Introduction:The ease of coronavirus disease 2019(COVId-19)non-pharmacological interventions and the increased susceptibility during the past COVId-19 pandemic could be a precursor for the resurgence of influenza,potentially leading to a severe outbreak in the winter of 2022 and future *** recent increased availability of data on Electronic Health records(EHr)in public health systems,offers new opportunities to monitor individuals to mitigate ***:We introduced a new methodology to rank individuals for surveillance in temporal networks,which was more practical than the static *** targeting previously infected nodes,this method used readily available EHr data instead of the contactnetwork ***:We validated this method qualitatively in a real-world cohort study and evaluated our approach quantitatively by comparing it to other surveillance methods on three temporal and empirical *** found that,despite not explicitly exploiting the contacts’network structure,it remained the best or close to the best *** related the performance of the method to the public health goals,the reproduction number of the disease,and the underlying temporal-network structure(e.g.,burstiness).discussion:The proposed strategy of using historical records for sentinel surveillance selection can be taken as a practical and robust alternative without the knowledge of individual contact behaviors for public health policymakers.

HMA2(heavy metal ATPase 2)plays a crucial role in extracellular and intracellular Zn^(2+)transport across biomembranes,maintaining ion homeostasis,and playing an important role in the normal physiological metabolism,growth,and development of *** our study,a novel HMA2 gene,named MaHMA2,was isolated and cloned from white mulberry(Morus alba L.).The gene sequence obtained was 1,342 bp long,with an open reading frame of 1,194 bp,encoding a protein of 397 amino acids,with a predicted molecular mass of 42.852 kd and an isoelectric point of *** protein belonged to the PIB-type ATPase transport protein *** analyzed the expression of the MaHMA2 gene by quantitative real-time *** results showed that the level of MaHMA2 gene expression decreased to a Zn concentration of 800 mg/*** and proline levels increased and responded to increasing Zn when the MaHMA2 gene was silenced,whereas the activities of peroxidase and superoxide dismutase tended to increase in response to increasing Zn^(2+)ion stress concentrations but were lower in the gene-silenced *** findings suggested that the MaHMA2 gene played an active role in the tolerance response of mulberry to Zn stress.

Ferritins can generally be divided into four subfamilies based on their structural characteristics,namely,the classic ferritins(Ftns),bacterioferritins(Bfrs),dNA-binding proteins from starved cells(dps’),and encapsulated ferritins(Enc Ftns).However,the ferritin from Mycoplasma penetrans(Mpef)possesses a particular ferroxidase center with an extreme low activity and exhibits unusual characteristics,indicating that it could be a member of a quite different subfamily of ***,the crystal structure of the ferritin from Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uurf)is presented,Mpef and Uurf have very similar properties,though they display very low sequence ***,ferritins from Mycoplasma with these unique properties do not belong to any known subfamily,but they should rather be placed in a novel ferritin subfamily,which we term Mycoplasma Ferritin(Mfr).

Grain refinement impact on the mechanical properties and wear behavior of Mg-9Gd-3Y-2Zn-0.5Zr alloy after decreasing temperature reciprocating upsetting-extrusion

Based on the deforming technique of severe plastic deformation(SPd), the grain refinement of a Mg-9Gd-3Y-2Zn-0.5Zr alloy treated with decreasing temperature reciprocating upsetting-extrusion(rUE) and its influence on the mechanical properties and wear behavior of the alloy were studied. The rUE process was carried out for 4 passes in total, starting at 0 ℃ and decreasing by 10 ℃ for each pass. The results showed that as the number of rUE passes increased, the grain refinement effect was obvious, and the second phase in the alloy was evenly distributed. room temperature tensile properties of the alloy and the deepening of the rUE degree showed a positive correlation trend, which was due to the grain refinement, uniform distribution of the second phase and texture weakening. And the microhardness of the alloy showed that the microhardness of rUE is the largest in 2 passes. The change in microhardness was the result of dynamic competition between the softening effect of drX and the work hardening effect. In addition, the wear resistance of the alloy showed a positive correlation with the degree of rUE under low load conditions. When the applied load was higher, the wear resistance of the alloy treated with rUE decreased compared to the initial state alloy. This phenomenon was mainly due to the presence of oxidative wear on the surface of the alloy, which could balance the positive contribution of severe plastic deformation to wear resistance to a certain extent.

