Although the role of oxidative stress in maternal aging and infertility has been suggested,the underlying mechanismsare not fully *** present study is designed to determine the relationship between mitochondrial functionand spindle stability in metaphase Ⅱ （MⅡ） oocytes under oxidative stress.MⅡ mouse oocytes were treated with H2O2inthe presence or absence of permeability transition pores （PTPs） blockers cyclosporin A （CsA）.In addition,antioxidantN-acetylcysteine （NAC）,F0/F1synthase inhibitor oligomycin A,the mitochondria uncoupler carbonyl cyanide 4-trifluoro-methoxyphenylhydrazone （FCCP） or thapsigargin plus 2.5 mM Ca2+(Th+2.5 mM Ca2+) were used in mechanistic *** analyses ofoocyte spindles and chromosomes were performed and mitochondrial membrane potential（Δψm）,cytoplasmic tree calcium concentration ([Ca2+]c) and cytoplasmic ATP content within oocytes were also *** a time- and H2O2dose-dependent manner,disruption of meiotic spindles was found after oocytes were treated withH2O2,which was prevented by pre-treatment with *** of H2O2led to a dissipation of Δψm,an increasein [Ca2+]cand a decrease in cytoplasmic ATP *** detrimental responses of oocytes to H20,treatment could beblocked by pre-incubation with *** to H2O2,both oligomycin A and FCCP dissipated Δψm,decreased cytoplas-mic ATP contents and disassembled MⅡ oocyte spindles,while high [Ca2+]calone had no effects on spindle *** conclusion,the decrease in mitochondria-derived ATP during oxidative stress may cause a disassembly of mouse MⅡoocyte spindles,presumably due to the opening of the mitochondrial PTPs.

Variable Charge X/Y(VCX/Y)is human testis-specific gene family that localized on X and Y *** this study,VCY protein was expressed in *** in the form of glutathione-S-transferase(GST)fusion *** the purified fusion protein as antigen,the anti-GST-VCY antibody was generated andthe localization of VCY protein in human testis was determined by *** the testisseminiferous epithelium,VCY proteins were highly expressed in nuclei of germ *** propidium io-dide staining and green fluorescent protein(GFP)tag technologies,VCY and VCX-8r proteins were mainlylocalized in the nucleoli of COS7 *** *** colocalization for VCY and VCX-8r in COS7 cellswas also *** VCY cDNA as bait,a cDNA fragment of acidic ribosomal protein PO was obtainedusing yeast two-hybrid *** the information above indicated that VCX/Y protein family might beinvolved in the regulation of ribosome assembly during spermatogenesis.

Aim:Protein kinase C（PKC）is as a family of serine/threonine kinases that can beactivated by Ca2+,phospholipid and *** plays an important rolein oocyte maturation and *** study was undertaken to investigateclassical PKC（cPKC）in human oocyte maturation and ***:Ger-minal vesicle（GV）and metaphase Ⅱ（MⅡ）stage oocytes were collected fromhealthy *** expression and distribution of cPKC were investigated byimmunoflourescence.MⅡ oocytes were treated with PKC activator or inhibitorand imaged using a laser confocal scanning microscope（LCSM）.Results:In GVoocytes,PKC α,β1 and γ were localized to the germinal vesicles,with a weakexpression in *** MⅡ oocytes,PKCα,β1 and γ were distributed evenly *** treatment with PKC activator,phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate（PMA）,cPKC translocated to the periphery of oocyte,and cortical granules（CG）exocytosis was *** the oocytes were treated with PKC inhibitor,staurosporine,no translocation of cPKC and CG exocytosis were ***:PKCα,β1 and γ exist in human oocytes and activation of these sub-units could induce CG exocytosis in MⅡ stage.

Estrogen exhibits a broad spectrum of physiologicalfunctions ranging from regulation of the menstrual cycleand reproduction to the modulation of bone density,brainfunction,and cholesterol ***,estrogenis also associated with pathological complications par-ticularly with the onset of gynaecological malignanciesincluding breast cancer and endometrial cancer;estrogenis now considered to be a classical etiological factor forbreast cancer and endometrial *** the early 1970s,it was reported that there was a 20-35% increase in incidence of endometrial cancer in WesternCaucasian women who had undergone estrogen therapy[1].Subsequently,a variety of clinical and epidemiologi-cal investigations,with support from studies in cell cultureand animal models,have demonstrated the association ofestrogen with the development and/or progression of *** 2002,the US National Toxicology Programlisted steroidal estrogens as carcinogens for the first *** report cites data from human epidemiologic studies thatshow an association between estrogen replacement therapyand an increase in the risk of endometrial cancer,as well asa less consistent increase in the risk of breast cancer.

目的了解AD病人记忆损害的特征。方法采用多维记忆评估量表中的 1 2个分测验对 30例临床诊断可能的Alzheimer病患者及与病人组相匹配的 30例正常受试进行记忆功能的测定。结果AD组几乎在所有的分测验和指数分上均差于对照组。AD轻度组仅在自由组词、残图命名、空间广度、常识记忆等 4个分测验及记忆广度、内隐记忆等 2个指数分上与对照组之间无明显差异。中重度组则在所有分测验和指数分均差于对照组。经以教育年限为协变量校正后 ,轻度与中重度组在自由组词、残图命名、经历定向、常识记忆、自由回忆、内隐记忆、日常记忆等分测验和指数分上存在明显差异。 1 2个分测验成绩的比较发现 ,负荷外显记忆的各个分测验的成绩均较差 ,负荷内隐记忆的两个分测验的成绩较好。结论轻度AD病人存在着广泛的外显记忆障碍 ,中重度AD病人除了存在外显记忆障碍外还表现出内隐记忆和日常生活记忆的障碍。这一结果提示人类大脑中存在着多个记忆系统。

9 cranes have been recorded in china,of which 15 cranes are spreading around the *** establish reserves network becomes an effective solution to the conservation of *** collected cranes distribution data and reserves distribution data from published papers and official documents,as well as some open data from the ICF ***,a GAP analysis has been applied to establish reserves network for Cranes after we input the data into ArcView software to overlap with the wetland distribution coverage of china extracted from the LC/LU coverage of china we already *** result shows existing nature reserves for cranes,occupied 216,000 km,could hardly provide enough shelter for reproduction and short-stay while cranes' migration comparing to the vast distribution range of *** the habitat for wintering is short of enough protection,such as Jiangsu, Anhui,Jiangxi,where suffers grave interference of human activities *** to the GAP analysis,some more reserves should be built along the migration routes in Neimenggu,Gansu,Hebei,Tianjin, Shanxi *** last we conclude the reserves network based on the existing reserves should include the important reproduction area,the wintering area,and the important short-stay shelter along the migration routes.
