This manuscript’s aim is to form and examine the numerical simulation of Caputo-time fractional nonlinear Burgers’equation via collocation approach with trigonometric tension B-splines as base ***,L 1 discretization formula is utilized for the time fractional derivative and after linearizing the nonlinear term,the trigonometric tension B-spline interpolants are utilized to get a system of simultaneous linear equations that are solved via Gauss elimination ***,numerical approximation at the desired time level is *** is demonstrated via von-Neumann approach that proposed scheme produces stable *** results of six different test examples having their analytical solutions are compared with the results in the literature to validate the accuracy and efficiency of the scheme.

We aim to evaluate the incidence of incontinence following laser endoscopic enucleation of the prostate(EEP)comparing en-bloc(Group 1)versus 2-lobe/3-lobe techniques(Group 2).We performed a retrospective review of patients undergoing EEP for benign prostaticenlargement in 12 centers between January 2020 and January *** were presented as median and interquartile range(IQR).Univariable and multivariable logistic regression analysis was performed to evaluate factors associated with stress urinary incontinence(sUI)and mixed urinary incontinence(MUI).There were 1711 patients in Group 1 and 3357 patients in Group *** in Group 2were significantly younger(68[62–73]years vs 69[63–74]years,P=0.002).Median(interquartile range)prostate volume(PV)wassimilar between the groups(70[52–92]ml in Group 1 vs 70[54–90]ml in Group 2,P=0.774).There was no difference in preoperativeInternational Prostate symptom score,quality of life,or maximum flow ***,morcellation,and total surgical time weresignificantly shorter in Group *** 1 month,overall incontinence rate was 6.3%in Group 1 versus 5.3%in Group 2(P=0.12),and urge incontinence was significantly higher in Group 1(55.1%vs 37.3%in Group 2,Ps,the overall rate ofincontinence was 1.7%in Group 1 versus 2.3%in Group 2(P=0.06),and sUI was significantly higher in Group 2(55.6%vs 24.1%in Group 1,P=0.002).At multivariable analysis,PV and IPss were factors significantly associated with higher odds of transient sUI/***,surgical time,and no early apical release technique were factors associated with higher odds of persistent sUI/MUI.

Incense smoke(Is)is source of indoor air pollution and key risk for diverse human *** in-formation is available regarding controlled Is rodent inhalation exposure system and Is particulate matter(PM)deposition in human *** aimed to demonstrate stable IsPM physicochemical parameters of 10 incense products inside the customized whole body inhalation exposure chamber(without animal)connected to smoke generation unit via aerosol mixing *** analyzed for size segregated PM emission,IsPM in vitro aerodynamics(MMAD and GsD determination),fine and ultrafine particle's sEM,sEM-EDX and PAH *** real life exposure scenario by utilizing MMAD,GsD and PM concentration after Tier 1 exposure assessment as key input parameters,IsPM dosimetry in infant(3 months)and adult(21 years male and female)human airways was calculated using multiple-path particle dosimetry(MPPD 3.04)*** median aerodynamic diameter(MMAD)and geo-metric standard deviation(GsD)ranged between 0.55 and 2.10μm and 1.22 to 1.77(polydisperse)***1.0 and PM0.1 showed multiple morphology and presence of heavy and trace *** like acenaphthylene,anthracene,fluorene,naphthalene and phenanthrene were detected(0.84-143.17μg/g).MPPD results showed higher IsPM deposition in pulmonary region and lowest in trachea bronchial *** deposition in tissue was higher in lower,peripheral lung as compared to upper and central lung *** body inhalation exposure system showed stable Is atmosphere(physi-cochemical parameters)indicating the device suitability in future inhalation *** IsPM deposition fraction and clearance data showed deep lung penetrating and retention behavior with higher risk in infant followed by female and then *** modeled particle deposition and clearance data may be useful in risk assessment analysis of Is.

Purpose: This review article provides the readers with an in-depth insight in understanding and interpreting various research literatures on the masseter vestibular evoked myogenic potentials(mVEMP). The article also reviews the contemporary researches involving the clinical applications of the mVEMP. Conclusions: Masseter VEMP is an evolving yet clinically promising neuro-otology test tool that has recently gained more research interest and is considered an additional tool to diagnose various vestibular disorders. Masseter VEMP assesses the functional integrity of the acoustic-masseteric and vestibulo-masseteric reflex pathways. The mVEMP could be used as a complementary test to evaluate the same peripheral generator as the cervical VEMP but a different central pathway i.e., vestibulo-trigeminal pathway. Various research studies that have experimented on parameters such as the effect of different electrode montages(zygomatic vs mandibular configurations), stimulation rates, filter settings and stimuli used to evoke mVEMP have been discussed in this article that could assist in the optimization of a comprehensive clinical protocol. The latency and the amplitude of mVEMP waveforms serve as significant parameters in differentiating normals from those of the clinical populations. Along with the cVEMPs and oVEMPs, mVEMP might help diagnose brainstem lesions in REM sleep behaviour disorders, Multiple sclerosis and Parkinson's disease. However, further studies are required to probe in this area of research.
