Free amino acid(FAA)is the important component of vinegar that infl uences quality perception and consumer *** is one of the major metabolites produced by microorganisms;however,the microbial metabolic network on FAA biosynthesis remains *** metagenomic analysis,this work aimed to elucidate the roles of microbes in FAA biosynthesis during Monascus rice vinegar *** profiles from functional analyses showed 14 dominant genera with high contributions to the metabolism *** metabolic network for FAA biosynthesis was then constructed,and the microbial distribution in different metabolic pathways was *** results revealed that 5 functional genera were closely involved in FAA *** study illuminated the metabolic roles of microorganisms in FAA biosynthesis and provided crucial insights into the functional attributes of microbiota in vinegar fermentation.

Wearable electronics powered by flexible energy storage devices have captured global *** low-temperature conditions,unfortunately,solidification of flexible hydrogel electrolyte and decreased pseudo-capacity of these devices largely hamper their practical *** this study,photothermally-active Prussian blue(PB)was introduced onto poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/polyacrylamide(PEDOT/PAM)networks to address the challenges of electrolyte solidification and degraded pseudo-capacitance for flexible all-in-one device at low *** as-constructed PB/PEDOT/PAM hydrogel device delivers stable electrochemical performance and remarkable mechanical property with 1652%***,this hydrogel device well retains its flexibility in cold environment with a freezing point below−30℃.The incorporation of PB extends the voltage range to 1.5 V as a single device,thus significantly enhancing the electrochemical performance as an all-inone integrated *** from the outstanding photo-to-thermal conversion ability of embedded PB nanocubes,the temperature of the assembled all-in-one PB/PEDOT/PAM device increased from^(−2)0 to 17.7℃ after solar-light irradiation for only 5 ***,the degraded pseudo-capacitance was subsequently boosted to 287.1%of its original capacitance at−20℃.This study establishes a connection between flexible all-solid-state hydrogel devices and photothermally enhanced pseudocapacitors in freezing environments,thereby expanding the potential applications of multi-functional pseudo-capacitors.

Friction remains as the primary mode of energy dissipation and components wear,and achieving superlubricity shows high promise in energy conservation and lifetime wear *** results in this work demonstrate that direct superlubricity combined with superlow wear can be realized for steel/Si_(3)n_(4)contacts on engineering scale when polyhydroxy alcohol solution was selectively modified by amino *** direct superlubricity occurs because 3-amino-1,2-propanediol molecules at the friction interface could be induced to rotate and adsorb vertically on the friction surface,forming in-situ thick and dense molecular films to passivate the asperity ***,amino modification is also conducive to improving the lubrication state from boundary to mixed lubrication regime by strengthening the intermolecular hydrogen bonding interaction,presenting enhanced load-bearing capability and reduced direct solid asperity ***,direct superlow average friction of 0.01 combined with superlow wear are achieved *** design principle of direct superlubricity and superlow wear in this work indeed offers an effective strategy to fundamentally improve energy efficiency and provide lifetime wear protection for moving mechanical assemblies.

The yield ratios of neutron-proton(R(n/p))and^(3)H-^(3)He(R(^(3)H∕^(3)He))with reduced rapidity from 0 to 0.5 were simulated at 50 MeV/u even-even ^(36−56)Ca+^(40)Ca,even-even ^(48−78)ni+^(58)ni,and ^(100−139)Sn(every third isotopes)+112 Sn for full reduced impact parameters using the isospin-dependent quantum molecular dynamics(IQMD)*** neutron and proton density distributions and root-mean-square radii of the reaction systems were obtained using the Skyrme-Hartree-Fock model,which was used for the phase space initialization of the projectile and target in *** defined the unified neutron skin thickness asΔRnp=^(1∕2) n−^(1∕2)p,which was negative for neutron-deficient *** unifiedΔRnp values for nuclei with the same relative neutron excess from different isotopic chains were nearly equal,except for extreme neutron-rich isotopes,which is a type of scaling *** yield ratios of the three isotopic chain-induced reactions,which depended on the reduced impact parameter and unified neutron skin thickness,were *** results showed that both R(n/p)and R(^(3)H∕^(3)He)decreased with a reduced impact parameter for extreme neutron-deficient isotopes;however,they increased with reduced impact parameters for extreme neutron-rich isotopes,and increased with theΔRnp of the projectiles for all reduced impact *** addition,a scaling phenomenon was observed betweenΔR np and the yield ratios in peripheral colli-sions from different isotopic chain projectiles(except for extreme neutron-rich isotopes).Thus,R(n/p)and R(^(3)H∕^(3)He)from peripheral collisions were suggested as experimental probes for extracting the neutron or proton skin thicknesses of non-extreme neutron-rich nuclei from different isotopic chains.

