It has been made a proposal of new ideal cycle for power plants which is working by a turbine gas, for both closed and open systems. It has been designed a special device for adding heat at constant volume. The aim of special device is to decrease the amount of added heat for the new cycle. We have made a comparison between the simple gas turbine cycle & the new cycle. The results has been shown, that the efficiency of new cycle is greater than the simple cycle of gas turbine.

2019-nCoV is the third consecutive coronavirus spread during the last 2 decades, but this time, unlike the previous two occasions, has achieved a pandemic proportion threatening widespread loss of human lives and a massive setback to the global economy. The situation warrants drastic measures in terms of preventing the spread of the virus and treating the virus-infected patients. The development of a new vaccine is a time-intensive option. Although efforts are underway to find possible pharmacological options, e.g., chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, existing antiviral agents, etc., in the meanwhile we may work on the combinatorial interventional approach of combining drug therapy with passive immune therapy. It would be prudent to use a convalescent serum therapy approach with the serum from COVID-19 patients who have recovered from the infection.

Background:This study investigated the effect of melatonin(MT)on cell cycle(G1/S/G2/M)of parthenogenetic zygotes developed from vitrified-warmed mouse metaphase II(MII)oocytes and elucidated the potential mechanism of MT action in the first cleavage of ***:After vitrification and warming,oocytes were parthenogenetically activated(PA)and in vitro cultured(IVC).Then the spindle morphology and chromosome segregation in oocytes,the maternal mRNA levels of genes including Miss,Doc1r,Setd2 and Ythdf2 in activated oocytes,pronuclear formation,the S phase duration in zygotes,mitochondrial function at G1 phase,reactive oxygen species(ROS)level at S phase,DNA damage at G2 phase,early apoptosis in 2-cell embryos,cleavage and blastocyst formation rates were *** results indicated that the vitrification/warming procedures led to following perturbations 1)spindle abnormalities and chromosome misalignment,alteration of maternal mRNAs and delay in pronucleus formation,2)decreased mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP)and lower adenosine triphosphate(ATP)levels,increased ROS production and DNA damage,G1/S and S/G2 phase transition delay,and delayed first cleavage,and 3)increased early apoptosis and lower levels of cleavage and blastocyst *** results further revealed that such negative impacts of oocyte cryopreservation could be alleviated by supplementation of warming,recovery,PA and IVC media with 10^(−9) mol/L MT before the embryos moved into the 2-cell stage of ***:MT might promote cell cycle progression via regulation of MMP,ATP,ROS and maternal mRNA levels,potentially increasing the first cleavage of parthenogenetic zygotes developed from vitrified-warmed mouse oocytes and their subsequent development.

This study is a research on Current Affairs Talk Shows of Pakistan’s Private Television Channels. It concentrates on: what are the main functions of Talk Shows, what kinds of content do they present, how do they present the content and what kinds of effect do they have on people. Four famous Talk Shows of Private TV Channels are selected through purposive sampling for data analysis. In addition, a survey is conducted through snow ball sampling from educated people of Pakistan to get their opinion about Current Affairs Talk Shows. Both Qualitative and Quantitative methods have been used for the data analysis. Findings of the study discovered that majority of Current Affairs Talk Shows not only highlighted current issues but also suggested solutions for the problems through the content by constructive criticisms and discussions. It also underscores several shortcomings of the talk shows and respondents attitude towards them. Majority of the people showed their satisfaction with currency, information and functions of talk shows, but at the same time they showed their dissatisfaction with the attitude, behavior and presentation of the participants of the talk shows.

Acute pancreatitis(AP)associated with intravenous administration of propofol has been described with unknown causal *** therefore assessed this causality in a systematic *** databases were searched on 16 August 2017;studies were appraised and selected by two reviewers based on a priori *** causality was evaluated with the Naranjo scale and Badalov *** identified 18 studies from 11 countries with a total of 21 patients,and the majority had adequate methodological *** median age was 35 years(range,4–77)and 10(48%)were ***,propofol was administrated in 8 patients as sedative along with induction/maintenance of anesthesia in 13 patients;median dose was 200 mg,with intermediate latency(1–30 days)in 14(67%).Serum triglycerides were>1000 mg/dL in four *** AP was observed in four patients(19%).AP recurrence occurred in one out of two patients who underwent *** related to AP was 3/21(14%).Propofol was the probable cause of AP according to the Naranjo scale in 19 patients(89%).Propofol-induced AP has a probable causal relation and evidence supports Badalov class *** is not the only mechanism by which propofol illicit ***-induced AP was severe in 19%of patients with a mortality rate related to AP of 14%.Future research is needed to delineate whether this risk is higher if combined with other procedures that portend inherent risk of pancreatitis such as endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography.
