The field of biomaterials has advanced significantly in the past *** the growing need for high-throughput manufacturing and screening,the need for modular materials that enable streamlined fabrication and analysis of tissue engineering and drug delivery schema has *** are a powerful platform that have demonstrated promise in enabling these technologies without the need to modify a bulk *** building block paradigm of using microparticles within larger scaffolds to control cell ratios,growth factors and drug release holds *** microparticles(GMPs)are a well-established platform for cell,drug and growth factor *** of the challenges in using GMPs though is the limited ability to modify the gelatin *** the present work,we hypothesized that by thiolating gelatin before microparticle formation,a versatile platform would be created that preserves the cytocompatibility of gelatin,while enabling post-fabrication *** thiols were not found to significantly impact the physicochemical properties of the ***,the thiolated GMPs were demonstrated to be a biocompatible and robust platform for mesenchymal stem cell ***,the thiolated particles were able to be covalently modified with a maleimide-bearing fluorescent dye and a peptide,demonstrating their promise as a modular platform for tissue engineering and drug delivery applications.

Precise control over the charge carrier dynamics throughout the device can result in outstanding performance of perovskite solar cells(PsCs).Poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)(PEDOT:Pss)is the most actively studied hole transport material in p-i-n structured ***,charge transport in the PEDOT:Pss is limited and inefficient because of its low conductivity with the presence of the weak ionic conductor *** addition,morphology of the underlying PEDOT:Pss layer in PsCs plays a crucial role in determining the optoelectronic quality of the active perovskite absorber *** work is focused on realization of a non-wetting conductive surface of hole transport layer suitable for the growth of larger perovskite crystalline *** is accomplished by employing a facile solventengineered(ethylene glycol and methanol)approach resulting in removal of the predominant Pss in PEDOT:*** consequence of acquiring larger perovskite crystalline domains was observed in the charge carrier dynamics studies,with the achievement of higher charge carrier lifetime,lower charge transport time and lower transfer impedance in the solvent-engineered PEDOT:Pss-based *** of this solventengineered treatment for the fabrication of MAPbI3 PsCs greatly increased the device stability witnessing a power conversion efficiency of 18.18%,which corresponds to^37%improvement compared to the untreated PEDOT:Pss based devices.

Naiband Gulf is part of Naiband National Park known as Iran’s first marine national park. It is Iran’s most important habitats in the northern Persian Gulf due to mangrove forests, coral community, and community of marine animals. The study examines the sediment transport in the Naiband Gulf and around it, where to achieve this. First, the required data including coastline information, sediment profile, and bathymetry information and waves are obtained. Then by Mike21, 2011 Version models, it was attempted to simulate waves and currents due to it in the coastal zone to determine the rate and direction of sediment transport in the Naiband Gulf area. The results obtained in this study indicate that the majority of sediment transport directions on both sides of the gulf have been internal. The existence of structures in the north and south of the Gulf has reduced alongshore sediment flows and sedimentation, especially in the south of the gulf that is a serious threat to corals.

In this work,grain boundary(GB)potential barrier(ΔφGB),dopant density(Pnet),and filled trap state density(PGB,trap)were manipulated at the nanoscale by exposing the fabricated perovskite films to various relative humidity(RH)*** mapping of surface potential in the perovskite film revealed higher positive potential at GBs than inside the *** averageΔφGB,Pnet,and PGB,trap in the perovskite films decreased from 0%RH to 25%RH exposure,but increased when the RH increased to 35%RH and 45%*** clearly indicated that perovskite solar cells fabricated at 25%RH led to the lowest average GB potential,smallest dopant density,and least filled trap states *** is consistent with the highest photovoltaic efficiency of 18.16%at 25%RH among the different relative humidities from 0%to 45%RH.