The electrocatalytic nitrogen reduction reaction(e-nRR)is a promising alternative method for the Haber–Bosch ***,it still faces many challenges in searching for high activity,stability,and selectivity catalysts and ascertaining the catalytic mechanism with complete ***,a series of graphene-based n-bridged dual-atom catalysts(M1-n-M2/nC)are systematically investigated via first-principle calculation and a high-throughput screening *** result unveils that n_(2) adsorption on M1-n-M2/nC in bridge-on adsorption mode can effectively break the scaling relationship on single-atom catalysts(SACs).Moreover,V-n-Ru/nC and V-n-Os/nC are systematically screened out as promising e-nRR catalysts,with extremely low limiting potentials of-0.20 and-0.18 V,***,the adsorption site competition between*n_(2) and*H,as well as the competitive twin reactions of hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)on intermediates(n_(n)H_(m))during the e-nRR process,is systematically evaluated to form a remodeling insight for the reactions in mechanism,and the e-nRR of new proposed dual-atom catalysts(DACs)is strategically optimized for its high-efficiency performance potential via our remolding insight in e-nRR *** work provides new ideas and insights for the design and mechanism of e-nRR catalysts and an effective strategy for rapidly screening highly efficient e-nRR catalysts.

Cobalt selenide(CoSe_(2))has garnered considerable attention as a prospective anode candidate for advanced lithium-ion storage,prompting comprehensive ***,CoSe_(2)-based anodes usually suffer from significant volume variation upon lithiation leading to unsatisfactory cycling ***,a versatile synthesis route is proposed for the in-situ fabrication of CoSe2nanoparticles embedded in n-dope carbon skeleton(CoSe_(2)@nC)through annealing treatment and selenization of a metal–organic framework-derived(MOF)*** n-doped carbon derived from the MOF serves not only as an excellent conductive substrate but also as a confined reactor,effectively inhibiting the structural instability and alleviating the inevitable volume change of CoSe_(2).Owing to their unique nanostructure,the as-prepared CoSe_(2)@nC exhibits a high capacity of 745.9mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1),while maintaining excellent rate capability and an impressive ***,the assembled lithium-ion capacitor(LIC)based on CoSe_(2)@nC demonstrates an energy density of 130Wh·kg^(-1),a power density of 24.6 kW·kg^(-1),and remarkable capacity retention of 90.8%after 8000 *** results highlight the great potential of CoSe_(2)@nC for practical applications.

At present,the role of many long non-coding RnAs(lncRnAs)as tumor suppressors in the formation and development of cervical cancer(CC)has been ***,lncRnA prostate cancer gene expression marker 1(PCGEM1),whose high expression not only aggravates ovarian cancer but also can induce tumorigenesis and endometrial cancer progression,has not been studied in *** objective of this study was to investigate the expression and the underlying role of PCGEM1 in *** relative expression of PCGEM1 in CC cells was detected by real-time *** the suppression of PCGEM1 expression by shRnA,the changes in the proliferation,migration,and invasion capacities were detected via CCK-8 assay,EdU assay,and colony formation assay wound healing *** assay and the changes in expressions of epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT)markers were determined by western blot and immunoﬂ*** interplay among PCGEM1,miR-642a-5p,and kinesin family member 5B(KIF5B)was conﬁrmed by bioinformatics analyses and luciferase reporter *** showed that PCGEM1 expressions were up-regulated within CC *** viabilities,migration,and invasion were remarkably reduced after the suppression of PCGEM1 expression by shRnA in Hela and SiHa cells.n-cadherin was silenced,but E-cadherin expression was elevated by ***,by sponging miR-642a-5p in CC,PCGEM1 was veriﬁed as a competitive endogenous RnA(ceRnA)that modulates KIF5B ***-642a-5p down-regulation partially rescued sh-PCGEM1’s inhibitory effects on cell proliferation,migration,invasion,and EMT *** conclusion,the PCGEM1/miR-642a-5p/KIF5B signaling axis might be a novel therapeutic target in *** study provides a research basis and new direction for targeted therapy of CC.

