It is known that urea and guanidine hydrochloride（GuHC1） induce conformational change of proteins in a certain range of molar ratios. In our research, a-naphthylamine（NA） above 10^-4 mol/L at pH 7.0 was discovered to perturb the conformation of CopC, a copper resistant protein with a Greek fl-barrel motif; this was reflected by the greater fluorescence quenching and red-shifted emission peak of CopC. The conformation change of CopC was also verified in acrylamide collision experiment by comparing quenching levels of CopC in the presence or the abscence of NA. Comparison of emission change of CopC-Cu^2＋ with that of apo-CopC showed a consistent result with their denaturation in GuHCl. And decreasing fluorescence polarization of CopC with increasing NA concentration is consistent with a more extend conformation of CopC. Interaction mechanism was also explored.

Lithium metal has been considered as an ultimate anode choice for next-generation secondary batteries due to its low density,superhigh theoretical specific capacity and the lowest voltage ***,uncontrollable dendrite growth and consequently large volume change during stripping/plating cycles can cause unsatisfied operation efficiency and serious safety concern,restraining its commercial use for the last 40 *** widely used lithium-ion battery is approaching its theoretical limit at present,it is increasingly urgent to develop new energy storage equipment with sufficient practical ***,two important processes of lithium deposition,nucleation and growth on lithium metal anode are *** three-dimensional(3 D)porous anodes with unique structure and dynamic surface conditions,as one of the most efficient designs on dendrites suppression,are specifically discussed in terms of their beneficial adjustment on the dendrite *** on current designs and prospects on future advanced porous anode are explored in the end.

Teaching of pharmacology is very important to clinic practice, and it is stability basic of theory for using medicine in reason. To study knowledge frame of pharmacology teachers,the teaching method in existence and experiment in teaching of pharmacology, find out a good many things about theory renegades from practice, then to explore reformation. The teachers who engaged teaching about pharmacology did not joint in the clinic work. They lack know ledge of clinic, and bring on separate theory from clinic practice. It is no uses to cultivate students rising medicine in reason. So the teachers pay attention to advance theory, to advance ability of scientific research, at the same time, must be concerned with the clinic jobs. Next, the teachers insist to accumulate knowledge in teaching of tradition. The students did not know about system info in pharmacology, they did not content clinic practice, then to bring out weary emotion. So we can trade a think in the teaching might as well that we handpick representational part from typical clinic example, and to lead to students thinking problem, then settle problem. This course need to understand correlation knowledge, must be found their relation each other. It is important to blaze student learning. The third, the part of experiment in the pharmacology are less, so we must increase content of experiment, and let the students design all experiment approach, and to actualize it. The teachers give some guidance to students. The result of experiment will be related with discourse. The teachers appraise it according to its quality. It will be reckoned in the achievement of term end. We must give some busywork that let the students researching one or tow medicine in reason is a keystone in the clinic practice. To realize it, teaching pharmacology will be joined with clinic practice compactness.

Anther dehiscence is a crucial event in plant reproduction,tightly regulated and dependent on the lignification of the anther *** this study,we investigated the rapid lignification process that ensures timely anther dehiscence in *** findings reveal that endothecium lignification can be divided into two distinct *** Phase Ⅰ,lignin precursors are synthesized without polymerization,while Phase Ⅱ involves simultaneous synthesis of lignin precursors and *** transcription factors MYB26,NST1/2,and ARF17 specifically regulate the pathway responsible for the synthesis and polymerization of lignin monomers in Phase Ⅱ.MYB26-NST1/2 is the key regulatory pathway responsible for endothecium lignification,while ARF17 facilitates this process by interacting with ***,our results demonstrate that the lignification of the endothecium,which occurs within approximately 26 h,is much faster than that of the vascular *** findings provide valuable insights into the regulation mechanism of rapid lignification in the endothecium,which enables timely anther dehiscence and successful pollen release during plant reproduction.

