To realize the handedness controllable circularly polarized luminescence(CPL) system remains challenging. Herein, the solvent-mediated CPL inversion and amplification systems were successfully constructed by camptothecin derivative(CPT-A). Due to the planar structure of N,N-dimethylformamide, it could coassemble with CPT-A, resulting in the alteration of g_(lum) from –0.0082 to +0.0085 by increasing water content. While in the non-planar solvent(hexafluoroisopropanol), the g_(lum) was amplified to 0.034 with the increase in water content. Moreover, the CPT-A could react with the glutathione, resulting in the anticancer drug CPT to make it more toxic to the cancer cells. Overall, the handedness controllable CPL systems were realized by tuning the supramolecular self-assembly of a prodrug.

Pyroptosis provides a new window for relieving the tumor immunosuppressive microenvironment(TIM)and promoting systemic immune responses for tumor ***,gasdermin D(GSDMD),a key protein in the pyroptosis process mediated by caspase-1,is low expressed in the majority of tumor cells and small-molecule inhibitors of DNA methylation suffer from nonspecific or single-function *** address these issues,hexahistidine(His6)-metal assembly(HmA)was employed as the drug delivery vector to load nigericin(Nig)and decitabine(DAC)affording a dual-drug delivery system(Nig^(+)DAC)@***(Nig^(+)DAC)@HmA nanoparticles are efficiently internalized by cells through endocytosis,easily escape from the lysosome,and are highly distributed in the tumor *** up-regulates the expression of GSDMD which is then cleaved by the nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome and caspase-1 protein activated by *** cancer cell pyroptosis is thus achieved and induces a significant systemic antitumor immunity for impressive tumor suppression with negligible side effects in *** results suggest that such an easy-to-manipulate self-assembled nano-system(Nig^(+)DAC)@HmA provides a new anticancer path by enhancing pyroptosis through reinforced inflammation.

“城居保”能减轻健康冲击的影响吗

利用CHNS数据检验健康冲击对中国城镇居民家庭消费支出的影响,以及城镇居民基本医疗保险是否能减轻这种影响。基于一阶差分方法对总体样本的回归结果显示,健康冲击对居民食物消费、医疗支出的波动较显著,城居保大部分能显著地平滑这种波动;健康冲击对居民教育支出的波动不显著,城居保的平滑作用也不明显。按不同家庭收入水平分组的回归结果显示,中高收入家庭的食物消费受到健康冲击的影响比低收入家庭少,城居保起到的平滑作用也没有低收入家庭明显;健康状况变差导致居民自付医疗费用显著增加,城居保有效减轻了这种影响,且在低收入参保家庭中效果更为明显。

车辆轨迹地图匹配异常指轨迹被匹配到不合理的地图路段,其主要成因可归纳为物理遮挡、地图路段缺失和复杂路网。针对这一现象,提出一种数据驱动的匹配异常轨迹段快速识别和成因归类方法。首先归纳不同成因导致的地图匹配异常数据特征,并构建表征指标;其次提出车辆轨迹分段方法,区分正常和异常的地图匹配轨迹段;进而建立基于随机森林的地图匹配异常轨迹段成因分类方法;最后通过上海市地图路网和出租车营运轨迹数据验证方法的有效性。验证表明,提出的方法准确率达93.5%,可有效辨识物理遮挡、社区路段缺失和复杂路网三种成因,同时具有较好的区域可迁移性。

Severe and lethal adverse reactions of linezolid--a summary analysis of case reports

