Temporal changes in mixing effects on litter decay and nitrogen release in a boreal riparian forest in northeastern China

In riparian forests,litter decay provides essential energy and nutrients for both terrestrial and fluvial *** mixing effects(LMEs)are crucial in regulating litter decay and nutrient dynamics,yet how LMEs change over time is unclear in riparian *** this study,leaf litter of three common species(Alnus sibirica *** Turcz,Betula platyphylla Sukaczev,and Betula fruticosa Pall.)were mixed in an equal mass ratio and LMEs were measured for mass and nitrogen(N)remaining in whole litter mixtures over a 3-year period in a boreal riparian forest,northeastern *** were also assessed for component litter mass and N remaining by separating litter mixtures by *** the decay of litter mixtures,antagonistic effects on mass and N remaining were dominant after one and two years of decay,whereas only additive effects were observed after three *** correlated negatively with functional diversity after the first and two years of decay but disappeared after three *** sorting litter mixtures by species,non-additive LMEs on mass and N remaining decreased over incubation ***,non-additive LMEs were more frequent for litter of both *** and *** with lower N concentration than for *** litter with higher N *** results indicate that incubation time is a key determinant of litter mixing effects during decay and highlight that late-stage litter mixture decay may be predicted from single litter decay dynamics in boreal riparian forests.

幼儿园教师流失率高、流动性强是学前教师高质量发展的瓶颈。为更好地保障学前师资力量稳定性,基于勒温的场动力论构建幼儿园教师职业嵌入的场动力模型,运用访谈法、问卷法编制幼儿园教师职业嵌入的本土化测量工具,探寻幼儿园教师的“个体场”与“环境场”如何相互作用并共同为幼儿园教师职业嵌入提供动力。研究发现,幼儿园教师“个人场”中教师主体因素对职业联系、职业牲、职业匹配具有显著正向影响;幼儿园教师“环境场”中的园所组织因素和社会行业因素对职业联系、职业牺牲具有显著正向影响。基于此,从巩固调适“个人场”和共建发展“环境场”两方面提出促进幼儿园教师职业嵌入的有效策略。

大兴安岭多年冻土区两种水体温室气体浓度动态与冬季储存特征

北方内陆水体是温室气体排放的热点,对量化区域碳收支起重要作用,但其排放的季节变化尚不清楚。观测了大兴安岭多年冻土区府库奇河及其改道形成的牛轭湖(演替晚期)冻结期冰层中储存的二氧化碳(CO_(2))和甲烷(CH_(4))浓度,并比较了两种水体中CO_(2)和CH_(4)浓度在三个不同时期(冻结期、非冻结期、春季融化)的差异。结果表明:两种水体CO_(2)和CH_(4)浓度季节变化存在差异。牛轭湖在冻结期水体中CO_(2)和CH_(4)浓度最高,有明显的冰下积累现象,其中CH_(4)浓度平均值为(2.21±0.54)μmo/L,分别是非冻结期和春季融化期水体CH_(4)浓度的5倍和14倍。河流水体中CO_(2)和CH_(4)浓度最高出现在春季融化期,显著高于非冻结期和冻结期(P<0.05)。水中CO_(2)和CH_(4)浓度受多种环境因子的影响,与可溶性有机碳(DOC)正相关(P<0.05),与溶解氧(DO)、水温为负相关(P<0.05)。冻结期冰层形成后,温室气体会以冰气泡的形式存储在冰层中,气泡的主要成分是CO_(2)和CH_(4),其中CO_(2)占90%以上。由于冰气泡中CO_(2)和CH_(4)浓度约为冰下水体浓度的1%—30%,忽略冰层中储存的温室气体将会增加北方水体碳排放的不确定性。研究明确了大兴安岭多年冻土区两种水体溶解性CO_(2)和CH_(4)的季节变化特征与冬季温室气体储存能力,为深入认知该区域水体碳循环过程提供重要数据支持。

“科技观”影响下中国近代美术教育的发展研究

目的:文章主要研究“科技观”影响下的近代美术教育的发展。鸦片战争后的中国社会发生剧烈变革,当时的知识分子主动学习西方科学文化知识,以改变中国贫困落后的面貌。“科技救国”的观念不仅影响了近代中国的民族救亡运动,也影响了近代美术教育。方法:文章从“‘实业救国’观念影响下的设计教育”和“科学美术观的确立:从临画法到写生教学的转移”两个方面阐述“科技观”影响下的近代美术教育的发展。结果:受“实业救国”观念的影响,知识分子普遍认为美术与实业有关,上海美术专科学校、苏州美术专科学校、杭州艺术专科学校等专业美术学校纷纷开设图案专业,培养设计人才。当时的学者也认为美术与科学密切相关,新文化运动倡导的科学观在美术教育中表现为写生法的流行。写生法因要求师法自然、写生实物,被知识分子视为西方科学精神的体现,并伴随留学日本和欧洲的艺术家归国执教而融入国内的美术教育体系。结论:在“科技观”的影响下,美术学校开设的图案专业成为近代设计教育的开端。20世纪20年代以后,美术教学中的临画法逐渐向写生法转变,各专业美术院校以写生的方式训练学生的观察能力,提高学生的艺术表现能力,写生法教学的普及也为写实主义美术的发展奠定了基础。

