Magnesium-based hydrides have been widely recognized as an appropriate choice for solid-state hydrogen ***,its undesirable thermodynamics and sluggish hydrogenation/dehydrogenation kinetics are major bottlenecks for its ***,a highly stable and highly dispersed Ni-based catalyst （Ni/Al2O3/GN） was fabricated to promote the hydrogen storage performance of MgH2via the electrostatic effect of NiAl-LDH/GN precursor with a co-calcination reduction ***2-5wt % Ni/Al2O3/GN exhibits excellent hydrogen storage performance,releasing about 5.7 wt % hydrogen in 3500 s at 250℃,and can reach a saturation hydrogen absorption of about 6.15 wt% in 3000 s at 100℃.Furthermore,it also shows low dehydrogenation apparent activation energy of 89.1 and 118.2 kJ·***,the catalyst ensures the stability of both the physical phase and structure during ball milling and cycling *** role of each phase in Ni/Al2O3/GN on the hydrogen storage performance of MgH2was also discussed through experiments and theoretical calculation,and the synergistic catalytic mechanism of Ni/Al2O3/GN was clearly *** work provides a unique perspective for the preparation of highly stable and highly dispersible catalysts.

Objective This study aimed to investigate the potential relationship between urinary metals copper(Cu),arsenic(As),strontium(Sr),barium(Ba),iron(Fe),lead(Pb)and manganese(Mn)and grip *** We used linear regression models,quantile g-computation and Bayesian kernel machine regression(BKMR)to assess the relationship between metals and grip *** In the multimetal linear regression,Cu(β=−2.119),As(β=−1.318),Sr(β=−2.480),Ba(β=0.781),Fe(β=1.130)and Mn(β=−0.404)were significantly correlated with grip strength(Pquantile g-computation showed that the risk of occurrence of grip strength reduction was−1.007(95%confidence interval:−1.362,−0.652;P<0.001)when each quartile of the mixture of the seven metals was *** kernel function regression model analysis showed that mixtures of the seven metals had a negative overall effect on grip strength,with Cu,As and Sr being negatively associated with grip strength *** the total population,potential interactions were observed between As and Mn and between Cu and Mn(P_(interactions) of 0.003 and 0.018,respectively).Conclusion In summary,this study suggests that combined exposure to metal mixtures is negatively associated with grip ***,Sr and As were negatively correlated with grip strength levels,and there were potential interactions between As and Mn and between Cu and Mn.

Retroperitoneal liposarcoma(RLPS)is the main subtype of retroperitoneal soft sarcoma(RSTS)and has a poor prognosis and few treatment options,except for *** proteomic and metabolic profiles of RLPS have remained *** aim of our study was to reveal the metabolic profile of ***,we performed proteomic analysis(n=10),metabolomic analysis(n=51),and lipidomic analysis(n=50)of retroperitoneal dedifferentiated liposarcoma(RDDLPS)and retroperitoneal well-differentiated liposarcoma(RWDLPS)tissue and paired adjacent adipose tissue obtained during *** analysis mainly revealed that glycolysis,purine metabolism,pyrimidine metabolism and phospholipid formation were upregulated in both RDDLPS and RWDLPS tissue compared with the adjacent adipose tissue,whereas the tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle,lipid absorption and synthesis,fatty acid degradation and biosynthesis,as well as glycine,serine,and threonine metabolism were *** particular importance,the glycolytic inhibitor 2-deoxy-D-glucose and pentose phosphate pathway(PPP)inhibitor RRX-001 significantly promoted the antitumor effects of the MDM2 inhibitor RG7112 and CDK4 inhibitor *** study not only describes the metabolic profiles of RDDLPS and RWDLPS,but also offers potential therapeutic targets and strategies for RLPS.

Background Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)is the leading global cause of respiratory infections and is responsible for about 3 million hospitalizations and more than 100,000 deaths annually in children younger than 5 years,representing a major global healthcare *** is a great unmet need for new agents and universal strategies to prevent RSV infections in early life.A multidisciplinary consensus development group comprising experts in epidemiology,infectious diseases,respiratory medicine,and methodology aims to develop the current consensus to address clinical issues of RSV infections in *** sources The evidence searches and reviews were conducted using electronic databases,including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and the Cochrane Library,using variations in terms for"respiratory syncytial virus","RSV","lower respiratory tract infection","bronchiolitis","acute","viral pneumonia","neonatal","infant""children",and"pediatric".Results Evidence-based recommendations regarding diagnosis,treatment,and prevention were proposed with a high degree of *** supportive care remains the cornerstone for the management of RSV infections,new monoclonal antibodies,vaccines,drug therapies,and viral surveillance techniques are being rolled *** This consensus,based on international and national scientific evidence,reinforces the current recommendations and integrates the recent advances for optimal care and prevention of RSV *** improvements in the management of RSV infections will require generating the highest quality of evidence through rigorously designed studies that possess little bias and sufficient capacity to identify clinically meaningful end points.

