The generation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)at the tumor site to induce destruction is emerging as a novel strategy for cancer treatment,which involves photodynamic therapy(PDT).Nevertheless,tumors typically create a hypoxic environment and are equipped with an endogenous antioxidant defense system that could potentially impede the efficiency of the therapeutic *** overcome these drawbacks,herein,a tumor microenvironment-responsive the ND-PAA-CD-Ce6@MnO_(2)(NPCC@M)delivery system was fabricated by disulfide bond coupling chlorin e6(Ce6)to nanodiamond(ND)and further wrapped by MnO_(2)nanosheets to facilitate *** use of disulfide bond not only stabilizes Ce6 in the blood circulation to prevent premature leakage,but also destroys the antioxidant barrier of overexpressed glutathione(GSH)in tumor ***,the outer MnO_(2)was rapidly degraded by the endogenous hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))in the acidic pH and GSH within the tumor cells,which leads to an abundance of O_(2)and while increases the level of 1O_(2)under laser *** results eventually broke the redox homeostasis and attenuate hypoxia,thereby inducing apoptosis and necrosis of tumor *** in vitro and in vivo biological effect has revealed a good biosafety profile and a high tumor suppression *** a novel ND-based system with tumor microenvironment-modulating capability to elevate oxygen content and promote GSH consumption in tumor cells opens new opportunities for enhanced ROS treatment paradigms.

The timing and Hamming weight attacks on the data encryption standard （DES） cryptosystem for minimal cost encryption scheme is presented in this article. In the attack, timing information on encryption processing is used to select and collect effective plaintexts for attack. Then the collected plaintexts are utilized to infer the expanded key differences of the secret key, from which most bits of the expanded secret key are recovered. The remaining bits of the expanded secret key are deduced by the correlations between Hamming weight values of the input of the S-boxes in the first-round. Finally, from the linear relation of the encryption time and the secret key＇s Hamming weight, the entire 56 bits of the secret key are thoroughly recovered. Using the attack, the minimal cost encryption scheme can be broken with 2^23 known plaintexts and about 2^21 calculations at a success rate a 〉 99%. The attack has lower computing complexity, and the method is more effective than other previous methods.

Timataxel(13-(N-Boc-3-i-butylisoserinoyl-4,10-β-diacetoxy-2-α-benzoyloxy-5-β-20-epoxy-1,13-α-dihydroxy-9-oxo-19-norcyclopropa[g]tax-11-ene)), used to be called TM-2, is a novel semi-synthetic promising candidate for cancer treatment. However the preformulation study showed that TM-2 was insoluble and chemically instable in water, which would limit its application. This study aimed at the preparation of Timataxel lipid microspheres(TM-2 LMs)and investigated the difference between TM-2 LMs and TM-2 solution in pharmacokinetics. In this work, the final formulation was as follows: 0.10%(w/v) TM-2;10.00%(w/v) oil phase(long chain triglyceride:media chain triglyceride = 2.50%:7.50%);1.40%(w/v) phospholipid;0.02%(w/v) NaH2 PO4;2.25%(w/v) glycerin and water to a total volume of 100 *** particle size distribution, content and entrapment efficacy were 205.0 ± 43.3 nm, 101.00% and 99.12%, respectively. TM-2 LMs were stable during storage at 25 °C for 3 months, even under the condition of 60 °C and 4500 lx for 10 d. Phosphatidylethanolamine(PE) in phospholipid may contribute to the stability of TM-2 LMs. The pharmacokinetic parameters for TM-2 LMs were as follows: AUC(0-∞) 3663.71 μg/l h and the clearance 2.26 l/h/kg. As for solution, these parameters were 1712.52 μg/l h and 4.77 l/h/kg, respectively. The t1/2 of TM-2 LMs was similar to TM-2 solution. The pharmacokinetic results indicated that the AUC of TM-2 LMs was larger, the clearance was smaller than that of TM-2 solution. In a word, lipid microspheres were a promising drug delivery system for TM-2.

Objective:To evalvate efficacy of Qizi Yusi Pills(QYP),a Chinese medicine compound preparation,on in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)in women of advanced reproductive ***:This multicenter,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial was conducted from June 2018 to October2019.A total of 124 patients were randomly allocated to either the QYP group or the placebo group using a stratified block randomization design,with 62 patients in each *** patients completed controlled ovarian stimulation using a standard gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)long *** the QYP group,QYP was administered while the control group received *** and placebo were administered for a total of 24 to 30 days from the day of GnRH-a pituitary downregulation to transvaginal oocyte *** medications were taken orally at doses of 10 g three times each *** primary outcome was cumulative pregnancy rate,and the secondary outcomes were periodic medication,follicular status,serum hormone and endometrial ***-up continued until 4 weeks after *** and neonatal complications,such as gestational diabetes,were also ***:Overall,119 patients completed the study,60 in the QYP group and 59 in the placebo *** protocol(PP)analysis revealed that 6-month cumulative pregnancy rate in the QYP group was significantly higher than that in the placebo group[43.33%(26/60)vs.25.42%(15/59),P=0.040].Additionally,more oocytes were retrieved from the QYP group than those from the placebo group(8.95±3.12 vs.7.85±1.91,P=0.022).Moreover,the endometrial thickness of HCG day in the QYP group was significantly higher than that in the placebo group(11.78±2.27 mm vs.10.68±2.07 mm,P=0.012).Maternal and neonatal complications between the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05).Intention-to-treat analysis was in line with PP ***:QYP can enhance ovarian reserve capacity and ovarian response,and possibl

Both the level 2.5 Mellor-Yamada turbulence closure scheme （MY） and K-profile parameterization （KPP） are popularly used by the ocean modeling community. The MY and the KPP are improved through including the non-breaking surface wave-induced vertical mixing （Bv）, and the improved schemes were tested by using continuous data at the Papa ocean weather station （OWS） during 1961-1965. The numerical results showed that the Bv can make the temperature simulations fit much better with the continuous data from Papa Sta- tion. The two improved schemes overcame the shortcomings of predicting too shallow upper mixed layer depth and consequently overheated sea surface temperature during summertime, which are in fact com- mon problems for all turbulence closure models. Statistical analysis showed that the Bv effectively reduced the mean absolute error and root mean square error of the upper layer temperature and increased the corre- lation coefficient between simulation and the observation. Furthermore, the performance of vertical mixing induced by shear instability and the Bv is also compared. Both the temperature structure and its seasonal cycle significantly improved by including the Bv, regardless of whether shear instability was included or not, especially for the KPP mixing scheme, which suggested that Bv played a dominant role in the upper ocean where the mean current was relatively weak, such as at Papa Station. These results may provide a clue to improve ocean circulation models.
