This study examines the effect of heat production and radiation absorption on the magnetohydrodynamic Cassonfluidflow at the stagnation point in a porous *** convert the group offluidflow equations,which are non-linear partial differential equations with suitable boundary constraints,into a set of non-linear ordinary differential equations using similarity *** homotopy analysis method(HAM)solves the converted system of ordinary differential *** draw graphs for numerous values of non-dimensional pa-rameters and tables of surface drag force,rates of heat transfer,and mass transfer to analyze the relationship between velocityfield,temperaturefield,concentrationfield,and other essential parameters involved in the *** have proven that the Dufour number,radiation parameter,and heat generation parameter elevate thefluid temperature,whereas the magnetic parameter lowers *** Cassonfluid parameter,buoyancy force parameter,and mixed convection param-eter all promotefluid movement throughout *** presented tabular data allows us to see the trend of heat and mass transfer rates,as well as drag force rates,against important parameters,enhancing our understanding of these rates.

Objective:To assess the therapeutic potential of ethanolic extract of Azadirachta(A.)indica in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Thirty-five prepubertal female Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups with 7 animals in each *** 1 received 0.5%carboxy methyl cellulose *** 2 to 5 received testosterone propionate(0.2 mg/kg,s.c.)dissolved in olive oil daily for 42 days to induce *** addition,group 3 was administered with *** extract(100 mg/kg,0.5%carboxy methyl cellulose orally)from the 7th to 12th week,group 4 received quercetin(100 mg/kg,0.5%carboxy methyl cellulose orally)and group 5 received wartmannin(100 mg/kg,0.5%carboxy methyl cellulose orally).At the end of treatment,blood was collected for biochemical *** follicular count and uterus corpus luteum count followed by PI3K gene expression in the ovary and uterus were ***:The ethanolic extracts of *** significantly reduced body weight,ovary weight and uterus weight of *** of *** also significantly increased the levels of serum glucose,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein,very low-density lipoprotein,insulin,testosterone,and luteinizing *** also reduced lipid peroxidation and increased antioxidant parameters in the liver homogenates of PCOS-induced *** examination of the ovary and uterus confirmed PCOS occurrence and remission state in the PCOS-induced and treated groups,***,*** and quercetin significantly downregulated PI3K gene *** results of the ovary and uterus also proved the protective role of ***:*** leaf extract has beneficial effects in the treatment of PCOS by downregulation of PI3K gene expression.

Multi-converter system is mainly used in advanced automotive *** converters and inverters are taking part in automotive systems to provide different voltage levels in a multi-converter *** involves constant voltage load(CVL),constant power load(CPL)and other *** CPL in such systems offers negative impedance characteristic and it creates a destabilizing effect on the main *** effect of destabilization can be reduced by increasing the CVL or inserting parasitic *** have been made by authors to improve the stability by using parasitics of different components such as switch,diode and *** of insertion of parasitics including the series equivalent resistance of the filter capacitor and variation in CVL on the performance of main converter is mathematically analyzed and conflicting behavior between system stability and efficiency is *** optimum solution between these two functions is obtained by using multi-objective decision making(MODM)by varying parasitics of different components and *** attempt has been made to demonstrate the effect of CVL load and the parasitics on the stability and efficiency of the main converter,experimentally.

Determination of asenapine in presence of its inactive metabolites in human plasma by LC-MS/MS

A highly selective and sensitive liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry （LC-MS/MS） assay has been described for the determination of asenapine （ASE） in presence of its inactive metabolites N-desmethyl asenapine （DMA） and asenapine-N-glucuronide （ASG）. ASE, and ASE 13C-d3, used as internal standard （IS）, were extracted from 300 μL human plasma by a simple and precise liquid-liquid extraction procedure using methyl tert-butyl ether. Baseline separation of ASE from its inactive metabolites was achieved on Chromolith Performance rPse （100 mm ×4.6 mm） column using acetonitrile- 5.0 mM ammonium acetate-10% formic acid （90：10：0.1, v/v/v） within 4.5 min. Quantitation of ASE was done on a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer equipped with electrospray ionization in the positive mode. The protonated precursor to product ion transitions monitored for ASE and ASE 13C-d3 were m/z 286.1 → 166.0 and m/z 290.0 → 166.1, respectively. The limit of detection （LOD） and limit of quantitation （LOQ） of the method were 0.0025 ng/mL and 0.050 ng/mL respectively in a linear concentration range of 0.050-20.0 ng/mL for ASE. The intra-batch and inter-batch precision （% CV） and mean relative recovery across quality control levels were 〈 5.8% and 87.3%, respectively. Matrix effect, evaluated as IS-normalized matrix factor, ranged from 1.03 to 1.05. The stability of ASE under different storage conditions was ascertained in presence of the metabolites. The developed method is much simpler, matrix free, rapid and economical compared to the existing methods. The method was suc- cessfully used for a bioequivalence study of asenapine in healthy Indian subjects for the first time.
