Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is considered the fifth most prevalent cancer among all types of cancers and has the third most morbidity value. It has the most frequent duplication time and a high recurrence rate. Recently, the most unique technique used is liquid biopsies, which carry many markers;the most prominent is circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA). Varied methods are used to investigate ctDNA, including various forms of polymerase chain reaction(PCR) [emulsion PCR(ePCR), digital PCR(dPCR), and bead, emulsion, amplification, magnetic(BEAMing) PCR]. Hence ctDNA is being recognized as a potential biomarker that permits early cancer detection,treatment monitoring, and predictive data on tumor burden are subjective to therapy or surgery. Numerous ctDNA biomarkers have been investigated based on their alterations such as 1) single nucleotide variations(either insertion or deletion of a nucleotide) markers including TP53, KRAS, and CCND1;2) copy number variations which include markers such as CDK6, EFGR, MYC and BRAF;3) DNA methylation(RASSF1A, SEPT9, KMT2C and CCNA2);4) homozygous mutation includes ctDNA markers as CDKN2A, AXIN1;and 5) gain or loss of function of the genes, particularly for HCC. Various researchers have conducted many studies and gotten fruitful ***, there are some drawbacks to ctDNA namely low quantity, fragment heterogeneity, less stability, limited mutant copies and standards, and differential sensitivity. However, plenty of investigations demonstrate ctDNA's significance as a polyvalent biomarker for cancer and can be viewed as a future diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic agent. This article overviews many conditions in genetic changes linked to the onset and development of HCC, such as dysregulated signaling pathways, somatic mutations, single-nucleotide polymorphisms, and genomic instability. 2017年6月—2019年9月,5例良性重度幽门狭窄患者在郑州大学第一附属医院接受了内镜下全覆膜支架置入新技术治疗,5例均成功完成幽门处全覆膜支架置入,无并发症发生,术后行上消化道造影显示支架位置良好、造影剂通过顺利。5例患者于术后1~3 d开始进流食,进食后均无呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等症状出现,随访期间均有不同程度的体重增加,营养状态获得明显改善。4例于术后3~4个月行支架取出术;余1例于术后3个月发现支架移位至胃内,取出支架后观察幽门口略狭窄,行球囊扩张术+黏膜切开术。随后5例继续随访3个月,均无症状反复及再狭窄。以上结果初步证实,内镜下全覆膜支架置入新技术治疗良性幽门狭窄安全、有效。

This paper concentrates on the development of glasses with self-cleaning surfaces exhibiting high water contact angles. In this study, we prepared super-hydrophobic nano-ceramic coated glass based on titania & silica using simple sol-gel & dip coating methods and studied the best composition of the coatings by altering ratios of titanium tetraisopropoxide (TTIP)/tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) with different homogenizing agents. We characterized the coatings by surface roughness measurement, percentage of optical transmission, static contact angle, near-infrared (NIR) transmission, and diffuse reflectance. The fabrication of coatings on glass substrates played an important role in increasing the water contact angle of about 95° and visible & NIR transmission of about 90%. We compared our modified glass substrate with commercial low emissivity (Low E) glass using X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, which showed pure amorphous surface claiming excellent wettability and thus the prepared glass substrate could have a variety of applications in different fields.

This study explores the area of Author Profiling(AP)and its importance in several industries,including forensics,security,marketing,and education.A key component of AP is the extraction of useful information from text,with an emphasis on the writers’ages and *** improve the accuracy of AP tasks,the study develops an ensemble model dubbed ABMRF that combines AdaBoostM1(ABM1)and Random Forest(RF).The work uses an extensive technique that involves textmessage dataset pretreatment,model training,and *** evaluate the effectiveness of several machine learning(ML)algorithms in classifying age and gender,including Composite Hypercube on Random Projection(CHIRP),Decision Trees(J48),Na飗e Bayes(NB),K Nearest Neighbor,AdaboostM1,NB-Updatable,RF,andABMRF,they are *** findings demonstrate thatABMRFregularly beats the competition,with a gender classification accuracy of 71.14%and an age classification accuracy of 54.29%,*** metrics like precision,recall,F-measure,Matthews Correlation Coefficient(MCC),and accuracy support ABMRF’s outstanding performance in age and gender profiling *** study demonstrates the usefulness of ABMRF as an ensemble model for author profiling and highlights its possible uses in marketing,law enforcement,and *** results emphasize the effectiveness of ensemble approaches in enhancing author profiling task accuracy,particularly when it comes to age and gender identification.