南酸枣复合果泥配方与护色工艺的优化研究

为了改善以南酸枣为原料的复合果泥的褐变情况,在感官评价法确定复合果泥最佳配方的基础上,设计单因素试验和正交试验,以褐变度、色差、pH、抗坏血酸添加量和还原糖含量为指标,研究不同护色工艺对复合果泥贮藏期护色效果的影响。结果表明,南酸枣复合果泥最佳配方为南酸枣泥50%、苹果泥36%、柠檬汁添加量14%、麦芽糖添加量9%;最佳护色工艺为1.00%柠檬酸、0.70%抗坏血酸、0.01%植酸、85℃灭菌20 min。在此条件下贮藏24 d时,与空白组褐变度(0.399)增长28.30%相比,此时褐变度(0.264)最低增长5.18%,色差值低至3.33,V C保存率最高,为82.65%,有效抑制了还原糖的消耗,此结果对南酸枣相关产品的加工具有重要意义。

转铁蛋白受体1(transferrin receptor 1,TfR1)可介导细胞内吞过程,从而摄取与之特异结合的纳米颗粒,因此成为许多主动靶向型纳米载体的靶点。研究表明,肝癌细胞存在TfR1高表达现象,可作为肿瘤治疗纳米药物递送系统的关键性靶点。体外评价是TfR1靶向纳米载体的重要研究环节,然而肝癌细胞模型种类繁多,其TfR1表达水平可能存在一定差异。选择了几种常见的肝癌细胞系,包括HepG2、Hep3B、MHCC97-H以及Huh-1,分别从mRNA水平以及蛋白水平测定了细胞系TfR1的表达情况,考察了转铁蛋白(Tf)以及转铁蛋白核酸适配体(transferrin nucleic acid aptamer,Tf-APT)对不同细胞的亲和效率。同时,制备了包载紫杉醇的TfR1靶向脂质体,并考察其对不同细胞系的细胞生长抑制作用。结果表明,4种肝癌细胞系在mRNA水平以及蛋白水平均存在TfR1的表达差异;同时,体外抗肿瘤结果显示,不同肝癌细胞系对紫杉醇-TfR1靶向脂质体的敏感性也存在显著不同。

在SiO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)-CaO-MgO-Na_(2)O-ZnO多元釉系统中以Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)作为变量,采用白度仪、UV-vis、XRD、Raman、SEM等测试方法,探索不同Ca_(3)(PO_(4))_(2)添加量对于釉熔体中非晶光子晶体结构、釉面颜色、釉面冷却性能等的影响。结果表明:磷酸钙的引入能显著促进釉层分相,并促进釉层微观结构发生改变;引入磷酸钙较少量时,釉层结构由颗粒状变为短程有序的三维网络多孔海绵结构,釉色向蓝色系发展;随着磷酸钙的引入,分相作用导致三维网络状结构富硅相尺寸不断增大,在该三维网络状结构和两相折射率作用下,釉面具有极高的反射率,促使釉面呈乳白色效果;引入磷酸钙过量时,有大量棒状磷酸盐晶体析出,破坏釉层结构和釉面效果。

Objective:This cross-sectional study aimed to determine the epidemiology of olfactory and gustatory dysfunctions related to COVID-19 in ***:This study was conducted by 45 tertiary Grade-A hospitals in *** and offline questionnaire data were obtained from patients infected with COVID-19 between December 28,2022,and February 21,*** collected information included basic demographics,medical history,smoking and drinking history,vaccination history,changes in olfactory and gustatory functions before and after infection,and other postinfection symptoms,as well as the duration and improvement status of olfactory and gustatory ***:Complete questionnaires were obtained from 35,566 *** overall incidence of olfactory and taste dysfunction was 67.75%.Being female or being a cigarette smoker increased the likelihood of developing olfactory and taste *** received four doses of the vaccine or having good oral health or being a alcohol drinker decreased the risk of such *** infection,the average olfactory and taste VAS scores were 8.41 and 8.51,respectively;after infection,they decreased to 3.69 and 4.29 and recovered to 5.83 and 6.55 by the time of the *** median duration of dysosmia and dysgeusia was 15 and 12 days,respectively,with 0.5%of patients having symptoms lasting for more than 28 *** overall self-reported improvement rate was 59.16%.Recovery was higher in males,never smokers,those who received two or three vaccine doses,and those that had never experienced dental health issues,or chronic accompanying ***:The incidence of dysosmia and dysgeusia following infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus is high in *** and prognosis are influenced by several factors,including sex,SARS-CoV-2 vaccination,history of head-facial trauma,nasal and oral health status,smoking and drinking history,and the persistence of accompanying symptoms.
