Microelectrode arrays(MEAs)provide promising opportunities to study electrical signals in neuronal and cardiac cell networks,restore sensory function,or treat disorders of the nervous ***,most of the currently investigated devices rely on silicon or polymer materials,which neither physically mimic nor mechanically match the structure of living tissue,causing inflammatory response or loss of ***,we present a new method for developing soft MEAs as bioelectronic *** functional structures are directly deposited on PDMS-,agarose-,and gelatin-based substrates using ink-jet printing as a patterning *** demonstrate the versatility of this approach by printing high-resolution carbon MEAs on PDMS and *** soft MEAs are used for in vitro extracellular recording of action potentials from cardiomyocyte-like HL-1 *** results represent an important step toward the design of next-generation bioelectronic interfaces in a rapid prototyping approach.

Transforming growth factor beta(TGFβ)is a pleiotropic cytokine with functions related to angiogenesis,tumor suppression,and immune tolerance[1].TGFβis involved in tumor immune escape and is a target for cancer immune therapy[1].we have reported that healthy donors and cancer patients harbor CD8^(+)cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CTLs)that are specific to TGFβ-derived epitopes and that these CD8^(+)CTLs kill malignant myeloid cells in a TGFβ-dependent manner[2].

Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,a member of the Lamiaceae family,is a widely utilized medicinal *** flavones extracted from *** contribute to numerous health benefits,including anti-inflammatory,antiviral,and anti-tumor ***,the incomplete genome assembly hinders biological studies on *** study presents the first telomere-to-telomere(T2T)gap-free genome assembly of *** through the integration of Pacbio HiFi,Nanopore ultra-long and Hi-C technologies.A total of 384.59 Mb of genome size with a contig N50 of 42.44 Mb was obtained,and all sequences were anchored into nine pseudochromosomes without any gap or *** addition,we analysed the major cyanidin-and delphinidin-based anthocyanins involved in the determination of blue-purple flower using a widely-targeted metabolome *** on the genome-wide identification of Cytochrome P450(CYP450)gene family,three genes(SbFBH1,2,and 5)encoding flavonoid 3′-hydroxylases(F3′Hs)and one gene(SbFBH7)encoding flavonoid 3′5′-hydroxylase(F3′5′H)were found to hydroxylate the B-ring of *** studies enrich the genomic information available for the Lamiaceae family and provide a toolkit for discovering CYP450 genes involved in the flavonoid decoration.