同震滑坡的智能化提取是地震后应急救援和风险评估的重要手段.然而,具有相似光谱特征的道路和裸地等地面物体总是干扰同震滑坡的精准遥感提取,从而使得现有方法难以快速和准确地收集同震滑坡信息并评估其影响.为提高同震滑坡提取的准确度,本研究提出了一种基于多种滑坡识别特征数据集的深度学习模型(ENVINet5_MF)用以自动提取同震滑坡. ENVINet5_MF在构建的过程中结合了滑坡增益指数(LGI),该指数能够扩大同震滑坡与裸地和道路之间的特征差异,有利于消除来自裸地和道路对同震滑坡提取的干扰.利用多时相Planet Scope图像,以日本北海道同震滑坡和中国米林同震滑坡为研究对象,分别在这两个区域进行了同震滑坡智能化提取实验.提取结果和方法性能评估表明ENVINet5_MF取得了比对比方法更加优异的性能,即ENVINet5_MF检测到的同震滑坡与地面参考数据最吻合,并且ENVINet5_MF的精度高于对比方法以及耗时最短.本研究提出的ENVINet5_MF大大提高了同震滑坡提取的准确性,为同震滑坡提取提供了一种高效的方法,可满足同震滑坡灾害的快速响应.

Steganography is a technique that is frequently used to hide hidden information in multimedia artifacts including music, video, and images. In order to protect data saved in the cloud, this paper presents a steganography method for encrypting sound utilizing LSB-based computation. By using the least significant bit (LSB) of a byte to represent a message and then substituting each LSB bit with a binary message and encrypting a significant quantity of data. The proposed system uses the LSB technique of picture steganography, Multi-Level Encryption Algorithm (MLEA) and Two-Level Encryption Algorithm (TLEA) data encryption to give the highest level of cloud security. Compared to other current schemes, the performance of the suggested method is 1.732125% better on average.

埋在地下数十年的金属波纹管(CMP)可能会被腐蚀,失去支撑地表荷载的结构能力,从而导致其使用寿命的结束。对于这些锈蚀的金属波纹管,实践中通常采用三种维护方案:维修、修复和更换。通过挖掘来更换埋在路面下的CMP的维护方案往往会扰乱交通,并且需要大量的时间和预算。因此,非开挖修复方法,如水泥砂浆(喷涂)衬砌、滑动衬砌、就地固化管道、折叠成型管道、定点修复和螺旋缠绕等,已越来越多地用于修复道路下腐蚀的CMP。然而,对使用喷涂衬里方法修复的CMP行为进行评估的研究还很有限。本研究使用FLAC3D软件进行了数值分析,以评估采用喷涂衬砌法修复的埋地腐蚀CMP的行为。首先利用现有的腐蚀CMP现场测试结果对数值模型进行了验证。然后进行了参数研究,考察了CMP直径、埋入深度、喷涂衬里的抗压强度和厚度以及路面类型对水平和垂直直径变化的影响,以及在五次卡车载荷循环下路面表面沉降的影响。数值结果表明,修复后的CMP的衬里厚度增加和(即从20增加到30和),垂直和水平直径的变化就会减少和。当水泥衬砌的非收缩抗压强度减小到一半时,垂直和水平直径变化增加了约16%。

Capsicum is a nutritious vegetable and its cultivation in farms is getting popular in Bangladesh. Although many efforts have lain to explore better yielding and nutritionally rich cultivars with suitable modern cultivation techniques but still have to find the desired outcome. Thus, it’s necessary to conduct further research to identify the high-yielding and nutritious capsicum cultivars in Bangladesh. An experiment was conducted from July 2021 to June 2022 at the Bangladesh Institute of Research and Training on Applied Nutrition (BIRTAN) research field with three cultivars of capsicum: B0 = California Wonder, B1 = BARI Misti Morich-1 and B2 = BARI Misti Morich-2 and three mulching: T0 = No mulching, T1 = Water hyacinth, T2 = Poly Mulching in randomized complete block design with three replications to identify better quality capsicum cultivar and suitable mulching material. Among cultivars the BARI Misti Morich-2 (B2) showed increased agronomic parameters like number of branches and effective branches per plant, leaves length and width, consequently yield and yield contributing traits were also enhanced like fruits per plant, fruit length, fruit diameter and yield per plant (25.97%, 4.54%, 3.64% and 21.43%, respectively). Poly Mulching (T2) increased agronomic traits, yield traits and yield (0.61 kg) than BARI Misti Morich-1 (T1). The combined effect of B2T2 increased the number of branches per plant, effective branches per plant, leaves length and breadth by 40%, 90%, 15.57% and 26.22%, respectively, hence resulting in an increased yield of 20%. BARI Misti Morich-2 cultivar showed an increase in Fe, Zn and Vitamin-C content of 26.24% and 23.10%, 8.82% and 5.14%, and 6.03% and 5.74% than B0 and B1 cultivars, respectively.
