The aim of this research has been to analyse the impact of Facebook through the decision making process of travelers who intend to visit Panama ***,the research examines tourist behaviour involving Facebook in the decision making phase of the travel *** Panama City,as tourist destination,doesn't have an updated Facebook *** order to achieve the aim of the research both quantitative and qualitative methods was used in order to examine the influence of Facebook on tourists' decision making *** primary data is comprised of 271 surveys completed and semi structured interviews in order to explore how private companies in tourism industry and the Panamanian Tourism Authority use Facebook to promote Panama *** data has been used to provide the desired framework in decision making process and Facebook *** to the results,Facebook was the most commonly used social media by *** survey results show that respondents are between 25 and 29 years old,employed from United States,Canada,Mexico and *** respondents indicated to take into consideration Facebook,family and friends reviews while taking travel *** hear about Panama City for first time from Facebook,family and *** recommendations for Panama marketing by Facebook are given at the end of the paper.

Celiac disease is an autoimmune enteropathy caused by gluten in genetically predisposed *** celiac disease,adaptive and innate immune activation results in intestinal damage and a wide range of clinical *** the past,celiac disease was thought to result in signs and symptoms solely related to the gastrointestinal ***,more than half of the adult population presents with extra-intestinal manifestations that can also be expected to improve on a gluten-free *** this reason,it is recommended that physicians have a low threshold of suspicion for celiac *** knowledge of the immune pathogenesis of this autoimmune disease has served as a catalyst for the development of novel diagnostic tools and *** the years,highly sensitive and speciﬁc serological assays,in addition to genetic markers,have been found to target speciﬁc steps in the cascade pathway of celiac *** the advent of the gluten challenge has enabled experts to design diagnostic algorithms and monitor clinical responses in clinical *** gluten challenge has provided substantial beneﬁt in the advance of novel therapeutics as an adjuvant treatment to the gluten free ***,a strict gluten-free diet is highly burdensome to patients and can be limited in its efﬁ*** therapies-including gluten modiﬁcation,modulation of intestinal permeability and immune response--could be central to the future treatment of celiac disease.

Herein we computationally explore the modulation of the release kinetics of an encapsulated guest molecule from the cucurbit[7]uril(CB7)cavity by ligands binding to the host *** uncovered a correlation between the ligand-binding affinity with CB7 and the guest residence time,allowing us to rapidly predict the release kinetics through straightforward energy minimization *** high-throughput predictions in turn enable a Monte-Carlo Tree Search(MCTS)to de novo design a series of cap-shaped ligand molecules with large binding affinities and boosting guest residence times by up to 7 orders of ***,halogenated aromatic compounds emerge as top-ranking *** modeling suggests the presence of halogen-bonding between the ligands and the CB7 ***,the binding of top-ranked ligands is supported by^(1)H NMR and 2D *** findings open up possibilities in gating of molecular transport through a nanoscale cavity with potential applications in nanopore technology and controlled drug release.

Morphological and molecular characterization of the rice root-knot nematode, Meloidogyne graminicola, Golden and Birchfeild, 1965 occurring in Zhejiang, China

The rice root-knot nematode Meloidogyne graminicola is a severe pest of rice. In China, it was first reported from Hainan Province, and later from several other provinces. In the present study, a rice root-knot nematode population found from the rice cultivation areas of Zhejiang Province, China is characterized via molecular analysis using internal transcribed spacer(ITS) and cytochrome c oxidase subunit Ⅱ(coxⅡ)-16 S rRNA genes and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) observations of males and the second-stage juveniles. Morphometric data and molecular sequence comparisons for all M. graminicola populations occurring in China are also provided. The overall morphology of M. graminicola found in Zhejiang match well with the original description, though males have a slightly longer body and stylet, and a shorter tail, while the second-stage juvenile is also slightly longer than in the original description. This is the first report of M. graminicola from Zhejiang. Phylogenetic studies based on coxⅡ suggest that all the Chinese populations belong to Type B. This study expands knowledge of the increasing distribution and phylogenetic relationships of M. graminicola that occur in China.

Characterization of Cd1-xZnxTe（0≤x≤1） Nanolayers Grown by Atomic Layer Deposition on GaSb and GaAs（001） Oriented Substrates

ZnTe, CdTe, and the ternary alloy CdZnTe are important semiconductor materials used widely for the detection of an important range of electromagnetic radiation as gamma ray and X-ray. Although, recently these materials have acquired renewed importance due to the new explored nanolayer properties of modern devices. In addition, as shown in this work they can be grown using uncomplicated synthesis techniques based on the deposition in vapour phase of the elemental precursors. This work presents the results obtained from the deposition of nanolayers of these materials using the precursor vapour on GaAs and GaSb (001) substrates. This growth technique, extensively known as atomic layer deposition (ALD), allows the layers growth with nanometric dimension. The main results presented in this work are the used growth parameters and the results of the structural characterization of the layers by the means of Raman spectroscopy measurements. Raman scattering shows the peak corresponding to longitudinal optical (LO)-ZnTe, which is weak and slightly redshift in comparison with that reported for the ZnTe bulk at 210 cm^-1. For the case of the CdTe nanolayer, Raman spectra presented the LO-CdTe peak, which is indicative of the successful growth of the layer. Its weak and slightly redshift in comparison with that reported for the CdTe bulk can be related with the nanometric characteristic of this layer. The performed high-resolution X-ray diffraction (HR-XRD) measurement allows to study some important characteristics such as the crystallinity of the grown layer. In addition, the HR-XRD measurement suggests that the crystalline quality has dependence on the growth temperature.

Gaucher disease（GD）,the commonest lysosomal storage disorder,results from the lack or functional deficiency of glucocerebrosidase（GCase） secondary to mutations in the GBA1 *** is an established association between GBA1 mutations and Parkinson＇s disease（PD）,and indeed GBA1 mutations are now considered to be the greatest genetic risk factor for *** lysosomal-autophagic degradation of cellular proteins,including α-synuclein（α-syn）,is implicated in the pathogenesis of PD,and there is increasing evidence for this also in GD and *** we have recently shown in a Drosophila model lacking neuronal GCase,that there are clear lysosomal-autophagic defects in association with synaptic loss and *** addition,we demonstrated alterations in mechanistic target of rapamycin complex 1（mTORC1） signaling and functional rescue of the lifespan,locomotor defects and hypersensitivity to oxidative stress on treatment of GCase-deficient flies with the mT OR inhibitor ***,a number of other recent studies have shown autophagy-lysosomal system（ALS） dysfunction,with specific defects in both chaperone-mediated autophagy（CMA）,as well as macroautophagy,in GD and GBA1-PD model *** we discuss the possible therapeutic benefits of inhibiting mT OR using drugs such as rapamycin to reverse the autophagy defects in GD and PD.