A systematic summary was used to evaluate case reports of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)caused by linezolid,and to explore the effects and severity on human organs or systems in the real *** databases,such as PubMed,Embase,Cochrane Library,and CINAHL,were searched using“linezolid”+“case reports”as search terms from the establishment of each database to 31 st December 2019,and the case reports on ADRs related to linezolid were collected.A total of 159 case reports were finally included in the analysis,including 189 *** ratio of male to female was 0.89:1,and the average age was(52.42±23.43)years *** results showed that linezolid-related severe ADRs mainly occurred in the nervous system(n=86)and blood system(n=44),followed by the metabolic system(n=31)and gastrointestinal system(n=18).Other systems reported less frequently were the skin tissue(n=6),renal and urinary system(n=3),cardiovascular systems(n=2),and hepatobiliary system(n=2).The most common linezolid-related ADRs were serotonin syndrome(n=40),followed by optic neuropathy(n=25)and thrombocytopenia(n=22).The most severe ADR was lactic acidosis(n=29),and its death rate was as high as 31.0%.In the blood system ADRs,11 cases had underlying diseases of renal impairment,and four of them ***,22 cases with thrombocytopenia were mainly elderly over 65 years old(n=17),and there were also one infant and one child with *** first reported that lactic acidosis and blood system ADRs mostly occurred within 28 d,and the nervous system ADRs mostly occurred after 28 ***,irreversible auditory neuropathy(n=1),hypophosphatemia(n=1),bradycardia(n=1),and tooth discoloration mostly occurring in minors(n=5)were the linezolid-related ADRs,which were not described in the instructions,related guidelines,and clinical trials of *** most severe linezolid-related ADRs was lactic acidosis that occurred within 28 *** damage and special populations might be the main risk factors in t

The Scandinavian (SCA) pattern is an important climate signal in regulating the variability of summer extreme precipitation (SEP) over the eastern slopes of the Tibetan Plateau (ESTP). There is a strong negative correlation between the SCA pattern and SEP over the ESTP, with a correlation coefficient of -0.57. Moisture budget analysis showed that the dynamic component anomalies of both the zonal and vertical moisture advection induced by the SCA pattern play the dominant roles in extreme precipitation variability over the ESTP. These anomalies are solely linked to variations in zonal wind and vertical velocity. The anomalies of the SCA pattern propagate downstream through Rossby waves, leading to the formation of cyclonic circulations over northern East Asia and the Iranian Plateau. The westerlies on the southern side of these cyclonic circulations play a crucial role in influencing the development of significant anomalous westerlies over the ESTP. The anomalous westerlies bring climatologically moist air from the Tibetan Plateau (TP) to the ESTP, resulting in positive zonal moisture advection anomalies over the area. Furthermore, these anomalous westerlies transport climatologically warm air from the TP to the ESTP, leading to significant warm advection anomalies and vertical upward motion anomalies over the ESTP. The upward motion carries lower-tropospheric moisture upward, resulting in positive vertical moisture advection anomalies over the ESTP. The combination of these positive zonal and vertical moisture advection anomalies eventually leads to excessive SEP. 目的探讨“呼吸针控”在CT引导下经皮肺穿刺近膈小病灶中的应用价值。方法对53例肺部疾病患者[肺内近膈小病灶共53个（直径〈3cm）]进行CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活检（n=34）或微波消融术（n=19）,穿刺时全部采用“呼吸针控”法,术后及时行CT复查,随访1~5天。结果 53个病灶一次穿刺成功率为100%（53/53）。3例（3/53,5.66%）术后CT复查发现少量气胸,未予特殊处理自行吸收;未发现大量气胸等严重并发症,无穿刺相关死亡病例。术后随访未出现迟发型气胸。结论 “呼吸针控”法用于CT引导下经皮肺穿刺近膈小病灶安全可行,值得推广。

This paper presents a framework for constructing surrogate models for sensitivity analysis of structural dynamics *** models involving deformation,such as collisions,vibrations,and penetration,are devel-oped using the material point *** reduce the computational cost of Monte Carlo simulations,response surface models are created as surrogate models for the material point system to approximate its dynamic *** adaptive randomized greedy algorithm is employed to construct a sparse polynomial chaos expansion model with a fixed order,effectively balancing the accuracy and computational efficiency of the surrogate *** on the sparse polynomial chaos expansion,sensitivity analysis is conducted using the global finite difference and Sobol *** examples of structural dynamics are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in addressing structural dynamics problems.

随着矿井开采深度的增加,巷道在交叉口、贯通口、叠加处、采空区处等会出现应力集中,进而造成顶板破碎,使得巷道掘进施工中支护难度大、安全威胁大。演马庄矿东四煤柱回风巷与东四煤柱切眼贯通交叉口处顶板较破碎,空顶面积较大,若维护不及时,往往会发生顶板下沉甚至冒顶。文章介绍了在顶板破碎条件下采用的"金属骨架,人造假顶"的特殊控顶方法,对煤层巷道掘进类似条件有一定借鉴作用。
