目的:应用增强T2*加权血管成像(ESWAN)技术,探讨其定量参数R2*和T2*值在鉴别子宫透明样变性平滑肌瘤与非变性平滑肌瘤中的价值。材料和方法:回顾性分析2010年01月至2021年10月间经我院手术病理证实的101例子宫肌瘤患者的临床及影像学资料。根据病理结果分为透明样变性子宫肌瘤组38例和非变性子宫肌瘤组63例。所有患者术前均行1.5TMRI检查,扫描序列包括常规T1WI、T2WI脂肪抑制、动态增强及ESWAN序列。将ESWAN序列扫描图像传到GE ADW 4.6工作站,应用Functool后处理软件处理分析。由一名放射科医师采用双盲法手绘感兴趣区域(ROI)并测量子宫肌瘤的R2*值和T2*值,间隔一个月后进行第二次测量。利用组内相关系数(ICC)检验两次测得的R2*值和T2*值的一致性,如一致性良好,采用两次测量数据的平均值行后续数据分析。对R2*值和T2*进行正态性检验,对符合正态分布的参数应用两独立样本t检验比较在透明样变性组和非变性子宫肌瘤组间的差异,不符合正态分布的各参数值采用Mann-Whitney U检验比较两组间差异。对差异有统计学意义的参数采用ROC曲线分析其鉴别透明样变性/非变性子宫肌瘤的阈值、敏感度、特异度,阳性预测值(PPV)、阴性预测值(NPV)及准确率。P<0.05认为差异有统计学意义。结果:两次所测得的R2*值和T2*数值的一致性良好(ICC 0.992,0.979)。透明样变性子宫肌瘤的R2*中位值[29.21(25.22,48.25)]Hz高于非变性子宫平滑肌瘤[23.15(19.97,29.96)]Hz,(P=0.017),而透明样变性子宫肌瘤的T2*中位值[31.64(20.72,39.66)]ms低于非变性子宫平滑肌瘤[40.21(33.39,48.77)]ms,(P=0.010)。R2*值的ROC曲线下面积为0.642,当R2*取25.05Hz时,诊断透明样变性子宫肌瘤的敏感性、特异性和准确率分别为76.32%、55.56%和63.37%,阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为50.88%和79.55%。T2*值ROC曲线下面积为0.654,当T2*值取33.65ms时,诊断透明变性子宫肌瘤的敏感性、特异性和准确率分别为73.02%、57.89%和67.33%,阳性预测值和阴性预测值分别为74.19%和56.41%。结论:ESWAN序列参数T2*和R2*的值在鉴别子宫透明样变性平滑肌瘤和非变性平滑肌瘤中具有一定的临床应用价值。

Solute diffusion controlled solidification model was applied to simulate the columnar to equiaxed transition （CET） during directional solidification of Ti-44Al alloy. The simulation results show that the solutal interactions from growing equiaxed grains play an important role on CET. The effects of the applied thermal gradient and pulling velocity, the equiaxed seed spacing and nucleation undercooling on the CET are investigated in the present simulation. The simulated results indicated that the columnar branch spacing depends not only on the thermal gradient and the pulling velocity, but also on number of the seeds. A spacing adjustment can occur through initiation of seeds that develop into new columnar grains. The dependence of the CET on the thermal gradient and pulling velocity, qualitatively agrees with the analytical CET model of Hunt,

Predominantly antibody deficiency(PAD)is the most prevalent form of primary immunodeficiency,and is characterized by broad clinical,immunological and genetic *** the current gold standard of whole exome sequencing for diagnosis,pathogenic gene variants are only identified in less than 20% of *** elucidation of the causal genes underlying PAD has provided many insights into the cellular and molecular mechanisms underpinning disease pathogenesis,many other genes may remain as yet undefined to enable definitive diagnosis,prognostic monitoring and targeted therapy of *** that many patients display a relatively late onset of disease presentation in their 2^(nd) or 3^(rd) decade of life,it is questionable whether a single genetic lesion underlies disease in all ***,combined effects of other gene variants and/or non-genetic factors,including specific infections can drive disease *** this review,we define(1)the clinical and immunological variability of PAD,(2)consider how genetic defects identified in PAD have given insight into B-cell immunobiology,(3)address recent technological advances in genomics and the challenges associated with identifying causal variants,and(4)discuss how functional validation of variants of unknown significance could potentially be translated into increased diagnostic rates,improved prognostic monitoring and personalized medicine for PAD patients.A multidisciplinary approach will be the key to curtailing the early mortality and high morbidity rates in this immune disorder.

Cellular strategies remain a crucial component in bone tissue engineering （BTE）. So far, the outcome of cell-based strategies from initial clinical trials is far behind compared to animal studies, which is suggested to be related to insufficient nutrient and oxygen supply inside the Ussue-engineered constructs. Cocultures, by introducing angiogenic cells into osteogenic cell cultures, might provide a solution for improving vascularization and hence increasing bone formation for cell-based constructs. So far, pre-clinical studies demonstrated that cocultures enhance vascularization and bone formation compared to monocultures. However, there has been no report on the application of cocultures in clinics. Therefore, this mini-review aims to provide an overview regarding （i） critical parameters in cocultures and the outcomes of cocultures compared to monocultures in the currently available pre-clinical studies using human mesenchymal stem cells implanted in orthotopic animal models; and （ii） the usage of monocultures in clinical application in BTE.

This short review describes the capabilities of magnetic resonance （MR） to image opaque single- and two-phase granular systems, such as rotating cylinders and gas-fluidized beds operated in different fluidization regimes. The unique capability of MR to not only image the solids＇ distribution （voidage） but also the velocity of the particulate phase is clearly shown. It is demonstrated that MR can provide measurements over different length and time scales. With the MR equipment used for the studies summarized here, temporal and spatial scales range from sub-millisecond to hours and from a few hundred micrometres to a few centimetres, respectively. Besides providing crucial data required for an improved understanding of the underlying physics of granular flows, multi-scale MR measurements were also used to validate numerical simulations of granular systems. It is shown that predictions of time-averaged properties, such as voidage and velocity of the particulate phase, made using the Discrete Element Model agree very well with MR measurements.

Pulsed power technology provides a platform for investigating plasmas in strong magnetic fields using a university-scale *** here are methods for generating and measuring the 1–4-MG magnetic fields developed for the 1-MA Zebra pulsed power generator at the University of Nevada,Reno.A laser coupled with the Zebra generator produces a magnetized plasma,and experiments investigate how a megagauss magnetic field affects the two-plasmon decay and the expansion of the laser-produced plasma in both transverse and longitudinal magnetic fields.
