In this paper, we investigate the blow-up properties of a quasilinear reaction-diffusion system with nonlocal nonlinear sources and weighted nonlocal Dirichlet boundary conditions. The critical exponent is determined under various situations of the weight functions. It is observed that the boundary weight functions play an important role in determining the blow-up conditions. In addition, the blow-up rate estimate of non-global solutions for a class of weight functions is also obtained, which is found to be independent of nonlinear diffusion parameters m and n.

Composite membranes and sponge scaffolds consisting chitosan (CS) and acellular derm matrix (ADM) in six ratios were prepared by solvent evaporation technique and freeze-drying method, respectively. The composite materials were characterized by water contact angle measurement, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), water absorption and HaCat cells compatibility. The SEM result showed that CS/ADM three-dimensional (3D) micro-porous structures were successfully produced. The water absorption value of all scaffolds was over 18 times of its initial weight, which is high enough for skin regeneration scaffold, but there were no significant differences of water absorption ratio between deionized water and PBS solution for same scaffold (P > 0.05). HaCat cells were distributed uniformly on the surfaces of membrane 4-6, and an almost confluent monolayer was formed on membrane 6 on the fifth day, whereas cells maintained round and spherical in shape on the surface of membrane 1. The results showed that the cell compatibility of pure CS membrane needed to be improved, and addition of ADM realized this purpose. The results of compatibility of HaCat cells on scaffolds showed that the cell proliferated well on the scaffolds 3 and 4. In our study, the cell’s attachment and growth on the composite membranes was mainly determined by the content of the membrane, whereas the cell’s attachment and growth in the scaffolds was determined by both the content and structure of the scaffolds.

AIM:To evaluate the efficacy of centralized culture and possible influencing ***:From January 2010 to July 2012,66452 patients with suspected Helicobacter pylori(***) infection from 26 hospitals in Zhejiang and jiangsu Provinces in China underwent gastrointestinal *** mucosal biopsies were taken from the antrum for *** biopsies were transported under natural environmental temperature to the central laboratory in Hangzhou city and divided into three groups based on their transport time:5,24 and 48 *** culture results were reported after 72 h and the positive culture rates were analyzed by a χ2 *** additional 5736 biopsies from ***-positive patients(5646 rapid urease test-positive and 90 14C-urease breath test-positive) were also cultured for quality control in the central laboratory ***:The positive culture rate was 31.66%(21036/66452) for the patient samples and 71.72%(4114/5736) for the ***-positive quality control *** the 5 h transport group,the positiveculture rate was 30.99%(3865/12471),and 32.84%(14960/45553) in the 24 h transport *** contrast,the positive culture rate declined significantly in the 48 h transport group(26.25%; P sitive culture rate declined from 36.67%(1462/3987) to 24.12%(1799/7459).When the temperature exceeded 24℃,the positive culture rate decreased significantly,especially in the 48 h transport group(23.17%).CONCLUsiON:Transportation of specimens within 24 h and below 24℃ is reasonable and acceptable for centralized culture of multicenter *** samples.
