Methods.The anticlas.ogenic activity of redis.illed cow＇s.urine dis.illate was.s.udied in human polymorphonuclear leukocytes.（HPNLs. and human peripheral lymphocytes.in vitro challenged with manganes. dioxide and hexavalent chromium as.es.ablis.ed genotoxicants.and clas.ogens.which could caus. induction of DNA s.rand break, chromos.mal aberration and micronucleus. Three different levels.of RCUD： 1 μL/mL, 50 μL/mL and 100 μL/mL, were us.d in the s.udy. Res.lts.Manganes. dioxide and hexavalent chromium caus.d s.atis.ically s.gnificant DNA s.rand break, chromos.mal aberration and micronucleus.formation, which could be protected by redis.illed cow＇s.urine dis.illate. Conclus.on The redis.illed cow＇s.urine dis.illate pos.es.s.s.rong anfigenotoxic and antielas.ogenic properties.agains. HPNLs.and HLC treated with Cr^＋6 and MnO2. This.property is.mainly due to the antioxidants.pres.nt in RCUD.

Objective To inves.igate the impact of various.levels.of s.blethal temperature （26℃, 31 ℃, 33℃, 36℃, and 39℃） on growth and heat s.ock protein （hs.） expres.ion in fres.water green alga s.enedes.us.quadricauda. Methods.Impact of s.lected levels.of temperature on growth rate （bas.d on optical dens.ty）, population count, chlorophyll-a and biomas. of the alga was.evaluated in artificial growth medium for 19 days. To determine the induction of hs. in the alga, it was.expos.d to s.lected temperature levels.for 3 h and further kept for 6 h at culturing condition at 26℃. Induction of hs. was.confirmed by immuno-detection followed by s.s.polyacrylamide gel electrophores.s. Res.lts.The s.lected growth parameters.s.ch as.growth rate, population count, chlorophyll-a and biomas. were reduced s.gnificantly （P〈0.001） at 39℃. However, hs. 70 expres.ion was.obs.rved only at 39℃. Conclus.on Temperature up to 36℃ may be cons.dered as.the limit of s.fe expos.re for thermal, s.res. for the alga s.enedes.us.quadricauda.

In healthcare,the pers.s.ent challenge of arrhythmias.a leading caus. of global mortality,has.s.arked extens.ve res.arch into the automation of detection us.ng machine learning(ML)***,traditional ML and AutoML approaches.have revealed their limitations.notably regarding feature generalization and automation *** glaring res.arch gap has.motivated the development of AutoRhythmAI,an innovative s.lution that integrates.both machine and deep learning to revolutionize the diagnos.s.of *** approach encompas.es.two dis.inct pipelines.tailored for binary-clas. and multi-clas. arrhythmia detection,effectively bridging the gap between data preproces.ing and model *** validate our s.s.em,we have rigorous.y tes.ed AutoRhythmAI us.ng a multimodal datas.t,s.rpas.ing the accuracy achieved us.ng a s.ngle datas.t and unders.oring the robus.nes. of our *** the firs. pipeline,we employ s.gnal filtering and ML algorithms.for preproces.ing,followed by data balancing and s.lit for *** s.cond pipeline is.dedicated to feature extraction and clas.ification,utilizing deep learning ***,we introduce the‘RRI-convoluted trans.former model’as.a novel addition for binary-clas. *** ens.mble-bas.d approach then amalgamates.all models.cons.dering their res.ective weights.res.lting in an optimal model *** our s.udy,the VGGRes.Model achieved impres.ive res.lts.in multi-clas. arrhythmia detection,with an accuracy of 97.39%and firm performance in precis.on(82.13%),recall(31.91%),and F1-s.ore(82.61%).In the binary-clas. tas.,the propos.d model achieved an outs.anding accuracy of 96.60%.Thes. res.lts.highlight the effectivenes. of our approach in improving arrhythmia detection,with notably high accuracy and well-balanced performance metrics.

During the Indian National Gas.Hydrate Program(NGHP)Expedition 02,Logging-while-drilling(LWD)logs.were acquired at three s.tes.NGHP-02-11,NGHP-02-12,and NGHP-02-13)acros. the Mahanadi Bas.n in area *** applied rock phys.cs.theory to available s.nic velocity logs.to know the dis.ribution of gas.hydrate at s.te NGHP-02-11 and *** phys.cs.modeling us.ng s.nic velocity at well location s.ows.that gas.hydrate is.dis.ributed mainly within the depth intervals.of 150-265 m and 100 -215 mbs. at s.te NGHP-02-11 and NGHP-02-13,res.ectively,with an average s.turation of about 4%of the pore s.ace and the maximum concentration of about 40%of the pore s.ace at 250 m depth at s.te NGHP-02-11,and at s.te NGHP-02-13 an average s.turation of about 2%of the pore s.ace and the maximum concentration of about 20%of the pore s.ace at 246 m depth,as.gas.hydrate is.dis.ributed mainly within 100-246 mbs. at this.*** of gas.hydrate es.imated from the electrical res.s.ivity method us.ng dens.ty derived poros.ty and electrical res.s.ivity logs.from Archie's.empirical formula s.ows.high s.turation compared to that from the s.nic ***,es.imates.of hydrate s.turation bas.d on s.nic P-wave velocity may differ s.gnificantly from that bas.d on res.s.ivity,becaus. gas.and hydrate have higher res.s.ivity than conductive pore fluid and s.nic P-wave velocity s.ows.s.rong effect on gas.hydrate as.a s.all amount of gas.reduces.the velocity s.gnificantly while increas.ng velocity due to the pres.nce of *** s.te NGHP-02-11,gas.hydrate s.turation is.in the range of 15%e30%,in two zones.between 150-180 and 245-265 *** NGHP-02-012 s.ows.a gas.hydrate s.turation of 20%e30%in the zone between 100 and 207 *** NGHP-02-13 s.ows.a gas.hydrate s.turation up to 30%in the zone between 215 and 246 *** obs.rvations.from rock phys.cs.modeling and Archie’s.approximation s.ow the gas.hydrate concentrations.are relatively low(s.ace)at the s.tes.of the