Objective This study aimed to establish a neural cell injury model in vitro by stimulating PC12 cells with lipopolysaccharide(LPS)and to examine the effects of astragaloside IV on key targets using high-throughput sequence technology and bioinformatics *** PC12 cells in the logarithmic growth phase were treated with LPS at final concentrations of 0.25,0.5,0.75,1,and 1.25 mg/mL for 24 *** morphology was evaluated,and cell survival rates were calculated.A neurocyte inflammatory model was established with LPS treatment,which reached a 50%cell survival ***12 cells were treated with 0.01,0.1,1,10,or 100µmol/L astragaloside IV for 24 *** concentration of astragaloside IV that did not affect the cell survival rate was selected as the treatment group for subsequent *** activity was detected by colorimetry;the expression levels of ERCC2,XRCC4,XRCC2,TNF-α,IL-1β,TLR4,NOS and COX-2 mRNA and protein were detected by RT-qPCR and Western *** differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between the groups were screened using a second-generation sequence(fold change>2,P0.05).However,after treatment with 0.5,0.75,1,or 1.25 mg/mL LPS for 24 h,the viability steadily decreased(P<0.01).The mRNA and protein expression levels of ERCC2,XRCC4,XRCC2,TNF-α,IL-1β,TLR4,NOS,and COX-2 were significantly increased after PC12 cells were treated with 1 mg/mL LPS for 24 h(P<0.01);however,these changes were reversed when PC12 cells were pretreated with 0.01,0.1,or 1µmol/L astragaloside IV in PC12 cells and then treated with 1 mg/mL LPS for 24 h(P<0.05).Second-generation sequencing revealed that 1026 genes were upregulated,while 1287 genes were downregulat

The metal-lightweighted electrocatalysts for water splitting are highly desired for sustainable and economic hydrogen energy deployments,but *** this work,a low-content Ni-functionalized approach triggers the high capability of black phosphorene(BP)with hydrogen and oxygen evolution reaction(HER/OER)*** a facile in situ electro-exfoliation route,the ionized Ni sites are covalently functionalized in BP nanosheets with electron redistribution and controllable metal *** is found that the as-fabricated Ni-BP electrocatalysts can drive the water splitting with much enhanced HER and OER *** 1.0 M KOH electrolyte,the optimized 1.5 wt%Nifunctionalized BP nanosheets have readily achieved low overpotentials of 136 mV for HER and 230 mV for OER at 10 mA cm^(−2).Moreover,the covalently bonding between Ni and P has also strengthened the catalytic stability of the Ni-functionalized BP electrocatalyst,stably delivering the overall water splitting for 50 h at 20 mA cm^(−2).Theoretical calculations have revealed that Ni–P covalent binding can regulate the electronic structure and optimize the reaction energy barrier to improve the catalytic activity *** work confirms that Ni-functionalized BP is a suitable candidate for electrocatalytic overall water splitting,and provides effective strategies for constructing metal-lightweighted economic electrocatalysts.

Objective To investigate changes in the urinary metabolite profiles of children exposed to polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)during critical brain development and explore their potential link with the intestinal *** Liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was used to determine ten hydroxyl metabolites of PAHs(OH-PAHs)in 36-month-old ***,37 children were categorized into low-and high-exposure groups based on the sum of the ten ***-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry was used to identify non-targeted metabolites in the urine ***,fecal flora abundance was assessed by 16S rRNA gene sequencing using Illumina *** The concentrations of 21 metabolites were significantly higher in the high exposure group than in the low exposure group(variable importance for projection>1,P<0.05).Most of these metabolites were positively correlated with the hydroxyl metabolites of naphthalene,fluorine,and phenanthrene(r=0.336–0.531).The identified differential metabolites primarily belonged to pathways associated with inflammation or proinflammatory states,including amino acid,lipid,and nucleotide ***,these distinct metabolites were significantly associated with specific intestinal flora abundances(r=0.34–0.55),which were mainly involved in *** Higher PAH exposure in young children affected metabolic homeostasis,particularly that of certain gut microbiota-derived *** investigation is needed to explore the potential influence of PAHs on the gut microbiota and their possible association with neurodevelopmental outcomes.
