Silicon(Si)has mild discharge potential and high theoretical capacity,making it a highly desirable material for lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Nevertheless,the excessive volume expansion,poor ion/electron conductiv ity and unstable solid electrolyte interface(SEI)hinde practical application to ***,the metallic antimony(Sb)stabilized porous Si(SiDSb)composite was prepared by magnesiothermic reduction of Sb_(2)O_(3)and Mg_(2)Si and chemical etching to remove the by-product of *** highly conductive Sb nanodots embedded in the Si liga ments promote not only the formation of conductive and stable LiF-rich SEI,but also the electron/ion transpor ability of *** to the outstanding bulk/interface stability,excellent conductivity,as well as ideal porous structure,the SiDSb electrode demonstrates a capacity of820 mAh·g^(-1)after undergoing 320 turns at 1000 mA·g^(-1).Additionally,it exhibits a stable capacity of 675 m Ah·g^(-1)when tested at a higher current density of 5000 m A·g^(-1).The results reveal a viable solution to solve three problems at the same time,namely the poor conductivity,inferior SEI and excessive volume expansion of Si,boding well for the design of Si-based materials for high-energy LIBs.

Alzheimer's disease （AD） has become an important public health issue worldwide. P-Coumaric acid （CA） and lactoferrin （Lf） possessed antioxidant， anti-inflammatory， and anti-AD activities. Herein， we hypothesized that a combination treatment of CA and Lf would synergistically improve AD symptoms and studied its mechanisms. Twelve-week-old APP/PS1 mice were treated with CA， Lf， or both CA and Lf for 8 weeks. Results showed that individual and combined treatments could ameliorate cognitive deficits to varying degrees， with stronger effects for combined intervention than for CA or Lf alone. Specifically， combined treatment was most effective in improving nesting ability and reducing Aβ1-42deposition in mice. Moreover， combined treatment was more effective in suppressing APP， BACE1， and inflammation; it inhibited the CCAAT-enhancer-binding protein （C/EBPβ）/asparagine endopeptidase （AEP） signaling pathway in the hippocampus and colon and upregulated the expression of tight junction protein ZO-1 in the colon; it also decreased the F/B ratio at the phylum level and increased the relative abundance of Prevotellaceae， Lachnospira， and Eubacterium at the genus level. Overall， the combination of CA and Lf may ameliorate cognitive deficits in APP/PS1 mice by improving inflammation and inhibiting the C/EBPβ/AEP signaling pathway via modulating gut microbiome.

Purpose:This study aims to investigate whether Ganoderma lucidum spore oil(GLSO)could enhance the effect of paclitaxel(PTX),improve the tolerance to PTX and prolong the overall survival of Lewis tumor-bearing mice,which has never been reported ***:The tumor,spleen,and thymus were weighed at the end of the *** blood was collected for hematological index analysis,and the intact femur was removed to determine the bone marrow nucleated cell count(BMN).The percentage of lymphocytes in the spleen of mice was detected by flow cytometry,the activity of NK cells was detected by LDH assay,and the proliferation index of lymphocytes was determined by CCK-8 *** overall and mean survival time and life extension rate were calculated using SPSS ***:Our data showed that GLSO could enhance the anti-tumor effect of PTX and prolong the survival of *** underlying mechanisms of the above effects might be related to the toxic reduction effect of GLSO by relieving hematotoxicity,myelosuppression and ***,GLSO could increase the number of blood cells and bone marrow cells,alleviate the thymic index,and elevate the number and activity of NK cells in mice treated with ***:GLSO may enhance the efficacy of PTX by boosting the activity of immune NK cells and prolong survival by counteracting PTX-induced bone marrow alterations and improving *** findings suggested the promising role of GLSO in combination with PTX to extend the survival and increase the tolerance of patients in clinical chemotherapy of lung cancer.

