Background Intraoperative antiplatelet therapy is recommended for emergent stenting during mechanical thrombectomy(MT).Most patients undergoing MT are also given *** agents are contraindicated within 24 hours of *** evaluated outcomes and complications of patients stented with and without intravenous aspirin during *** All patients who underwent emergent extracranial stenting during MT at the Royal Stoke University Hospital,UK between 2010 and 2020,were *** were thrombolysed before MT,unless *** 500 mg intravenously was given intraoperatively at the discretion of the *** intracranial haemorrhage(sICH)and the National Institutes for Health Stroke Scale score(NIHSS)were recorded at 7 days,and mortality and functional recovery(modified Rankin Scale:mRS≤2)at 90 *** Out of 565 patients treated by MT 102 patients(median age 67 IQR 57–72 years,baseline median NIHSS 18 IQR 13–23,76(75%)thrombolysed)had a stent *** these 49(48%)were given aspirin and 53(52%)were *** treated with aspirin had greater NIHSS improvement(median 8 IQR 1–16 vs median 3 IQR-9–8 points,p=0.003),but there were no significant differences in sICH(2/49(4%)vs 9/53(17%)),mRS≤2(25/49(51%)vs 19/53(36%))and mortality(10/49(20%)vs 12/53(23%))with and without *** improvement(median 12 IQR 4–18 vs median 7 IQR-7–10,p=0.01)was greater,and mortality was lower(4/33(12%)vs 6/15(40%),p=0.05)when aspirin was combined with thrombolysis,than for aspirin alone,with no increase in *** Our findings based on registry data derived from routine clinical care suggest that intraprocedural intravenous aspirin in patients undergoing emergent stenting during MT does not increase sICH and is associated with good clinical outcomes,even when combined with intravenous thrombolysis.

Fluid intelligence is a cognitive domain that encompasses general reasoning, pattern recognition, and problem-solving abilities independent of task-specific experience. Understanding its genetic and neural underpinnings is critical yet challenging for predicting human development, lifelong health, and well-being. One approach to address this challenge is to map the network of correlations between intelligence and other constructs. In the current study, we performed a genome-wide association study using fluid intelligence quotient scores from the UK Biobank to explore the genetic architecture of the associations between obesity risk and fluid intelligence. Our results revealed novel common genetic loci (SH2B1, TUFM, ATP2A1, and FOXO3) underlying the association between fluid intelligence and body metabolism. Surprisingly, we demonstrated that SH2B1 variation influenced fluid intelligence independently of its effects on metabolism but partially mediated its association with bilateral hippocampal volume. Consistently, selective genetic ablation of Sh2b1 in the mouse hippocampus, particularly in inhibitory neurons, but not in excitatory neurons, significantly impaired working memory, short-term novel object recognition memory, and behavioral flexibility, but not spatial learning and memory, mirroring the human intellectual performance. Single-cell genetic profiling of Sh2B1-regulated molecular pathways revealed that Sh2b1 deletion resulted in aberrantly enhanced extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) signaling, whereas pharmacological inhibition of ERK signaling reversed the associated behavioral impairment. Our cross-species study thus provides unprecedented insight into the role of SH2B1 in fluid intelligence and has implications for understanding the genetic and neural underpinnings of lifelong mental health and well-being.

Hydrogen(H_(2))is a promising renewable energy which finds wide applications as the world gears toward low-carbon ***,current H_(2) production via steam methane reforming of natural gas or gasification of coal are laden with high CO_(2) ***,methane(CH_(4))pyrolysis has emerged as a potential technology to generate low-carbon H_(2) and solid *** this review,the current state-of-art and recent progress of H_(2) production from CH_(4) pyrolysis are reviewed in *** such as funda-mental mechanism and chemistry involved,effect of process parameters on the conversion efficiency and reaction kinetics for various reaction media and catalysts are elucidated and critically ***-ature,among other factors,plays the most critical influence on the methane pyrolysis *** metal/salt could lower the operating temperature of methane pyrolysis to1000℃.Based on the reaction kinetics,metal-based cata-lysts were more efficient in lowering the activation energy of the reaction to 29.5-88 kJ/mol from that of uncatalyzed reaction(147-420.7 kJ/mol).Besides,the current techno-economic performance of the pro-cess reveals that the levelized cost of H_(2) is directly influenced by the sales price of carbon(by-product)generated,which could offset the overall ***,the main challenges of reactor design for efficient product separation and retrieval,as well as catalyst deactivation/poisoning need to be debottlenecked.

