Improving organizational performance can be achieved through business process redesign (BPR). When it comes to modern work practices, organizations must often redesign their processes to keep up. This is where enterprise software comes in, offering a common data infrastructure that enables different parts of the organization to access all necessary financial data. The architecture of network accounting business process is divided into three layers. The core layer lies in the enterprise LAN that it can integrate six business processes information into one unity of financial information and non-financial information, including purchasing, inventory, production, sales, finance and customer service, and it can generate flexibly a variety of accounting statements to meet fully the information users’ demands by providing more complete and more valuable related information. The second layer lies in Intranet among enterprises based on the core layer that it can support the link of business processes and the inter-sharing of information among node enterprises of SCM and other external enterprises. The third layer lies in Internet based on the second layer that it can fit society, enterprise and individual together, the specific lays the solid foundation of business collaboration, remote management, online management and centralized management. The operating mechanisms of the network accounting business processes are as follows. When the business event occurs, the probe can get the event information in real-time and the result is stored in the database. Meanwhile, the drive controller can control the business events in real-time by gaining control criteria and standards from database. In case the standard is exceeded, the event is not allowed to occur. Enterprise’ business staff or external personnel can output automatically the required results through report tools if they had the reading authority. 应用遥感和地理信息系统调查了孟加拉国Sylhet林业分局所辖的Bhanugach西部保育林从1988年到2006年间用地类型的变化。应用了监督和非监督两种方法,用全球定位系统搜集了地面控制点。地理信息系统软件制成地图。结果表明,植被覆盖从1988年的1826hm2大幅地降低到1996年的1714.85hm2,随着协同管理措施的实施,植被覆盖自1996年后逐年增长到2006年的1847.83hm2。在没有其他类型的用地转变成裸地的情况下,裸地变化与植被覆盖间成反比。18年间水体面积从1988年的307.67hm2增加到1996年379.53hm2,96-97年间略有下降,1997年以后直到2006年基本保持不变。本文还提出了将遥感技术和地理信息系统应用于用地类型变化及地理信息系统数据库创建的一些建议。

Objective:To investigate the antioxidant,antimicrobial,cytotoxic and thrombolytic property of the fruits and leaves of Spondias dulcis(***).Methods:Methanolic extracts of fruits and leaves of *** were partitioned with chloroform and *** antioxidant potential of the crude extract and partitioned fractions were evaluated in terms of total phenolic content,total flavonoid content,DPPH radical scavenging potential,reducing potential and total antioxidant capacity by specific standard *** antimicrobial activity was evaluated using disc diffusion *** cytotoxicity was evaluated by using brine shrimp lethality bioassay and compared with vincristine *** thrombolytic activity was compared with ***:The methanolic fruit extract exhibited the highest phenolic content,flavonoid content and antioxidant capacity,among the other extracts,with the highest DPPH radical scavenging activity at a concentration of 10μg/mL(IC_(50):1.91μg/mL)and maximum reducing power at a concentration of 100μg/ml.(EC_(50):3.58μg/mL).Though all extract showed moderate antimicrobial activity against the bacterial strains,weak or no activity against *** range of LC_(50)value of all extracts was 1.335-14.057μg/mL which was far lower than the cut off index for *** extracts exhibited statistically significant(P<0.001)thrombolytic ***:Our study suggested that *** exhibits antimicrobial activities against a wide variety of strains while it possesses significant antioxidant,cytotoxic and thrombolytic aclivily.

Pabna is one the most densely populated town with poor transport infrastructure in Bangladesh. Here huge pedestriangathers in roads and intersections in CBD （Central Business District） area mainly for commercial and business purposes. At present,pedestrian facilities are one of the greatest challenges in terms of traffic and safety for the urban dwellers. The footpath, zebra rossing,road intersection, walkways, parking and other facilities are the major part of road transportation system as well as pedestrianfacilities and people have to pass walking distance to reach their destinations, before and after use of transport mode. For instance,this paper tries to emphasize the problems of pedestrian facilities and to explore the qualitative level of comfort for the pedestrians ofthree selected intersections namely Traffic More, Indra More and Nimtola More in CBD area of Pabna Municipality through primaryand secondary data. However, about 60% trips are making on foot every day, but the pedestrians are facing many problems whileusing the walkways. Pedestrian crossing behaviors were also observed by using pedestrian volume survey and the survey exploresthat pedestrian crossing rate at these intersections is about 5,000 to 7,000 per hour at a peak period and average 15% to 25% illegalcrossing occurs at those intersections. The physical observation and data from the questionnaire survey also indicate that informalbusiness on the footpath, illegal parking, illegal vendor on walkways, physical obstacle, poor lighting facilities and geometricproblem of the road intersection makes uncomfortable situations for the pedestrian day by day.

