The influence of hard magnetic phase on the crystallization kinetics and magnetization behavior in nanocomposite RE3.5Fe66.5Co10B20（RE = Pr, Nd） ribbons prepared by melt-spinning was studied. Differential scanning calorimeter（DSC） measurement of the as-cast meltspun amorphous ribbons during the crystallization process shows that precipitation energy of Pr2Fe14 B phase is higher than that for Nd2Fe14 B phase, confirmed by X-ray diffraction（XRD） patterns. It can be explained by the different radii of Pr and Nd atoms. Scanning electron microscopy（SEM）images indicate that the average grain size in Pr3.5Fe66.5Co10B20 ribbon is smaller than that in Nd3.5Fe66.5Co10B20,resulting in an enhancement of exchange coupling between hard and soft phases. It is responsible for the better hard magnetic properties in Pr3.5Fe66.5Co10B20. In addition, the process of magnetization reversal of nanocomposite RE3.5Fe66.5Co10B20（RE = Pr, Nd） ribbons was discussed in detail by the recoil loops.

An in situ coupling strategy to prepare Co_9S_8/S and N dual?doped graphene composite(Co_9S_8/NSG) has been proposed. The key point of this strategy is the function?oriented design of organic compounds. Herein, cobalt porphyrin derivatives with sulfo groups are employed as not only the coupling agents to form and anchor Co_9S_8 on the graphene in situ, but also the heteroatom?doped agent to generate S and N dual?doped graphene. The tight coupling of multiple active sites endows the composite materials with fast electrochemical kinetics and excellent stability for both oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) and oxygen evolution reaction(OER). The obtained electrocatalyst exhibits better activity parameter(ΔE = 0.82 V) and smaller Tafel slope(47.7 mV dec^(-1) for ORR and 69.2 mV dec^(-1) for OER) than commercially available Pt/C and RuO_2. Most importantly, as electrocatalyst for rechargeable Zn–air battery, Co_9S_8/NSG displays low charge–discharge voltage gap and outstanding long?term cycle stability over 138 h compared to Pt/C–RuO_2. To further broaden its application scope, a homemade all?solid?state Zn–air battery is also prepared, which displays good charge–discharge performance and cycle performance. The function?oriented design of N_4?metallomacrocycle derivatives might open new avenues to strategic construction of high?performance and long?life multifunctional electrocatalysts for wider electro?chemical energy applications.

The rapid evolution of wireless technologies and the growing complexity of network infrastructures necessitate a paradigm shift in how communication networks are designed,configured,and managed. Recent advancements in large language models (LLMs) have sparked interest in their potential to revolutionize wireless communication systems. However, existing studies on LLMs for wireless systems are limited to a direct application for telecom language understanding. To empower LLMs with knowledge and expertise in the wireless domain, this paper proposes WirelessLLM, a comprehensive framework for adapting and enhancing LLMs to address the unique challenges and requirements of wireless communication networks. We first identify three foundational principles that underpin WirelessLLM:knowledge alignment, knowledge fusion, and knowledge evolution. Then,we investigate the enabling technologies to build WirelessLLM, including prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation, tool usage, multi-modal pre-training, and domain-specific fine-tuning. Moreover, we present three case studies to demonstrate the practical applicability and benefits of WirelessLLM for solving typical problems in wireless networks. Finally, we conclude this paper by highlighting key challenges and outlining potential avenues for future research.

To the editor:The intervention of chronic total occlusion(CTO)of coronary artery is the last castle to be conquered in coronary intervention.1 With the development of techniques and guidewires,even in high-volume centers,the failure rate of CTO is still 10%-15%.Vo MN et al2 described a“subintimal plaque modification”(SPM)that involves use of antegrade and retrograde dissection reentry techniques to treat“balloon-un-crossable”coronary lesion in *** Subintimal Tracking and Reentry(STAR)technique is not suitable for routine use during CTO percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).SPM is also called STAR without stenting,which can be used as a bailout strategy in CTO PCI when standard crossing attempts ***,SPM technique is performed as balloon dilation of the subintimal space through the CTO segment.

Background:The core concept of cell engineering is the use of synthetic biological methods to engineer and design genetically modified cells with specific functions,which has revolutionized the biotechnology industry and cell *** cells play an important role in the cell therapy,but the currently used implanted cells are unable to fully meet the needs of researchers and ***,the construction of engineered implanted cells has become a new research area,with many groups exploring the working principles of implanted cells,allowing them to better exert their repair ***:Based on the existing cell engineering platforms,this paper summarizes the main types of chassis cells used in implanted cell engineering,progress in the development of gene editing tools and delivery systems,as well as strategies for the construction of engineered implanted ***:The rational use of synthetic biology methods to program and control the function of implanted cells with high spatiotemporal accuracy provides new ideas for the development of cell therapy,and opens up new possibilities for exploring the mechanism of implanted cell action to allow them to better exert their role in promoting the progress of repair.

Towards V2I Age-Aware Fairness Access: A DQN Based Intelligent Vehicular Node Training and Test Method

Vehicles on the road exchange data with base station frequently through vehicle to infrastructure(V2I) communications to ensure the normal use of vehicular applications, where the IEEE 802.11 distributed coordination function is employed to allocate a minimum contention window(MCW) for channel access. Each vehicle may change its MCW to achieve more access opportunities at the expense of others, which results in unfair communication performance. Moreover, the key access parameter MCW is privacy information and each vehicle is not willing to share it with other vehicles. In this uncertain setting, age of information(Ao I), which measures the freshness of data and is closely related with fairness, has become an important communication *** this basis, we design an intelligent vehicular node to learn the dynamic environment and predict the optimal MCW, which can make the intelligent node achieve age fairness. In order to allocate the optimal MCW for the vehicular node, we employ a learning algorithm to make a desirable decision by learning from replay history data. In particular, the algorithm is proposed by extending the traditional deep-Q-learning(DQN) training and testing method. Finally, by comparing with other methods, it is proved that the proposed DQN method can significantly improve the age fairness of the intelligent node.

Adult central nervous system （CNS） tissue has a limited capacity to recover after trauma or disease. Recent medical cell therapy using polymeric biomaterial- loaded stem cells with the capability of differentiation to specific neural population has directed focuses toward the recovery of CNS. Fibers that can provide topographical, biochemical and electrical cues would be attractive for directing the differentiation of stem cells into electro-responsive cells such as neuronal cells. Here we report on the fabrication of an electrospun polypyrrole/polylactide composite nanofiber film that direct or determine the fate of mesenchymal stem cells （MSCs）, via combination of aligned surface topography, and electrical stimulation （ES）. The surface morphology, mechanical properties and electric properties of the film were characterized. Comparing with that on random surface film, expression of neurofilament-lowest and nestin of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells （huMSCs） cultured on film with aligned surface topography and ES were obviously enhanced. These results suggest that aligned topography combining with ES facilitates the neurogenic differentiation of huMSCs and the aligned conductive film can act as a potential nerve scaffold.

Localized optical Airy-Bessel configuration wave packets were first generated on the basis of a grating-telescope combination[***.4(2010)103].By studying the spatially induced group velocity dispersion effect of ultrashort pulsed Bessel beams during propagation,we find the universal physical foundation of generating Airy-Bessel wave packets(ABWs)in free *** research results are expected to open up more common channels for generating stable linear localized ABWs.