Objective: To investigate how gestational age and prior vaginal birth affect cervical anatomy on magnetic resonance imaging during pregnancy. study design: Magnetic resonance images of the cervix were obtained in consecutive patients referred for a suspected fetal abnormality. We used an image processing protocol to measure cervical dimensions, orientation, and signal intensity. We determined how outcome variables were affected by gestational age and prior vaginal birth. Results: Adequate images were obtained in 53 of 57 patients at 17 to 36 weeks. As gestational age increased by 12 weeks, the mean cross-sectional area of the cervical canal and cervical stroma increased 31%(95%confidence interval 0%to 73%) and 31%(95%confidence interval 11%to 55%), respectively. The normalized signal intensity of the stroma increased from 0.83 (95%confidence interval 0.81 to 0.85) at 20 weeks to 0.91 (95%confidence interval 0.88 to 0.94) at 32 weeks. None of the outcome variables were affected by prior vaginal birth. Conclusion: Magnetic resonance imaging revealed that cross-sectional area and signal intensity of the cervical stroma increase with increasing gestational age.

Emerged evidence has indicated that immunosuppression is involved in the occurrence and development of *** provide clinical practice recommendations on the immune function in sepsis,an expert consensus focusing on the monitoring and treatment of sepsis-induced immunosuppression was *** related to the immune monitoring and treatment of sepsis were retrieved from PubMed,Web of science,and Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure to design items and expert opinions were collected through an online ***,the Delphi method was used to form consensus opinions,and RAND appropriateness method was developed to provide consistency evaluation and recommendation levels for consensus *** consensus achieved satisfactory results through two rounds of questionnaire survey,with 2 statements rated as perfect consistency,13 as very good consistency,and 9 as good *** summarizing the results,a total of 14 strong recommended opinions,8 weak recommended opinions and 2 non-recommended opinions were ***,a face-to-face discussion of the consensus opinions was performed through an online meeting,and all judges unanimously agreed on the content of this *** summary,this expert consensus provides a preliminary guidance for the monitoring and treatment of immunosuppression in patients with sepsis.

外科病理诊断中肿瘤发生皮肤转移并不少见，其提示肿瘤复发或发生结外扩散。某些恶性肿瘤如肾细胞癌发生皮肤转移的临床症状可能会导致皮肤原发性恶性肿瘤的诊断。有3％～11％肾细胞癌可发生皮肤转移，而皮肤转移性肾细胞癌的形态学特点与皮肤原发的附属器肿瘤特别是具有透明细胞分化者难以鉴别。为了确定CD10在各种皮肤附属器病变中的表达以及其在区分转移性肾细胞癌中的价值，作者研究了57例原发性附属器肿瘤，其中小汗腺分化31例，大汗腺分化16例，皮脂腺分化10例、正常皮肤3例和4例皮肤转移性肾细胞癌。结果发现CD10表达于正常皮肤的皮脂腺，小汗腺和大汗腺上皮表达阴性，而汗腺周围的肌上皮细胞表达CD10。

Background:Medicinal herbs have always been closely associated with human beings,and no one deny their medicinal effects and *** are over 7,500 plant species in the rich flora of *** study,intends to investigate the anti-bacterial properties of three different plant species from Iranian flora,including Echinops persicus,Cardamine uliginosa,and Vaccaria oxyodontha *** and methods:This cross-sectional study was performed after confirmation and identification of collected *** plants were dried in the shade for *** the methanol extract of these plants was extracted by the classical extraction *** plants’antimicrobial effects of the plants were evaluated by agar disk diffusion,minimum inhibitory concentration,and minimum bactericidal *** mentioned plants’anti-bacterial activity was compared with the antibiotic discs of gentamicin(10 mg)and vancomycin(30 mg).sPss software v20 was used for data analysis of Kruskal-Wallis and Dunn’s tests(Psults:The lowest minimum inhibitory concentration obtained from the methanol extract of Cardamine uliginosa on standard strains of staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli at 15.62 mg/mL for methanol extracts of Echinops persicus and Vaccaria oxyodontha Boiss on *** and *** at 31.25 mg/mL and 125 mg/mL,*** highest diameter of inhibition zone caused by methanol extract of Cardamine uiliginosa was against *** and *** with an inhibition zone of 23.9±0.29 mm and 20.4±0.43 mm,*** with the antibiotics gentamicin and vancomycin,the Cardamine uliginosa showed a stronger inhibitory effect(Psion:Echinops persicus,Cardamine uliginosa,and Vaccaria oxyodontha Boiss have anti-bacterial *** anti-bacterial property of Cardamine uilignosa is higher than the other two herbal medicine.
