Sequence-activated chemiluminescence(CL) technique offers a unique approach to detecting specific biomolecules or cellular events with high sensitivity and spatial resolution. The fundamental principle behind sequence-activated CL probes involves tailoring highly-controllable CL signals in response to specific sequences or events of interest, thus enabling high-contrast signals under complex physiological conditions. This sequential activation could be triggered by enzymes, reactive oxygen species(ROS), biothiols or changes in the microenvironment. These unique sequence-activated CL probes bestow several advantages, including minimal background, deep-tissue penetration, and the ability of non-invasive or minimally invasive detection. The sequence-activated CL techniques represent a significant advancement in molecular imaging and diagnostics. In this mini-review, we focus on the latest developments in sequential CL probes, addressing the technical challenges and discussing the future trajectory by harnessing CL signaling and molecular recognition.

The quantitative precipitation forecast(QPF)performance by numerical weather prediction(NWP)methods depends fundamentally on the adopted physical parameterization schemes(PS).However,due to the complexity of the physical mechanisms of precipitation processes,the uncertainties of PSs result in a lower QPF performance than their prediction of the basic meteorological variables such as air temperature,wind,geopotential height,and *** study proposes a deep learning model named QPFNet,which uses basic meteorological variables in the ERA5 dataset by fitting a non-linear mapping relationship between the basic variables and *** variables forecasted by the highest-resolution model(HRES)of the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts(ECMWF)were fed into QPFNet to forecast *** results show that QPFNet achieved better QPF performance than ECMWF HRES *** threat score for 3-h accumulated precipitation with depths of 0.1,3,10,and 20 mm increased by 19.7%,15.2%,43.2%,and 87.1%,respectively,indicating the proposed performance QPFNet improved with increasing levels of *** sensitivities of these meteorological variables for QPF in different pressure layers were analyzed based on the output of the QPFNet,and its performance limitations are also *** DL to extract features from basic meteorological variables can provide an important reference for QPF,and avoid some uncertainties of PSs.

An AZ31-0.1Ca magnesium alloy produced by Soft-contact electromagnetic continuous casting （SEMC） was investigated. The fine homogeneous structure and the precipitated phases were obtained by SEMC. The effects of microalloying of Ca and middle frequency electromagnetic field on AZ31-0.1Ca magnesium alloy were discussed. And the as-cast billets were extruded with different extrusion ratios subsequently. The alloy showed an ultrafine grain size of 2-5 #m due to dynamic recrytallization （DRX） in the course of hot extrusion. The comprehensive properties of the as-extruded alloy are the best at the extrusion ratio of 25, and the hardness, UTS and elongation are 73.9 HB, 356.8 MPa and 16.570, respectively.

Dissolved organic matter（DOM） plays an important role in the process of mercury release from water *** this study,the influence of DOM from different sources（DOMR,DOMS and DOMH,extracted from rice straw,compost and humic soil respectively） on mercury reduction was *** molecular weight distribution and chemical composition of DOM from each source were determined using ultrafiltration membrane technique and elemental analysis *** result showed that mercury release from DOM-added samples was much lower than the control;the lowest mercury release flux was observed in the treatment of DOMH,25.02% of the control,followed by DOMS and DOMR,62.46% and 64.95% of the control,*** higher saturation degree and lower molecular weight of DOMH was responsible for the highest inhibition degree on the mercury *** link between DOMH,concentration and mercury flux was also estimated and the result showed that mercury flux was increased with DOMH at lower concentration,while decreased with DOMH at higher *** mechanism dominated the influence of DOM on mercury release with variation of DOM concentration.

Deformation Structures of the Madao Gneiss in South Qinling:Structural Analysis,Geochronological Constraints,and Tectonic Implications

The tectonic evolution of South Qinling, which is a main part of the Qinling orogenic belt, is still in dispute and deformation history of South Qinling is poorly studied. In this paper, detailed structural, microstructural, quartz c-axis fabric analysis, and geochronology results for the Madao gneiss in South Qinling are presented to characterize the deformation history. Results show that rocks in the northern part （Tiefodian-Laozhanggou） experience general shearing and deform at relative low temperature. The shear sense generally is south to north. In contrast, rocks in the southern part （Laozhanggou-Panjiahe） are weakly sheared with pure shear features and evidence of high- temperature deformation. Based on the analyses, we conclude that there exist two distinct deformation geometries in the Madao gneiss and accordingly we can divide the deformation into two stages. The early stage is represented by regional shortening, while the late stage features northward thrust shearing and evidence shows that it was a progressive process between them. LA-ICP MS U-Pb dating of zircons from pre-deformational migmatite veins yields age of 198.5 ±2.0 Ma. This result, in combination with the age of post-deformational granite, indicates that the northward thrust shearing of the Madao gneiss occurred in the Late Triassic. In view of these results and other reported data in South Qinling, we propose that deformation in Madao gneiss may result from the initial collision and subsequent northward accretion in Late Triassic.

