed algorithm has better MPPT performance compared to popular particle swarm optimization(PsO)and PsO-P&O algorithms.

Image semantic segmentation has become an essential part of autonomous *** further improve the generalization ability and the robustness of semantic segmentation algorithms,a lightweight algorithm network based on squeeze-and-Excitation Attention Mechanism(sE)and Depthwise separable Convolution(DsC)is ***,Adam-GC,an Adam optimization algorithm based on Gradient Compression(GC),is proposed to improve the training speed,segmentation accuracy,generalization ability and stability of the algorithm *** verify and compare the effectiveness of the algorithm network proposed in this paper,the trained networkmodel is used for experimental verification and comparative test on the Cityscapes semantic segmentation *** validation and comparison results show that the overall segmentation results of the algorithmnetwork can achieve 78.02%MIoU on Cityscapes validation set,which is better than the basic algorithm network and the other latest semantic segmentation algorithms *** meeting the stability and accuracy requirements,it has a particular significance for the development of image semantic segmentation.

Traffic flow statistics have become a particularly important part of intelligent *** solve the problems of low real-time robustness and accuracy in traffic flow *** the Deepsort tracking algorithm,the Kalman filter(KF),which is only suitable for linear problems,is replaced by the extended Kalman filter(EKF),which can effectively solve nonlinear problems and integrate the Histogram of Oriented Gradient(HOG)of the *** multi-target tracking framework was constructed with YOLO V5 target detection *** efficient and longrunning Traffic Flow statistical framework(TFsF)is established based on the tracking *** lines are set up to record the movement direction of vehicles to more accurate and detailed statistics of traffic *** order to verify the robustness and accuracy of the traffic flow statistical framework,the traffic flow in different scenes of actual road conditions was collected for *** experimental validation shows that the accuracy of the traffic statistics framework reaches more than 93%,and the running speed under the detection data set in this paper is 32.7FPs,which can meet the real-time requirements and has a particular significance for the development of intelligent transportation.

Association between NAFLD and Risk of Colorectal Adenoma in Chinese Han Population

Background and Aims:Colorectal cancer is associated with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)and other metabolic syndromes,such as obesity,abnormal blood glucose,and *** relationship of NAFLD and colorectal adenoma,which is the precursor of colorectal cancer,is worthy of *** aim of this study was to investigate the association between colorectal adenoma and NAFLD,colorectal adenoma and metabolic syndrome in a Chinese Han ***:This retrospective study analyzed the relationship between NAFLD and colorectal adenoma in 1089 patients in qingdao municipal *** were divided into a colorectal adenoma group(n=267)and a control group(n=822).NAFLD and the controlled attenuation parameter(CAP)value were determined by abdominal ultrasound and ***:Patients with NAFLD in the colorectal adenoma group and the control group represented 142 cases(53.2%)and 360 cases(43.8%),*** mean CAP value in the colorectal adenoma group was significantly higher than that in the control *** values of body mass index,triglyceride,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,aspartate aminotransferase,fasting plasma glucose,and uric acid were also significantly higher in the colorectal adenoma group than in the control *** logistic regression analysis showed that the sex,NAFLD,CAP,body mass index,triglyceride,aspartate aminotransferase,and fasting plasma glucose were significant risk factors for colorectal ***,NAFLD and CAP value were significant risk factors for colorectal adenoma in males but not in ***:NAFLD and metabolic syndrome were tightly associated with the risk of colorectal adenoma in this Chinese Han *** effect of NAFLD on colorectal adenoma was prominent in males rather than in females.

Preparation and Characterization of Florfenicol/Chitosan-stearic Acid Polymer Nanomicelle and Its Antibiotic Properties

Amphiphilic Cs-sA polymers were prepared using the sA modified by small molecule water-soluble chitosan, and Cs-sA nanomicelles and FF/Cs-sA nanomicelles were prepared by using CssA polymers as the material with dialysis-ultrasound method. Cs-sA polymers, Cs-sA nanomicelles, and FF/Cs-sA nanomicelles were characterized by FT-IR, TGA, and sEM. Results showed that the sA was grafted to the amino of Cs by amide bond. Cs-sA nanomicelles and FF/Cs-sA nanomicelles were spherical, smooth without fold. The influence of different molar ratio of FF to Cs-sA polymers on the encapsulation efficiency and drug-loading rate determined the best molar ratio that was 1：1.09. In vitro release experiments, drug release performance study found that hydrophobic drug releasing from FF/Cs-sA nanomicelles presented sustainedrelease. In vitro bacteriostasis experiments, when the concentration was higher than 4.98 mg/mL, FF/CssA nanomicelles had antibacterial action and a positive correlation with concentration. The results revealed that amphiphilic chitosan derivative nanomicelles were carriers with broad prospects, increasing solubility of hydrophobic drugs and presenting sustained release for hydrophobic drugs, which provided a new research idea for drug delivery and targeted drug delivery of hydrohobic drugs.