Effect of aging treatment on the precipitation transformation and age hardening of Mg-Gd-Y-Zn-Zr alloy

In this study, the precipitation transformation and age hardening of solution-treated Mg-9Gd-4Y-2Zn-0.5Zr(wt.%) alloy were investigated at different aging treatment parameters. The precipitation sequences of the alloy aged at 200℃, 250℃ and 300℃ are β’’(dO19) → β’(BCO) → β(FCC), β’’(dO19) → β’(BCO) → β_(1)(FCC) → β(FCC) and β(FCC), respectively. The streaks sequences of the alloy aged at 200℃, 250℃ and 300℃ are SF, SF → 14H-LPSO and SF → 14H-LPSO, respectively. For the alloy aged at 200℃ and 250℃, the increase in hardness with increasing aging time is contributed from the increase in precipitate volume fraction and the transformation from β’’ to β’ phase with basal → prismatic and spherical → spindle-like precipitate changes. The decrease in hardness after the peak-aging stage is attributed to the appearance of micro-sized β precipitates. Because of the smaller size of precipitates and the triangular arrangement of β’ precipitate, the hardness of the alloy aged at 200℃ is higher than that aged at 250℃. For the alloy aged at 300℃, the appearance of only micro-sized β precipitate and its coarsening with increasing aging time leads to the lowest hardness and an overall decrease in hardness with the aging time.

Southern corn leaf blight(SCLB)disease caused by Cochliobolus heterostrophus is one of the major threats to corn production *** synergistic application of low toxic chemical fungicide and biocontrol agents could improve biocontrol stability and efficiency against plant diseases,which ultimately reduce use of chemical *** spp.,well-known biocontrol fungi have been used to control some foliar ***,few works have been reported on synergistic application of chemical fungicide and Trichoderma against foliar *** study was aimed to investigate the control effect on the synergistic application of Trichoderma harzianum SH2303 and difenoconazole-propiconazole(dP)against *** showed that the synergistic application of dP and SH2303 reduced the leaf spot area compared to the *** efficacy of synergistic application of dP+SH2303 against SCLB could last for 15–20 d in pot trial under the greenhouse *** the natural field condition,maize treated with dP+dP and dP+SH2303 showed 60%control,which was higher than that of SH2303+dP(45%)and SH2303+SH2303(35%).All these treatments induced the synthesis of defense-related enzymes(phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL),catalase(CAT),and superoxide dismutase(SOd))and the defence-related gene expression of SA pathway(Pr1).Taken together the in-vitro leaf test and field trial,the control of SCLB by synergistic application of dP+SH2303 was similar to that of dP+*** synergistic application,the sequential application of dP+SH2303 showed better control than the sequential application of SH2303+*** was concluded that the synergistic application of chemical fungicide(dP)and biocontrol agent(*** SH2303)could be used to reduce the chemical fungicide and to reduce the SCLB diseases in maize,which provided alternative approach to realize an eco-friendly controlling of the foliar disease.

The evolution of microstructure and texture of AZ80 Mg alloy cup-shaped pieces processed by rotating backward extrusion

This study proposed an effective plastic deformation technique,rotating backward extrusion(rBE),for producing high performance AZ80 magnesium alloy cup-shaped *** rBE process was carried on the Gleeble-3500 test machine at 653 K,and the conventional backward extrusion(CBE)was also conducted for comparison.A detailed microstructure analysis was performed using the optical microscopy(OM)and electron back-scatter diffraction(EBSd).The results shown that the equivalent strain and deformation uniformity of the cup pieces could be substantially increased by the rBE process compared with the CBE ***,the rBE process could significantly improve the grain refining capacity and the proportion of dynamic recrystallization(drX),of which the maximum reduction of grain size was 88.60%,and the maximum increase of drX proportion was 55.30%in the cup *** main deformation mechanism of the rBE process was the discontinuous drX(ddrX),while the continuous drX(CdrX)was also occurred in the cup *** with the CBE sample,the texture of the cup bottom was weakened for the rBE *** microhardness value of the rBE sample was higher than that of the CBE sample,which can be attributed to the grain refinement strengthening.

Single Failure routing Protection Algorithm in the Hybrid SdN Network

Loop free alternate(LFA)is a routing protection scheme that is currently deployed in commercial ***,LFA cannot handle all single network component failure scenarios in traditional *** Internet service providers have begun to deploy software defined network(SdN)technology,the Internet will be in a hybrid SdN network where traditional and SdN devices coexist for a long ***,this study aims to deploy the LFA scheme in hybrid SdN network architecture to handle all possible single network component failure ***,the deployment of LFA scheme in a hybrid SdN network is described as a 0-1 integer linear programming(ILP)***,two greedy algorithms,namely,greedy algorithm for LFA based on hybrid SdN(GALFAHSdN)and improved greedy algorithm for LFA based on hybrid SdN(IGALFAHSdN),are proposed to solve the proposed ***,both algorithms are tested in the simulation environment and the real *** results show that GALFAHSdN and IGALFAHSdN can cope with all single network component failure scenarios when only a small number of nodes are upgraded to SdN *** path stretch of the two algorithms is less than 1.36.
