Ultra-thin robust CNT@GC film integrating effective electromagnetic shielding and flexible Joule heating

The demand for lightweight,thin electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding film materials with high shielding effectiveness(SE),excellent mechanical properties,and stability in complex environments is particularly pronounced in the realm of flexible and portable electronic ***,we developed an ultra-thin film(CNT@GC)in which the glassy carbon(GC)layer wrapped around and welded carbon nanotubes(CNTs)to form a core-shell network structure,leading to exceptional tensile strength(327.2 MPa)and electrical conductivity(2.87×10^(5) S·m^(−1)).The CNT@GC film achieved EMI SE of 60 dB at a thickness of 2µm after post-acid treatment and high specific SE of 3.49×10^(5) dB·cm^(2)·g^(−1),with comprehensive properties surpassing those of the majority of previous shielding ***,the CNT@GC film exhibited Joule heating capability,reaching a surface temperature of 135℃at 3 V with a fast thermal response of about 0.5 s,enabling anti-icing/de-icing *** work presented a methodology for constructing a robust CNT@GC film with high EMI shielding performance and exceptional Joule heating capability,demonstrating immense potential in wearable devices,defense,and aerospace applications.

Mitochondrial calcium uniporter(MCU)is a conserved calcium ion(Ca^(2+))transporter in the mitochondrial inner membrane of eukaryotic *** MCU proteins regulate Ca^(2+)flow and modulate plant cell development remain largely ***,we identified the gene GhMCU4 encoding a MCU protein that negatively regulates plant development and fiber elongation in cotton(Gossypium hirsutum).GhMCU4expressed constitutively in various tissues with the higher transcripts in elongating fiber *** of GhMCU4 in cotton significantly elevated the plant height and root *** calcium signaling pathway was significantly activated and calcium sensor genes,including Ca^(2+)dependent modulator of interactor of constitutively active ROP(GhCMI1),calmodulin like protein(GhCML46),calciumdependent protein kinases(GhCPKs),calcineurin B-like protein(GhCBLs),and CBL-interacting protein kinases(GhCIPKs),were dramatically upregulated in GhMCU4-silenced *** processes were preferentially enriched,and genes related to regulation of transcription were upregulated in GhMCU4-silenced *** contents of Ca^(2+)and H_(2)O_(2)were significantly increased in roots and leaves of GhMCU4-silenced *** length and Ca^(2+)and H_(2)O_(2)contents in fibers were significantly increased in GhMCU4-silenced *** study indicated that GhMCU4 plays a negative role in regulating cell elongation in cotton,thus expanding understanding in the role of MCU proteins in plant growth and development.

Cancer immunotherapy has garnered promise in tumor progression, invasion, and metastasis through establishing durable and memorable immunological activity. However, low response rates, adverse side effects, and high costs compromise the additional benefits for patients treated with current chemical and biological agents. Chinese herbal medicines (CHMs) are a potential treasure trove of natural medicines and are gaining momentum in cancer immunomodulation with multi-component, multi-target, and multi-pathway characteristics. The active ingredient extracted from CHMs benefit generalized patients through modulating immune response mechanisms. Additionally, the introduction of nanotechnology has greatly improved the pharmacological qualities of active ingredients through increasing the hydrophilicity, stability, permeability, and targeting characteristics, further enhancing anti-cancer immunity. In this review, we summarize the mechanism of active ingredients for cancer immunomodulation, highlight nano-formulated deliveries of active ingredients for cancer immunotherapy, and provide insights into the future applications in the emerging field of nano-formulated active ingredients of CHMs.