This study elaborates on the design,fabrication,and data analysis details of SPEED,a recently proposed smartphonebased digital polymerase chain reaction(dPCR)*** dPCR chips incorporate partition diameters ranging from 50μm to 5μm,and these partitions are organized into six distinct blocks to facilitate image *** to the superior thermal conductivity of Si and its potential for mass production,the dPCR chips were fabricated on a Si substrate.A temperature control system based on a high-power density Peltier element and a preheating/cooling PCR protocol user interface shortening the thermal cycle *** optical design employs four 470 nm light-emitting diodes as light sources,with filters and mirrors effectively managing the light emitted during *** algorithm is utilized for image processing and illumination nonuniformity correction including conversion to a monochromatic format,partition identification,skew correction,and the generation of an image correction *** validated the device using a range of deoxyribonucleic acid targets,demonstrating its potential applicability across multiple ***,we provide guidance and verification of the design and testing of the recently proposed SPEED device.

Biomass chitosan(CS)was used as a template,graphitic phase carbon nitride(g-C_(3)n_(4))with high nitrogen content and certain catalytic activity was used as a dopant,and nano-transition metal cobalt(Co)was used as a catalytic center *** carbon aerogel(C(CS)/g-C_(3)n_(4)/Co)with a three-dimensional network-like structure was prepared by assembling the three materials through experimental operations such as freeze-drying and high-temperature *** was demonstrated by scanning and transmission characterization that the CS in the carbon aerogel could provide more active sites for the cobalt nanoparticles,and the doping of graphite-phase carbon nitride as a template dispersed the cobalt nanoparticles and changed the conductivity of the *** investigate the catalytic effect of carbon aerogel on ammonium perchlorate(AP),it was investigated by differential thermal analyzer and TG thermal *** carbon aerogel was very effective in catalyzing AP,and the 10 wt% content of the catalyst reduced the AP pyrolysis peak from 703.9 to 595.5 *** to further investigate the synergistic effect of the three materials,further carbon aerogels such as C(CS)/Co,g-C_(3)n_(4)/Co were prepared and applied to catalyze AP,and the same ratio reduced the AP pyrolysis peak by 98.1℃ and 97.7℃.This result indicates a synergistic effect of the assembly of the three materials.

With the continuous development of mineral resources to high altitude areas,the study of sulfide ore flotation in unconventional systems has been *** is a consensus that moderate oxidation of sulfide ore is beneficial to flotation,but the specific suitable dissolved oxygen value is inconclusive,and there are few studies on sulfide ore flotation under low dissolved oxygen environment at high *** this paper,we designed and assembled an atmosphere simulation flotation equipment to simulate the flotation of pyrite at high altitude by controlling the partial pressure of n_(2)/O_(2) and dissolved oxygen under atmospheric conditions.x-ray photoelectron spec-troscopy(xPS),atomic force microscope(AFM),Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),UV-vis spectrophotometer,zeta po-tential,and contact angle measurements were used to reveal the effects of surface oxidation and agent adsorption on pyrite at high altitude(4600 m dissolved oxygen(DO)=4.0 mg/L).The results of pure mineral flotation indicated that the high altitude and low dissolved oxy-gen environment is favorable for pyrite *** angle measurements and xPS analysis showed that the high altitude atmosphere nslows down the oxidation of pyrite surface,facilitates S_(n)^(2-)/S^(0) production and enhances surface *** calcula-tions and zeta potential analysis showed that the influence of atmosphere on the form of pyrite adsorption is small,and the different atmo-spheric conditions are consistent with dixanthogen electrochemical adsorption,with lower Zeta potential under high altitude atmosphere and significant potential shift after sodium isobutyl xanthate(SIBx)*** results of FT-IR,UV-vis,and AFM analysis showed that SIBx adsorbed more on the surface of pyrite under high altitude atmosphere and adsorbed on the surface in a mesh structure com-posed of column/*** results of the experimental study revealed the reasons for the easy flotation of sul
