The tungsten thin wall parts which were used as high-performance collimator devices were fabricated by optimizing selective laser melting laser *** effect of laser power and scan rate on wall thickness and surface morphology of tungsten山in wall parts was investigated,*** results indicated that the wall thickness increased with the enhancemem in laser power as a linear *** the contrary,the wall thickness decayed exponentially with the acceleration in laser sean ***,the wall thickness of the parts fabricated by laser double-pass melting was ihinner than that fabricated by laser single-pass *** addition,mathematic models for selecting suitable laser power and laser sean rate to fabricate specified tungsten thin wall parts were ***,the effects of laser parameters on the top surface roughness,adhesive parts and hot cracks were also discussed.

This paper discusses the sampled-data consensus problem of multi-agent systems with general linear dynamics and time-varying sampling intervals. To investigate the allowable upper bound of sampling intervals, we employ the property of discretization of sampled-data to identify the upper bound on the variable sampling intervals via a continuous-time model. Without considering the states in the sampling intervals, the decrease of Lyapunov function is guaranteed only at each sampling time. Consequently, it results in a more robust sampling interval which is obtained by verifying the feasibility of LMIs. Subsequently, provided a limited matrix variable, the control gain matrix K is solved by the LMI approach. Numerical simulations are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of theoretical results.

Tomato yellow leaf curl virus（TYLCV）is a species of the family Geminiviridae,causing serious yield losses in tomato *** coat protein（CP）gene of TYLCV isolate SH2 was expressed in Escherichia coli BL21（DE3）using pET-32a as the expression *** recombinant protein was purified through Ni＋-NTA affinity column and used to immunize BALB/c *** hybridoma cell lines（2B2,2E3 and 3E10）secreting monoclonal antibodies（MAbs）against TYLCV CP were obtained by fusing mouse myeloma cells（Sp 2/0）with spleen cells from the immunized BALB/c *** titers of ascitic fluids of three MAbs ranged from 10-6 to 10-7 in *** and subclasses of all the MAbs belonged to IgG1,κ light *** antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（TAS-ELISA）showed that the MAb 3E10 could react with five begomoviruses infecting tomato,while the other two（2B2 and 2E3）mainly reacted with ***-ELISA was set up using the MAb 3E10,and the established method could successfully detect virus in plant sap at 1：2 560（w/v,g mL-1）.Detection of field samples showed that begomoviruses were common in tomato crops in Zhejiang Province,China.

Objective Our previous study identified Threonine 161 （Thr-161）, located in the second intracellular loop of the 6-opioid receptor （DOR）, as the only consensus phosphorylation Cdte for cyclin-dqpendent kinase 5 （CdkS）. The aim of this study was to assess the function of DOR phosphorylation by Cdk5 in complete Freund＇s adjuvant （CFA）-induced inflammatory pain and morphine tolerance. Methods Dorsal root ganglion （DRG） neurons of rats with CFA-induced in- flammatory pain were acutely dissociated and the biotinylation method was used to explore the membrane localization of phosphorylated DOR at Thr-161 （pThr-161-DOR）, and paw withdrawal latency was measured after intrathecal delivery of drugs or Tat-peptide, using a radiant heat stimulator in rats with CFA-induced inflammatory pain. Results Both the total amount and the surface localization of pThr-161-DOR were significantly enhanced in the ipsilateral DRG following CFA injection. lntrathecal delivery of the engineered Tat fusion-interefering peptide corresponding to the second intracellular loop of DOR （Tat-DOR-2L） increased inflammatory hypersensitivity, and inhibited DOR- but not μ-opioid receptor-mediated spinal analgesia in CFA-treated rats. However, intrathecal delivery of Tat-DOR-2L postponed morphine antinociceptive tolerance in rats with CFA-induced inflammatory pain. Conclusion Phosphorylation of DOR at Thr-161 by Cdk5 attenuates hypersensitivity and potentiates morphine tolerance in rats with CFA-induced inflammatory pain, while disruption of the phosphorylation of DOR at Thr- 161 attenuates morphine tolerance.