任务型教学法是20世纪80年代以来在对外汉语教学中逐渐形成和应用的一种新的教学方法。此后这种教学方法逐渐发展并在对外汉语教学领域得到广泛应用。由于该教学方法具有许多优点,最突出的优点是促进学生学习的创造力和主动性,提高学生的语言能力。因此,近年来世界上有很多语言学家对该教学方法从不同角度进行研究。对越南的汉语教学界来说,任务型教学法因为诸多客观条件的限制,并未在汉语教育领域中得到广泛应用,尤其是线上教学形式。本论文在前人语言专家成果的理论基础上,继续对基于任务型教学法应用在越南初级汉语口语线上课堂进行深入研究。本论文分为6章:其中第一章、第二章主要论述基于任务型教学法的理论基础,设计原则以及相关文献综述。第三章的内容是从第二章的理论基础进行教学设计,本论文的研究对象是信锦越南厂责任有限公司的越南人员,使用的教材是速通汉语教程。第四章根据第三章的教学设计进行两轮实施教学,收集学生的反馈。第五章根据教师和学生对初级汉语口语线上课堂设计任务的反馈,进行对任务型初级汉语口语教学的反思。最后,第六章针对任务型教学法在越南汉语初级口语线上课堂的设计任务和编写任务型教学法的口语教材提出建议。本研究的研究方法是行动研究,通过两轮行动研究,实施教学,提出问题,从自己实施教学中的观察和经验提出建议。本研究的教学设计结果包括:速通汉语教程第一册第八课《你的生日是几月几号?》,第十课《你家有几口人?》;第二册第一课《你在听什么?》,第二课《你平时几点起床?》基于任务型教学法设计的教案。通过这篇论文,基于任务型教学法在越南初级汉语口语线上课堂教案设计和两轮实施教学创建一个在信锦越南厂责任有限公司应用的汉语教学模式,任务的设计会考虑到学习者的学习特点。希望未来能够推广在越南河南工业区所有的中国台湾公司应用。

Endometriosis is a common and benign angiogenesisdependent gynecological disorder,which refers to the proliferation and growth of endometrium-like tissues with neovasculature formation outside of the uterus.1 Available medical treatments for endometriosis containing hormonal and non-hormonal treatments had been limited for longterm usage by their side effects.2 Ideal medical treatment for endometriosis with efficacy to relieve symptoms and suppress endometriotic lesion growth and minimal side effects has been longing for decades.3 Angiogenesis is a promising therapeutic target for endometriosis.

The real benefits of vitamins and dietary supplementation on health outcomes have always been mired in controversy,and to date,contradictory studies continue to be published to highlight their benefits when downplaying possible adverse effects.!This recently published National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey(NHANES)database study population investigating the role of niacin on erectile function reported that higher niacin intake,specifically in the highest tertile,was associated with a decreased risk of erectile dysfunction(ED)compared to the lowest tertile,showing an odds ratio(OR)of 0.56(95%confidence interval[CI]:0.37-0.85)based on 863 participants with ED from a pool of 3184 adults.2 Further analysis of dose-response curves and interaction analyses found a negative correlation between dietary niacin intake and the risk of ED,suggesting that a higher dietary niacin intake is associated with areducedriskof ED.

In this study, we induced cerebral infarction in rats by occluding the right middle cerebral artery, and tested the effects of electroacupuncture at the Baihui acupoint （DU 20）. Motor and sensory function was tested using Garcia’s scale and motor weakness grading, and the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in the brain was quantified using immunoblotting and immunohistochemistry. We found that scalp electroacupuncture at DU 20 significantly improved motor performance and sensory function in rats with stroke, and this was accompanied by an increased expression of vascular endothelial growth factor in the ischemic brain tissue and peri-ischemic area. In addition, Pearson correlation analysis showed that the improvements in functional recovery were correlated with the increased expression of vascular endothelial growth factor.

There are occasional incidences of gallstone spillage during laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and there have been frequent reports on such a topic in the literature. To the best of our knowledge,however,there have been no reports about spilled stones caused by spontaneously perforated hemorrhagic cholecystitis. Here,we report the radiologic findings of spilled stones caused by spontaneously perforated hemorrhagic cholecystitis in a 55-year-old man.