In situ carbon-coated Co_(3)Se_(4)/CoSe_(2)(Co_(x)Se_(y))nanoparticles(NPs)attached on three-dimensional(3D)reduced graphene oxide(rGO)sheets were skillfully developed in this work,which involved the environment-friendly hydrothermal method,freeze drying,and selenide *** the structure,the glucose-derived carbon layer exhibited significantly homogeneous dispersion under an argon *** structure not only has enhanced stability,but also can effectively mitigate the volume swell of Co_(x)Se_(y) *** resulted Co_(3)Sea/CoSe_(2)@C/rGO(CSe@C/rGO)exhibited a specific surface area(SSA)of 240.9 m^(2)·g^(-1),offering more electrochemically active sites for the storage of energy related to lithium *** rGO matrix held exceptional flexibility and functional structural rigidity,facilitating the swift ion intercalation and ensuring the high conductivity and recyclability of the *** applied to anodes designed for lithium-ion batteries(LiBs),this material demonstrated distinguished rate and ultra-high reversible capacity(872.98 mA·h·g^(-1) at 0.5 A·g^(-1)).Meanwhile,its capacity retention reached 119.5%after 500 cycles at 2 A·g^(-1),with a coulombic efficiency of 100%.This work potentially paves the way for generating fast and powerful metal selenide anodes and initiating LiBs with good performance.

At present,aircraft taxiing at ground airports needs to be provided with a thrust by the main *** taxiing process is inefficient,has high fuel consumption and serious pollution,and is prone to safety *** this paper,a new configuration of aircraft autonomous traction taxiing system is proposed based on the principle of hydraulic secondary control,in which a hydraulic motor drive device is installed at the front wheels of the aircraft to drive the wheels to rotate forward or *** on this,autonomous taxiing can be realized without relying on the main engines,thus greatly improving airport operation ***,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the autonomous traction taxiing process,and investigates the parameter matching design of the new configuration ***,this paper develops the ground principle prototype,designs the aircraft longitudinal bonding force observer and the aircraft wheel disturbance moment observer,and proposes the speed control method of the aircraft front wheel autonomous traction taxiing by considering the ground bonding force saturation ***,the ground taxiing test is conducted,and the results show that the new configuration proposed in this paper presents a new solution for aircraft autonomous traction taxiing.

The glymphatic system is a relatively recently identified fluid exchange and transpo rt system in the *** evidence indicates thatglymphatic function is impaired not only in central nervous system disorders but also in systemic *** diseases can trigger the inflammatory responses in the central nervous system,occasionally leading to sustained inflammation and functional disturbance of the central nervous *** review summarizes the current knowledge on the association between glymphatic dysfunction and central nervous system *** addition,we discuss the hypothesis that disease conditions initially associated with peripheral inflammation ove rwhelm the performance of the glymphatic system,thereby triggering central nervous system dysfun ction,chronic neuroinflammation,and *** research investigating the role of the glymphatic system in neuroinflammation may offer innovative therapeutic approaches for central nervous system disorders.

The therapeutic potential of Annexin A1,an important member of the Annexin superfamily,has become evident in results of experiments with multiple human systems and animal *** anti-inflammatory and pro-resolving effects of Annexin A1 are characteristic of pathologies involving the nervous *** this review,we initially describe the expression sites of Annexin A1,then outline the mechanisms by which Annexin A1 maintains the neurological homeostasis through either formyl peptide receptor 2 or other molecular approaches;and,finally,we discuss the neuroregenerative potential qualities of Annexin *** eye and the nervous system are anatomically and functionally connected,but the association between visual system pathogenesis,especially in the retina,and Annexin A1 alterations has not been well ***,we explain the beneficial effects of Annexin A1 for ocular diseases,especially for retinal diseases and glaucoma on the basis of published findings,and we explore present and future delivery strategies for Annexin A1 to the retina.

In this paper,we study a distributed model to cooperatively compute variational inequalities over time-varying directed ***,each agent has access to a part of the full mapping and holds a local view of the global set *** virtue of an auxiliary vector to compensate the graph imbalance,we propose a consensus-based distributed projection algorithm relying on local computation and communication at each *** show the convergence of this algorithm over uniformly jointly strongly connected unbalanced digraphs with nonidentical local *** also provide a numerical example to illustrate the effectiveness of our algorithm.