AIM: To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture (EA) at neiguan (PC6) on gastric distention-induced transient lower esophageal sphincter relaxations (TLESRs) and discuss the mechanisms of this treatment. METHODS: ProtocolⅠ: Twelve healthy cats underwent gastric distention for 60 min on the first day. Electrical acupoint stimulation was applied at the neiguan or a sham point on the hip in randomized order before gastric distention, on the third day and fifth day. Those cats that underwent EA at neiguan on the fifth day were named "Neiguan Group" and the cats that underwent EA at a sham acupoint on the fifth day were named "Sham Group" (control group). During the experiment the frequency of TLESRs and lower esophageal sphincter (LES) pressure were observed by a perfused sleeve assembly. Plasma levels of gastrin (GAS) and motilin (MTL) were determined by radioimmunoassay. Nitrite/nitrate concentration in plasma and tissues were measured by Griess reagent. The nuclei in the brain stem were observed by immunohistochemistry method of c-Fos and NADPH-d dyeing. Protocol Ⅱ: Thirty six healthy cats were divided into 6 groups randomly. We gave saline (2 mL iv. control group), phaclofen (5 mg/kg iv. GABA-B antagonist), cholecystokinin octapeptide (CCK-8) (1 μg/kg per hour iv.), L-Arginine (200 mg/kg iv.), naloxone (2.5 μmol/kg iv.) and tacrine (5.6 mg/kg ip. cholinesterase inhibitor) respectively before EA at Neiguan and gastric distention. And the frequencies of TLESRs in experimental groups were compared with the control ***: ProtocolⅠ: Not only the frequency of gastric distention-induced TLESR in 60 min but also the rate of common cavity during TLESRs were significantlydecreased by EA at neiguan compared to that of sham acupoint stimulation. C-Fos immunoreactivity and NOS reactivity in the solitarius (NTS) and dorsal motor nucleus of the vagus (DMV) were significantly decreased by EA at neiguan compared to that of the sham group. Human-wildlife conflict(HWC)is a conservation concern that increasingly threatens the continued existence of some of the world’s most endangered *** an increase in human population,urban sprawl and subsequent encroachment on wild land,human and wildlife interaction has become *** the majority of cases,this interaction results in a negative outcome for humans,wildlife or *** China,these key elements,along with a decrease in wild prey species,have resulted in the expansion of HWC encounters,and the need for alleviating this conflict has become a conservation *** of human life,livestock and/or crops is most often the catalysts that fuel *** to alleviate conflict around the world have included preventative measures and mitigation techniques,such as financial compensation and other incentive *** types of measures have had variable *** review the current status of human-carnivore conflict management in China,and,drawing lessons from around the globe,we make recommendations for improving conservation management in *** example,an increase in law enforcement in nature reserves is vital to reducing human disturbance in prime carnivore habitat,thereby reducing conflict ***,modifications to current wildlife compensation programs,so that they are linked with preventative measures,will ensure that moral hazards are ***,investigating the potential for a community self-financed insurance scheme to fund compensation and increasing efforts to restore wild prey populations will improve the outcome for wildlife ***,HWC management in China will greatly benefit from an integrative approach.