Nutrient retranslocation from the fine roots of Fraxinus mandshurica and Larix olgensis in northeastern China

Nutrient retranslocation in trees is important in nutrient budgets and energy flows in forest ecosystems. We investigated nutrient retranslocation in the fine roots of a Manchurian Ash （Fraxinus mandshurica） and a Larch （Larix olgensis） plantation in northeastern China. Nutrient retranslocation in the fine roots was investigated using three methods, specifically, nutrient concentration, the ratio of Ca to other elements （Ca/other elements ratio） and nutrient content. The method based on nutrient content proved most suitable when investigating nutrient retranslocation from fine roots of the two species. The nutrient-content-based method showed that there were retranslocations of N, P, K and Mg from the fine roots of Manchurian Ash, with retranslocation efficiencies of 13, 25, 65, and 38 %, respectively, whereas there were no Ca retranslocations. There were retranslocations of N, P, K, Ca and Mg from the fine roots of Larch, with retranslocation efficiencies of 31, 40, 52, 23 and 25 %, respectively.

Non-use value assessment for wetland ecosystem service of Hongxing National Nature Reserve in northeast China

By the contingent value method, we studied the non-use value of wetland ecosystem service of Hongxing National Nature Reserve （HNNR） in Heilongjiang Pro- vince, northeast China. The proportion of respondents willing to pay （WTP） for protection of HNNR was 63 %. The WTP ratio was affected by geographical area, contact nature, personal preferences, and familiar degree of the respondents. The WTP value was affected by age, education level and career of the respondents. The mainly reasons for people rejecting to pay for protecting HNNR were ＂I am not familiar to HNNR＂ and ＂I had no capacity for additional spending because of low income＂. Weighted average individual WTP value was CNY 59.26 Yuan ind.^-1 year^-1 for all the respondents with WTP. The total non-use ecosystem service value of HNNR was CNY 1430 million Yuan in 2013. The heritage value was highest followed by existence value and option value. From the high ecosystem service value in HNNR, it is very important to construct nature reserve for protecting natural ecosystems and human sustainable use of natural resources.

A new device used to detect the low contrast target acquisition of photoelectric theodolite is designed and its reliability is experimentally *** adjustable contrast optical target device,which can simulate the sky background luminance and a low contrast target,is *** utilizes a big integrating sphere and a small one to simulate the luminance of the background and target ***,by controlling the luminous flux of the two integrating spheres,the targets and background radiance can be continuously adjustable under the condition of constant color ***,the contrast can be controlled continuously in the range of 0%-90% and its stability is better than 1%.The biggest background luminance exceeds 60 W m-2str-1 in the spectral range of 400-800 nm.

Changes of plant species diversity and biomass with reclaimed marshes restoration

Wetland restoration had been implemented for more than two decades in Sanjiang Plain,Northeast *** assess the restoration effi ciency of wetland vegetation,we investigated plants composition of community,plant species diversity and aboveground biomass of restored sites in a chronosequence of restoration(1,2,3,6,8,11,15 and 25 years)in the Sanjiang Nature *** comparison,we also investigated the same factors in a cropland and a natural marsh adjacent to the restored *** results showed that wetland plant species can invade quickly after croplands were abandoned when there were suitable hydrology *** the early stage of the restoration,weeds were main plant species in the restored *** species appeared at the same time but diff ered from the dominant species from the adjacent natural *** native wetland species could dominance the community after 3-year *** richness and diversity increased on the early stage,and then decreased to the similar level of the natural marsh with the extension of *** biomass could restore easier than the species composition and *** results indicated that plant species composition and diversity of abandoned reclaimed wetlands can restore gradually by natural succession in Sanjiang ***,25-year restoration site had similarity index of only 56%with the natural marsh,which revealed that two decades are not enough for complete restoration of vegetation.

为了提高土壤中敌草隆的萃取效率,更为精确地检测其残留量,采用加压溶剂萃取作为土壤中敌草隆的萃取方式,使用超高效液相色谱-三重四极杆串联质谱法对土壤中残留的敌草隆进行了检测,建立了一种土壤中敌草隆萃取和检测的新方法。试样经冷冻干燥处理后,将其研磨样装入加压溶剂萃取仪,使用2∶1的甲醇-二氯甲烷混合溶液作为萃取剂,萃取液经Carb/PSA石墨化炭黑/乙二胺-N-丙基固相萃取柱净化后,通过C18色谱柱进行分离,并以体积比为1∶9的甲醇-二氯甲烷混合溶剂进行梯度洗脱,质谱中选择电子轰击离子源和多反应监测模式。结果显示,敌草隆在20~500μg·L^(-1)范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 5,且目标峰分离效果较好;不同浓度下敌草隆的加标回收率为71.2%~90.3%,相对标准偏差为1.7%~9.4%,检出限为0.000 287μg·g^(-1)。该方法有利于对土壤中敌草隆残留量大批量检测的操作,提高了目标物的萃取效率和检测效率,提高样品检测准确性。