Background:The initial randomized,double-blinded,actively controlled,phase III ANEAS study(NCT03849768)demonstrated that aumolertinib showed superior efficacy relative to gefitinib as first-line therapy in epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)-mutated advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Metastatic disease in the central nervous system(CNS)remains a challenge in the management of *** study aimed to compare the efficacy of aumolertinib versus gefitinib among patients with baseline CNS metastases in the ANEAS ***:Eligible patients were enrolled and randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to orally receive either aumolertinib or gefitinib in a double-blinded *** with asymptomatic,stable CNS metastases were ***-up imaging of the same modality as the initial CNS imaging was performed every 6 weeks for 15 months,then every *** responsewas assessed by a neuroradiological blinded,independent central review(neuroradiological-BICR).The primary endpoint for this subgroup analysis was CNS progression-free survival(PFS).Results:Of the 429 patients enrolled and randomized in the ANEAS study,106 patients were found to have CNS metastases(CNS Full Analysis Set,cFAS)at baseline by neuroradiological-BICR,and 60 of them had CNS target lesions(CNS Evaluable for Response,cEFR).Treatment with aumolertinib significantly prolonged median CNS PFS compared with gefitinib in both cFAS(29.0 vs.8.3 months;hazard ratio[HR]=0.31;95%confidence interval[CI],0.17-0.56;P<0.001)and cEFR(29.0 vs.8.3 months;HR=0.26;95%CI,0.11-0.57;P<0.001).The confirmed CNS overall response rate in cEFRwas 85.7%and 75.0%in patients treated with aumolertinib and gefitinib,*** risk analysis showed that the estimated probability of CNS progression without prior non-CNS progression or death was consistently lower with aumolertinib than with gefitinib in patients with and without CNSmetastases at *** new safety findings were ***:The

为预测句容抽蓄上水库坝体和库盆在竣工期和蓄水后产生的变形,利用施工期上库主坝和库盆的变形监测资料,对填筑料E-B模型参数进行分期反演。在此基础上,采用第三期反演参数,对竣工期和蓄水后的库盆变形特性进行预测和分析。研究表明,利用早期短时序坝体变形监测资料得到的模型反演参数偏大,随着坝体填筑高度的增加,采用后期长时序变形监测资料反演得到的模型参数逐渐减小并趋于真实值;在E-B模型中引入初始应力状态参数S0可以考虑现场压实坝料的超固结特性,S0越大,坝体变形越小,经历高强度碾压后的填筑料S0在0.40~0.55之间;基于第三期反演参数的库盆竣工期沉降计算结果与实测结果总体吻合较好。研究结果可用于指导工程实践。

光面爆破技术是目前控制隧道超欠挖的主要手段,为进一步探究周边孔装药结构及装药量对爆破效果的影响。以武隆隧道粉砂质页岩段为研究对象,采用现场爆破试验方法,分别进行了周边孔不同装药结构下不同单孔装药量爆破试验。结果表明:周边孔采用导爆索空气间隔装药结构,装药量为0.1+0.075×5 kg时爆破效果最佳,周边孔残留率96%,平均线性超挖为15.3 cm。采用雷管空气间隔装药结构,装药量为0.45 kg时爆破效果最佳,周边孔残留率可达90%,平均线性超挖18.4 cm。采用连续装药结构进行爆破,装药量为0.3/0.45 kg时爆破效果最佳,周边孔残留率32%,平均线性超挖量为24 cm。周边孔采用间隔装药结构可以有效提高爆破效果,保证周边孔炮孔残留率在50%以上,减小隧道超挖量;采用导爆索间隔装药爆破效果最佳,周边孔炮孔残留率在90%以上,雷管间隔装药结构爆破效果次之,炮孔残留率在70%以上,连续装药结构爆破效果最差,炮孔残留率50%以下。同时,通过现场试验证明:除采用导爆索空气间隔装药结构外,周边孔也可采用雷管空气间隔装药结构控制隧道超挖。

为了认识稠油开发过程中低温氧化与高温氧化阶段原油变化规律,利用静态氧化釜开展稠油的高低温氧化实验,借助傅里叶变换离子回旋共振质谱分析技术对高低温氧化前后的原油分子量及O、N、S杂原子化合物特征开展研究,结果表明:原油低温氧化阶段分子量分布特征与原样相似,相对分子量分布范围在200~750,整体呈平缓状单峰型分布,高温氧化阶段分子量分布范围前移,呈明显的前峰单峰型分布;杂原子化合物中的O元素在低温氧化阶段主要以无环的饱和二元酸形式存在,在高温氧化阶段受环化、芳构化及脱甲基作用的影响,伴随着侧链烷基及杂原子基团的断裂和芳构化过程,造成原油中杂原子化合物向着碳数更小、双键当量(double bond equivalents,DBE)值更低的方向演化。该研究探索了温度与原油结构及化学组成之间的关系,对于指导稠油开发现场具有重要意义。

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.