In vitro α-amylase inhibitory activity and in vivo hypoglycemic effect of methanol extract of Citrus macroptera ***

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effects of methanol extract of Citrus macroptera Montr,fruit inα-amylase inhibitory activity(in vitro)and hypoglycemic activity in normal and glucose induced hyperglycemic rats(in vivo).Methods:Fruits of Citrus macroptera without rind was extracted with pure methanol following cold extraction and tested for presence of phytochemical constituents,α-amylase inhibitory activity,and hypoglycemic effect in normal rats and glucose induced hyperglycemic ***:Presence of saponin,steroid and terpenoid were identified in the *** results showed that fruit extract had moderateα-amylase inhibitory activity[IC_(50)value=(3.638±0.190)mg/mL]as compared to *** at 500 mg/kg and 1000 mg/kg doses fruit extract significantly(P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively)reduced fasting blood glucose level in normal rats as compared to glibenclamide(5 mg/kg).In oral glucose tolerance test,500 mg/kg dose significantly reduced blood glucose level(P<0.05)at 2 h but 1000 mg/kg dose significantly reduced blood glucose level at 2 h and 3 h(P<0.05 and P<0.01 respectively)whereas glibenclamide(5 mg/kg)significantly reduced glucose level at every hour after *** time effect is also considered extremely significant with F value=23.83 and P value=0.0001 in oral glucose tolerance ***:These findings suggest that the plant may be a potential source for the development of new oral hypoglycemic agent.

Washing is considered as the final process of garments finishing. Acid washing is one kind of finishing treatment used for making sewn garments aesthetic, fashionable, soft, comfortable and also adding value to the final garments. This paper investigates the effect of the acid washing (with thermocol balls and potassium permanganate) on different physical properties of three knitted garments (Single Jersey 100% Cotton T-shirt, Single Jersey 95% Cotton 5% Spandex T-Shirt and 1 × 1 Rib100% Cotton T-Shirt). Typical washing procedures and techniques were followed and then physical properties were analyzed under standard condition. It is observed that fabric weight, CPI, WPI, spirality and shrinkage increase while bursting strength, stitch length absorbency decrease after washing treatment. pH of all the samples is under controlled and lies between 7 to 8. There is no change in pilling, colorfastness to wash, water and dry rubbing while a little bit decrease in wet rubbing.

Background: Since 2019, the pandemic of Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has spread very rapidly in China and Worldwide. COVID-19 is a highly contagious, infectious and rapidly spreading viral disease with an alarming case fatality rate up to 5%. Case Report: In this article, we report a case of 60 years old non diabetic, hypertensive woman infected with COVID-19 who has end stage renal disease (ESRD) on hemodialysis for last 18 months. COVID-19 patients with ESRD need isolation dialysis but most of them cannot be handled properly due to limited hemodialysis machine. With these unavailability and risk, we continue the treatment along with hemodialysis for controlling uraemia and fluid balance. With all effort this patient ended with an uneventful course with clinical improvement, improvement of all laboratory parameters and resolution of radiological findings but follow up RT-PCR cannot done due to changing guideline of discharge criteria of COVID-19 patient in Bangladesh.

Background: By the dawn of this modern era of science, the prime challenge of physician is cardiovascular disease (CVD). The most important modifiable risk factors of CVDs are unhealthy diet, physical inactivity and tobacco use. The effects of unhealthy diet and physical inactivity include abnormal blood lipid, obesity and hypertension. We tried to evaluate and correlate the pattern of lipid profile in obese and non-obese hypertensive patients. Objectives: This study was conducted at medicine department of Cumilla Medical College Hospital. The principal aim was to evaluate the lipid profile in obese and non-obese adult hypertensive patients. Methodology: During this cross sectional analytical study, a total of 100 adult hypertensive patients were taken by purposive sampling. Among them 50 (group 1) patients were taken those were obese and 50 (group 2) patients taken those were non-obese according to BMI measurement on operational definition. Diagnosis of hypertension would be established with the help of ambulatory BP measurements two occasions few minutes apart. The staging of hypertension was done according to JNC7 Criteria. Morning blood samples were taken after 8 - 12 hours of fasting and lipid profiles were done on authentic laboratories. The laboratory values were interpreted according to the operational definition of dyslipidaemia. The ethical research and review committee approved the study protocol and signed informed consent was obtained from the participants. The statistics was analyzed using the IBM SPSS software of version 19.0. Statistical significance was set at p Results: Among the two groups, there were 56 (56%) males and 44 (44%) females.
