Performance analysis of InSb based QWFEt for ultra high speed applications

An indium antimonide based QWFEt（quantum well field effect transistor） with the gate length down to 50 nm has been designed and investigated for the first time for L-band radar applications at 230 GHz. QWFEts are designed at the high performance node of the International technology Road Map for Semiconductors（ItRS）requirements of drive current（Semiconductor Industry Association 2010）. the performance of the device is investigated using the SYNOPSYS CAD（tCAD） software. In Sb based QWFEt could be a promising device technology for very low power and ultra-high speed performance with 5–10 times low DC power dissipation.

the performance of AlInSb/InSb heterostructure with various parameters is considered with t-Cad *** the heterojunctions are having more advantageous properties that is a real support for so many application such as solar cells,semiconductor cells and *** properties of semiconductors are discussed here with various parameters that are depending up on the performance of accurate device[Pardeshi H.,Pati S.K.,Raj G.,Mohankumar N.,Sarkar C.K.,***.33(12):124001-1–124001-7,2012].the maximum drain current density is achieved with improving the density of two-dimensional electron gas(2DEG)and with high *** electron mobility transistor(HEMt)structure is used with the different combinations of layers which have different *** such as electron mobility,bandgap,dielectric constant,etc.,are considered differently for each layer[Zhang A.,Zhang L.,tang Z.,IEEE *** Devices 61(3):755–761,2014].the high electron mobility electrons are now widely used in so many *** proposed work of AlInSb/InSb heterostructure implements the same process which will be a promise for future research works.

the requirement of fault diagnosis in the field of automobiles is growing higher day by *** reliability of human resources for the fault diagnosis is *** are one of the major critical components in automobiles that require closer and active *** research work demonstrates a fault diagnosis technique for monitoring the hydraulic brake system using vibration *** signals of a rotating element contain dynamic information about its health ***,the vibration signals were used for the brake fault diagnosis *** study was carried out on a brake fault diagnosis experimental *** vibration signals under different fault conditions were acquired from the setup using an *** condition monitoring of the hydraulic brake system using the vibration signal was processed using a machine learning *** machine learning approach has three phases,namely,feature extraction,feature selection,and feature *** features were extracted from the vibration *** prominent features were selected using the decision *** selected features were classified using a fuzzy *** histogram features and the fuzzy classifier combination produced maximum classification accuracy than that of the statistical features.

this review aims to identify in vivo studies investigating the potential of plant substances and their natural molecules in managing inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Specifically,the objective is to examine the impact of these substances on interleukins and other key inflammatory signaling *** articles published up to December 2022 were identified through a search of the PubMed,Scopus,Web of Science,and Embase *** search used keywords including“inflammatory bowel disease”,“medicinal plants”,“natural molecules”,“anti-inflammatory”,and“ulcerative colitis”,and identified 1,878 potentially relevant articles,of which 89 were included in this review after completion of the selection *** study provides preclinical data on natural products(NPs)that can potentially treat IBD,including ulcerative *** main actions of these NPs relate to their effects on nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κβ),the Janus kinase(JAK)/signal transducer and activator of transcription(StAt)signaling pathway,the regulation of t helper 17/regulatory t cells balance,and oxidative *** ability of these NPs to inhibit intestinal inflammation appears to be dependent on lowering levels of the pro-inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor-alpha(tNF-α),interleukin(IL)-1β,and IL-17,via the Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)1,NF-κβ-p65,and StAt3 *** addition,NPs were shown to reduce oxidative stress and the severity of ulcerative colitis,as well as increase the activity of antioxidant *** actions suggest that NPs represent a promising treatment for IBD,and potentially have greater efficacy and safety than current treatments.