In vitro prebiotic effects of seaweed polysaccharides

Although prebiotic activities of alginate and agar oligosaccharides isolated from seaweeds have been reported, it remains unknown whether seaweed polysaccharides have prebiotic activity. In this study, we isolated polysaccharides from four species of seaweeds, such as Grateloupia fi licina(GFP), Eucheuma spinosum(EsP), Ulva pertusa(UPP), and A scophyllum nodosum(ANP), and characterized their structures and prebiotic ef fects in vitro. The results showed that these polysaccharides were dif ferent in total sugar and sulfate contents as well as monosaccharide composition. GFP and EsP significantly promoted bifi dobacterium proliferation and 0.1% EsP and 0.4% GFP resulted in the highest proliferation rates of beneficial bacteria, whereas UPP and ANP inhibited the growth of beneficial bacteria at all tested concentrations(0.1%–0.5%). The different behaviors of the four seaweed-originated polysaccharides might be refl ected by differences in monosaccharide composition and structure. Therefore, polysaccharides isolated from GFP and EsP could be utilized as prebiotics. However, more studies must be carried out in vivo.

Preparation of low molecular weight sargassum fusiforme polysaccharide and its anticoagulant activity

Heparin has been used as an anticoagulant drug for many years, but it has significant side ef fects. In the search for good substitutes, low molecular weight(MW) polysaccharides from s argassum fusiforme have been examined and confi rmed to possess biological activities. Here, s. fusiforme polysaccharides(sFP) were extracted and subjected to a hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2) oxidation method for the preparation of low-MW sFP(LsFP). The effects of temperature, pH, and H_2O_2 concentration on the degradation process were also examined. several LsFP of 36, 9, 5.7, and 2.7 kDa were obtained under different conditions, and their anticoagulant activities studied in vitro. The results showed that sFP and LsFP prolonged activated partial thromboplastin(APTT), prothrombin(PT) and thrombin times(TT) significantly, indicating that these low MW polysaccharides possessed anticoagulant activity in the intrinsic, extrinsic, and common coagulation pathways. As these ef fects were related to the MW of the polysaccharides in APTT and TT but not in PT, the contents of the monosaccharide fucose and sulfate and the polysaccharide MW could have exerted combined ef fects. The details of this mechanism require further verifi cation.

The Inhibitory Effects of Pss-Loaded Nanoparticles on the Dysfunction of Cardiac Microvascular Endothelia in Rats with Diabetic Cardiomyopathy

Propylene glycol alginate sodium sulfate-loaded nanoparticles(Pss-NP) has been shown potential to prevent the microvascular endothelial injuries caused by diabetic cardiomyopathy(DCM). In this study, we aimed to investigate the effects of Pss-NP on the dysfunction of cardiac microvascular endothelia in streptozotocin(sTZ)-induced DCM rat model. Echocardiographic measurements showed a significant improvement of cardiac function in the Pss-NP-treated group. Our results revealed that the abnormalities of cardiac systolic and diastolic functions were suppressed by the treatments of prostaglandin E1(PGE1), low molecular weight heparin(LMWH), Pss and Pss-NP. Our comparison analysis indicated that Pss-NP showed the strongest inhibitory effects on microvascular endothelial injuries. Transmission electron microscopy analysis demonstrated that Pss-NP protected the cardiac microvascular endothelium and further improved endothelium dysfunction in DCM rats. ELIsA and Western blot assays further showed a high efficiency of improving cardiac microvascular endothelial dysfunction with Pss-NP. Our results demonstrated that Pss-NP increased the protein expression of phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase(PI3K)-p85 and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)-A, and the phosphorylation of protein kinase B(Akt) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOs), which were involved in the amelioration of cardiac microvascular endothelial dysfunction. These data suggest that Pss-NP may be a novel approach to the treatment the coronary microcirculation disorder diseases such as DCM.
