A Highly Sensitive and Selective Fluorescence Chemosensor for Cu^2＋ and Zn^2＋ Based on Solvent Effect

A novel fluorescence chemosensor 1 based on （R）-binaphthyl-salen can exhibit highly sensitive and selective recognition responses toward Cu^2＋ by ＂turn-off＂ fluorescence quench type in THF/H20, and Zn^2＋ by ＂turn-on＂ fluorescence enhancement type in CHC13/CH3CN, respectively, suggesting that solvents can dramatically affect the responsive properties of salen-based chemosensor. In addition, Cu^2＋ can lead to the most pronounced changes of CD spectra without the influence of solvents, which indicates this kind chemosensor can also be used as a sole Cu^2＋ probe based on CD spectra.

The Salp Swarm Algorithm(SSA)may have trouble in dropping into stagnation as a kind of swarm intelligence *** paper developed an adaptive barebones salp swarm algorithm with quasi-oppositional-based learning to compensate for the above weakness called *** the proposed QBSSA,an adaptive barebones strategy can help to reach both accurate convergence speed and high solution quality;quasi-oppositional-based learning can make the population away from traping into local optimal and expand the search *** estimate the performance of the presented method,a series of tests are ***,CEC 2017 benchmark test suit is used to test the ability to solve the high dimensional and multimodal problems;then,based on QBSSA,an improved Kernel Extreme Learning Machine(KELM)model,named QBSSA–KELM,is built to handle medical disease diagnosis *** the test results and discussions state clearly that the QBSSA is superior to and very competitive to all the compared algorithms on both convergence speed and solutions accuracy.

In this study, we have for the first time preformed the facile substrate-enhanced electroless deposition(SEED) of metal nanoparticles onto monolithic graphene@Ni foams for construction of disposable three-dimensional(3 D) electrochemical immunosensors. Specifically, we firstly used the SEED method to deposit gold nanoparticles(AuNPs) onto the graphene@Ni foam for immobilization of antibody(Ab1). This is followed by a second step SEED deposition to produce silver nanoparticles(AgNPs) for electrochemical stripping detection. Using a-fetoprotein antigen(AFP) as a module analyte, the newly-developed sensor showed a wide linear response, ranging from 5.0 pg/mL to 5.0 ng/mL and a low detection limit down to 2.3 pg/mL. The newly-developed 3 D-immunosensor is sensitive, reliable,and easy to be fabricated, showing great potential for clinic applications.