Background and Objective:Percutaneous ultrasound-guided thermal ablation is one of the major treatment methods for liver *** location close to the diaphragm or gastrointestinal tract was regarded as the treatment contraindication before due to poor visibility of the tumor or increased risk of thermal injury to the adjacent *** study used artificial pleural effusion or ascites to extend the indications of thermal ablation for liver ***:Artificial pleural effusion (20 cases) or ascites (36 cases) was performed in 56 difficult cases of percutaneous thermal ablation for liver *** technical success rates, the rate of approaching the procedure goal, complications, and local treatment response were ***:The technical success rates were 95%(19/20) for artificial pleural effusion and 100% (36/36) for artificial ascites, the achieve purpose rates were 100%(19/19) and 91.7% (33/36), the complete ablation rates were 84.2% (16/19) and 93.9% (31/33), ***, transient hematuria, and subcutaneous effusion were observed in 3 patients after the procedure of artificial pleural effusion, and hydrothorax in the right chest occurred in 1 patient during the artificial ascites ***:Thermal ablation with the use of artificial pleural effusion or ascites is a safe and effective treatment for liver tumors, and the technique can widen the indications of thermal ablation for liver tumors.

A supramolecular compound, [ Co（2,2＇-bipy）（ H2O）4 ] [ trans-1,4-chdc ] （ compound 1 ）（ 2,2＇-bipy = 2,2＇- bipyridine, 1,4-chdcH2 = 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid）, was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal Xray diffraction analysis, IR spectrometry, TG analysis, and elemental analyses. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis revealed that [ Co（ 2,2＇-bipy）（ H2O）4 ]^2＋ units and adjacent 1,4-chdc^2- formed a single layer by hydrogen bonding and electrostatic interactions along the ac-plane, and two symmetry-related single layers interacted with each other by hydrogen bonding, resulting in a double layer, which further formed a 3-D structure by π-π stacking. The most attractive structural feature of compound 1 is that 1,4-chdc2- possesses only tram-conformation although there are both c/s- and tram-conformations in the raw material.

BACKGROUND Due to a thicker abdominal wall in some patients,ultrasound artifacts from gastrointestinal gas and surrounding tissues can interfere with routine ultrasound examination,precluding its ability to display or clearly show the structure of a hernial sac(HS)and thereby diminishing diagnostic performance for esophageal hiatal hernia(EHH).Contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)imaging using an oral agent mixture allows for clear and intuitive identification of an EHH sac and dynamic observation of esophageal *** SUMMARY In this case series,we report three patients with clinically-suspected EHH,including two females and one male with an average age of 67.3±16.4 *** was administered with an oral agent mixture(microbubble-based SonoVue and gastrointestinal contrast agent)and identified a direct sign of supradiaphragmatic HS(containing the hyperechoic agent)and indirect signs[e.g.,widening of esophageal hiatus,hyperechoic mixture agent continuously or intermittently reflux flowing back and forth from the stomach into the supradiaphragmatic HS,and esophagus-gastric echo ring(i.e.,the“EG”ring)seen above the diaphragm].All three cases received a definitive diagnosis of EHH by esophageal manometry and *** lesions resolved upon drug treatment and one required *** recurrence rate in follow-up was 0%.The data from these cases suggest that the new non-invasive examination method may greatly improve the diagnosis of *** CEUS with the oral agent mixture can facilitate clear and intuitive identification of HS and dynamic observation of esophageal reflux.

Endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)is the standard treatment for early-stage gastric cancer,but the large post-operative ulcers caused by ESD often lead to serious side ***-ESD mu-cosal repair materials provide a new option for the treatment of post-ESD *** this study,we developed a polyurethane/small intestinal submucosa(PU/SIS)hydrogel and investigated its effi-cacy for accelerating ESD-induced ulcer healing in a canine ***/SIS hydrogel possessed great biocompatibility and distinctive pH-sensitive swelling properties and protected GES-1 cells from acid attack through forming a dense film in acidic conditions in ***,PU/SIS gels present a strong bio-adhesion to gastric tissues under acidic conditions,thus ensuring the reten-tion time of PU/SIS gels in *** a canine model,PU/SIS hydrogel was easily delivered via endoscopy and adhered to the ulcer ***/SIS hydrogel accelerated gastric ulcer healing at an early stage with more epithelium regeneration and slight *** findings reveal PU/SIS hydrogel is a promising and attractive candidate for ESD-induced ulcer repair.
