The use of Internet of Things(IoT)applications become dominant in many *** on-chip data processing and computations are also increasing *** battery enabled and low leakage memory system at subthreshold regime is a critical requirement for these IoT *** cache memory designed on Static Random-Access Memory(SRAM)cell with features such as low power,high speed,and process tolerance are highly important for the IoT memory ***,a process tolerant SRAM cell with low power,improved delay and better stability is presented in this research *** proposed cell comprises 11 transistors designed with symmetric approach for write operations and single ended circuit for read operations that exhibits an average dynamic power saving of 43.55%and 47.75%for write and 35.59%and 36.56%for read operations compared to 6 T and 8 T SRAM *** cell shows an improved write delay of 26.46%and 37.16%over 6 T and 8T and read delay is lowered by 50.64%and 72.90%against 6 T and 10 T *** symmetric design used in core latch to improve the write noise margin(WNM)by 17.78%and 6.67%whereas the single ended separate read circuit improves the Read Static Noise Margin(RSNM)by 1.88x and 0.33x compared to 6 T and 8T *** read power delay product and write power delay product are lower by 1.94x,1.39x and 0.17x,2.02x than 6 T and 8 T cells *** lower variability from 5000 samples validates the robustness of the proposed *** simulations are carried out in Cadence virtuoso simulator tool with Generic Process Design Kit(GPDK)45 nm technology file in this work.

Hydrogeochemical processes and multivariate analysis for groundwater quality in the arid Maadher region of Hodna,northern Algeria

This study focused on water quality and hydrogeochemical processes(evolution,origin)in the Maadher region,central Hodna in *** recent decades,the excessive exploitation of this resource due to urbanization,irrigation,and the effect of climate change reaching the countries of northern Africa have caused a decline in water levels and hydrochemical changes in the *** sampling campaign in 2019 based on 13 physicochemical parameters was carried out on the water from 32 boreholes in the study area,compared to data archives of both sampling campaigns in 1967 and *** result revealed that the groundwater as a whole has moderate freshwater quality,due to its total dissolved solids(TDS)content and other dissolved ions of concern(nitrate NO),which exceed WHO *** addition,Piper diagram indicates that the hydrochemical facies of sulfate–chloride–nitrate–calcium(SO–Cl–NO–Catype),which globally characterizes the study area and these elements are the dominant dissolved *** component analysis and hierarchical cluster analysis(HCA)methodologies are applied in order to define the major control factors that affect the hydrochemistry of Maadher *** distinct water groups were found,illustrating a different evolution of salinity(EC and TDS).The HCA indicated an interesting cluster with a distinct contamination signature and most likely with significantly higher sulfate,chloride,and nitrate *** processes also play an important role in the study *** water resource comes from Bousaada Wadi,the exchange at the aquifer depth and the agricultural practices contribute to the deterioration of the quality.

In this investigation,sensitive and reproducible methods are described for quantitative determination of deflazacort in the presence of its degradation *** method was based on high performance liquid chromatography of the drug from its degradation product on reverse phase using Acquity UPLC BEH C18columns（1.7 urn,2.1 mm ×150 mm） using acetonitrile and water（40：60 V/V） at a flow rate of 0.2 mL/minute in *** detection was performed at 240.1 *** was subjected to oxidative,acid,base,hydrolytic,thermal and photolytic *** drug was found to be stable in water and thermal stress,as well as under neutral stress ***,forced-degradation study performed on deflazacort showed that the drug degraded under alkaline,acid and photolytic *** degradation products were well resolved from the main peak,which proved the stability-indicating power of the *** developed method was validated as per ICH guidelines with respect to accuracy,linearity,limit of detection,limit of quantification,accuracy,precision and robustness,selectivity and *** from the aforementioned,the results of the present study also emphasize the importance of isolation characterization and identification of ***,an attempt was made to identify the degradants in *** of the degradation products of deflazacort was isolated and identified by the FTIR,NMR and LC-MS study.

By adding La and Ti,we improve the magnetic and ferroelectric properties of Bi_(0.8)La_(0.2)Fe_(0.92)Ti_(0.08)O_(3)and Bi0.8La0.2FeO_(3)films on 0.7%Nb−SrTiO_(3).In Bi_(0.8)La_(0.2)Fe_(0.92)Ti_(0.08)O_(3)and Bi0.8La0.2FeO_(3),the saturation magnetization and the coercivity are several times higher than those in BiFeO_(3).The La and Ti additions reduce the leakage current,and increase the remnant electric polarization.A resistance switching is observed in Bi_(0.8)La_(0.2)Fe_(0.92)Ti_(0.08)O_(3)/0.7%Nb−SrTiO_(3)and Bi0.8La0.2FeO_(3)/0.7%Nb−SrTiO_(3)***,it is observed that Bi_(0.8)La_(0.2)Fe_(0.92)Ti_(0.08)O_(3)/0.7%Nb−SrTiO_(3)has a wider current−voltage hysteresis and a larger resistance difference than Bi_(0.8)La_(0.2)FeO_(3)/0.7%Nb−SrTiO_(3).In the interface of Bi_(0.8)La_(0.2)Fe_(0.92)Ti_(0.08)O_(3)/0.7%Nb−SrTiO_(3),the ratio of high to low resistance is 103 and 105 times,at 300 K and 10 K,*** voltage pulses can switch the resistance to vary in the 2 *** transport mechanisms show that a trap−controlled space-charge-limited current induces current-voltage hysteresis and resistance *** current of Bi_(0.8)La_(0.2)Fe_(0.92)Ti_(0.08)O_(3)/0.7%Nb−SrTiO_(3)decays with the Curie–Von Schweidler law.

