摘      要：正Immature oocytes were recovered from 8-10mm follicles obtained from ovariotomy specimens by using needles and syringe to aspirate follicular contents. In the experiment 1,three cohorts of oocytes were denuded of cumulus cells at 23-24h,39-40h and 54-56h respectively to determine their stage of maturation.