Mesoporous Ti-Mo mixed oxides were prepared via a facile approach using stearic acid as the template, and were characterized using XRD FT-IR, nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm and TEM techniques. The catalytic activity of the prepared mesoporous Ti-Mo mixed oxides was first evaluated for the dehydration of fructose to 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(HMF), and a 50.3% yield of HMF was obtained within 60min at 120℃. Moreover, moderate yields of HMF could also be achieved from glucose and sucrose. The mesoporous catalyst could be simply separated from the reaction mixture after termination of the reaction and reused five times with no significant loss of catalytic activity.

Spatial distribution pattern of Picea schrenkiana population in the Middle Tianshan Mountains and the relationship with topographic attributes

The spatial distribution of plant populations is an important feature of population structure and it de- termines the population＇s ecological preferences, biological characteristics and relationships with environmental factors. The point pattern analysis method was adopted to study the distribution pattern of Picea schrenkiana indi- viduals of different size classes and the correlations between two size classes as well as the impact of topog- raphical attributes on the population distribution. With increasing diameter at breast height, the plant density of the P. schrenkiana population showed a declining trend. Old trees showed a random distribution at a small spatial scale （0-12 m）, whereas saplings, small trees and big trees all had an aggregated distribution at all scales. With the increase of tree age, the scales at which maximal aggregation occurred gradually increased and the aggregation strength decreased. At a small scale （0-16 m）, all size classes showed a negative correlation and the larger the difference between tree size, the more significant the negative correlation. The number of medium, big and old trees had a significantly positive correlation with elevations, whereas the number of saplings and small trees was not significantly correlated with elevations. The numbers of saplings, small and medium trees showed a significant positive correlation with slope gradient, whereas the number of big trees was not significantly correlated, and the number of old trees was negatively correlated with gradient. With the exception of old trees, saplings, small, me- dium and big trees showed negative correlations with convexity index. The study provides a theoretical basis for the conservation, rehabilitation and sustainable management of forest ecosystems in the Tianshan Mountains.

Active galactic nuclei（AGNs） have been attracting research attention due to their special observable properties. Specifically,a majority of AGNs are detected by Fermi-LAT missions, but not by Fermi-LAT, which raises the question of weather any differences exist between the two. To answer this issue, we compile a sample of 291 superluminal AGNs（189 FDSs and 102 nonFDSs） from available multi-wavelength radio, optical, and X-ray（or even γ-ray） data and Doppler factors and proper motion（μ）(or apparent velocity(βapp)); calculated the apparent velocity from their proper motion, Lorentz factor（Γ）, viewing angle（?） and co-moving viewing angle(?co) for the sources with available Doppler factor（δ）; and performed some statistical analyses for both types. Our study indicated that（1） in terms of average values, FDSs have higher proper motions（μ）, apparent velocities(βapp),Doppler factor（δ）, Lorentz factor（Γ）, and smaller viewing angle（?）. Nevertheless, there is no clear difference in co-moving viewing angles（?∞）. The results reveal that FDSs show stronger beaming effect than non-FDSs.（2） In terms of correlations:1) both sources show positive, mutually correlated fluxes, which become closer in de-beamed fluxes; 2) with respect to apparent velocities and γ-ray luminosity, there is a tendency for the brighter sources to have higher velocities; 3) with regard to viewing angle and observed γ-ray luminosity, log? =-（0.23 ± 0.04）log Lγ+（11.14 ± 1.93）, while for the co-moving viewing angle and the intrinsic γ-ray luminosity, log?∞=（0.09 ± 0.01）log Lγn-（1.73 ± 0.48）. These correlations show that the luminous γ-ray sources have smaller viewing angles and a larger co-moving viewing angle, which indicate a stronger beaming effect in γ-ray emissions.

The effects of small amounts of the rare-earth element erbium on the microstructure and the mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy via the electromagnetic stirring （EMS） process have been studied. It has been shown that AZ31-Er alloys are mainly composed of α-Mg solid solution and β-Mg17TA112 phases. When the Er content reaches 0.12 wt.%, the characteristic peaks of A12Er can be observed. The micro- structure is obviously refined and the tensile strength of the AZ31-based alloy at ambient temperature is significantly improved by contents of 0.03 wt.% Er, especially the elongation （8= 19%）. More addition of Er obviously decreases the tensile strength and elongation of the AZ31-based alloy because of the grain coarsening and the reduction of β-Mg17A112 phases.