Disposition and tissue distribution of imatinib in a liposome formulation after intravenous bolus dose to mice

Imatinib is an efficacious anticancer drug with a spectrum of potential antitumour applications limited by poor biodistribution at therapeutic concentrations to the tissues of *** assess the pharma-cokinetic and tissue distribution profile of imatinib in a liposome *** single dose(6.25 mg·kg-1) in a liposome formulation was administered iv to male *** concentration was measured in plasma,spleen,liver,kidney and brain using a HPLC ***-compartmental pharmacokinetic approach was used to assess the disposition *** plasma disposition profile was biphasic with a plateau-like second *** AUC0→∞ was 11.24 μg·h·mL-1,the elimination rate constant(kel) was 0.348 h-1 and the elimination half life(t1/2) was 2.0 *** mean residence time(MRT) was 2.59 h,VSS was 1.44 L·kg-1 and clearance was 0.56 L·h·*** achieved the highest tissue exposure:CMAX = 18.72 μg·mL-1;AUC0→∞ = 58.18 μg·h·mL-1 and longest t1/2(4.29 h) and MRT(5.31 h).Kidney and spleen AUC0→∞ were 47.98 μg·h·mL-1 and 23.46 μg·h·mL-1,***-life was 1.83 h for the kidney and 3.37 h for the *** penetrated into the brain reaching ～1 μg·*** correction by organ blood flow the spleen showed the largest uptake *** imatinib presented extensive *** drug uptake kinetics showed mechanism differences amongst the *** findings encourage the development of novel imatinib formulations to treat other cancers.

Fundus changes in pregnancy induced hypertension

AIM: To determine the prevalence of retinal changes in pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) and any association between the retinal changes and blood pressure, proteinuria, and severity of the disease. METHODS: All the patients admitted with diagnosis of PIH were included in this study. Age, race, gravida, gestation period, blood pressure, and proteinuria were noted from the case records. After taking history for any eye symptoms, fundus examination was done after dilating the pupils with direct ophthalmoscope in the ward itself. All the findings were noted on a data sheet, and were analyzed using SPSS programme. RESULTS: A total of 78 patients of PIH were examined. Majority (75.6%) were Malays. The mean age of patients was 30.2 years (range 21-45 years). The gestation period ranged from 25 weeks to 41 weeks; 34 (43.5%) were primi gravida. Thirty (38.4%) patients had mild preeclampsia, 46 (59%) had severe preeclampsia and 2(2.5%) had eclampsia. Retinal changes (hypertensive retinopathy) were noted in 46 (59%) patients --- grade I in 41 (52.6%) and grade II in 5 (6.4%). Haemorrhages or exudates or retinal detachment were not seen in any patient. There was statistically significant positive association of retinal changes and blood pressure (P =0.001), proteinuria (P =0.018) and severity of the PIH (P =0.024). CONCLUSION: Retinal changes (grade I and II hypertensive retinopathy) were seen in 59% of patients with PIH and they were significantly associated with blood pressure, proteinuria and severity of the disease. Fundus examination helps in assessing the severity of PIH.

Integration of climate change considerations into environmental impact assessment- implementation, problems and recommendations for China

Climate change plays an important role in affecting and altering the course of human development. So far, there have been no effective and efficient techniques to directly quantify the influences of climate change on human development, but there have been rough estimation and qualitative description of the effects. Since the 1990s, climate change considerations have been required to be included in environmental impact assess- ment, which is a flexible institutional framework of environmental risk evaluation and management. However, there have been no concrete achievements demonstrated. The purpose of this study was first to summarise the practical experience and to disclose the existing problems during the implementation of the process of integrating climate change considerations into environmental impact assessment in China through a case study. Currently in China, the practice of integrating climate change con- siderations into environmental impact assessment is mainly concentrated on the strategic environmental assessment level. The influences of climate change were identified as energy consumption, greenhouse gases emission, and the restraint of development under abnormal or extreme weather or climate conditions. Because of a lack of related technical guidelines and practical experi- ence, the climate change considerations that have been selected and the evaluation methods that have been applied are quite different. Recommendations on policies, laws, and institutional regulations institution are proposed to better utilise environmental impact assessment to integrate climate change considerations into economic, social, and environmental decisions and actions.

Bubble coalescence in interacting system of DNA molecules

We consider two models of interacting DNA molecules:First is(four parametric)bubble coalescence model in interacting DNAs(shortly:BCI-DNA).Second is(three parametric)bubble coalescence model in a condensed DNA molecules(shortly BCC-DNA).To study bubble coalescence thermodynamics of BCI-DNA and BCC-DNA models we use methods of statistical ***,we define Hamiltonian of each model and give their translation-invariant Gibbs measures(TIGMs).For the first model,we find parameters such that corresponding Hamiltonian has up to three TIGMs(three phases of system)biologically meaning existence of three states:“No bubble coalescence”,“Dominated soft zone”,“Bubble coalescence”.For the second model,we show that for any(admissible)parameters,this model has unique *** is a state where“No bubble coalescence”phasedominates.
