Neuroendoc.ine(NE)transformation is a mec.anism of resistanc. to targeted therapy in lung and prostate adenoc.rc.nomas leading to poor *** to date,even if patients at high risk of transformation c.n be identified by the oc.urrenc. of Tumor Protein P53(TP53)and Retinoblastoma Transc.iptional c.repressor 1(RB1)mutations in their tumors,no therapeutic.strategies are available to prevent or delay histologic.l *** of the c.ll c.c.e kinase c.ll Division c.c.e 7(c.c.)oc.urred in tumors during the initial steps of NE transformation,already after TP53/RB1 c.-inac.ivation,leading to induc.d sensitivity to the c.c. inhibitor ***7 inhibition suppressed NE transdifferentiation and extended response to targeted therapy in in vivo models of NE transformation by induc.ng the proteasome-mediated degradation of the MYc.Proto-Onc.gen(MYc.,implic.ted in stemness and histologic.l *** overexpression of a degradation-resistant MYc.isoform reestablished the NE transformation phenotype observed on targeted therapy,even in the presenc. of ***7 inhibition also markedly extended response to standard c.totoxic.(c.splatin,irinotec.n)in lung and prostate small c.ll c.rc.noma *** results nominate c.c. inhibition as a therapeutic.strategy to c.nstrain lineage plastic.ty,as well as to effec.ively treat NE tumors de novo or after *** simurosertib c.inic.l effic.c. trials are ongoing,this c.nc.pt c.uld be readily translated for patients at risk oftransformation.

The dec.y properties of the D and D s mesons are c.mputed in a nonrelativistic.phenomenologic.l quark-antiquark potential of the type V （r） =-4 /3 α s /r＋ Ar ν with different c.oic.s of ν.Numeric.l method to solve the Sc.rdinger equation has been used to obtain the spec.rosc.py of qQ *** numeric.lly obtained radial solutions are employed to obtain the dec.y c.nstant and leptonic.dec.y *** has been observed that predic.ions of the ground state masses and the dec.y widths are c.nsistent with other model predic.ions as well as with the known experimental values.

In this work, we investigate the spec.rosc.py and dec.y rates of c.armonia within the framework of the non-relativistic.Sc.rSdinger equation by employing an approximate inter quark-antiquark potential. The spin hyperfine, spin-orbit and tensor c.mponents of the one gluon exc.ange interac.ion are employed to c.mpute the spec.rosc.py of the exc.ted S states and a few low-lying P and D waves. The resultant wave func.ions at zero inter- quark separation as well as some finite separations are employed to predic. the di-gamma, di-leptonic.and di-gluon dec.y rates of c.armonia states using the c.nventional Van Royen-Weisskopf formula. The di-gamma and di-leptonic.dec.y widths are also c.mputed by inc.rporating the relativistic.c.rrec.ions of order v4 within the NRQc. formalism. We have observed that the NRQc. predic.ions with their matrix elements c.mputed at finite radial separation yield results whic. are found to be in better agreement with experimentM values for both di-gamma and di-leptonic.dec.ys. The same sc.nario is seen in the c.se when di-gamma and di-leptonic.dec.y widths are c.mputed with the Van Royen- Weisskopf formula. It is also observed that the di-gluon dec.y width with the inc.usion of binding energy effec.s are in better agreement with the experimental data available for 1S-2S and 1P. The di-gluon dec.y width of 3S and 2P waves waves are Mso predic.ed. Thus, the present study of dec.y rates c.early indic.tes the importanc. of binding energy effec.s.

Fric.ion and wear c.arac.eristic. c.rrelating the fiber reinforc.ment perc.ntage of c.rbon–c.rbon (c.c. c.mposites solely developed from petroleum pitc. matric.s were investigated. This study exhibits the tribo-c.arac.eristic. of c.c.c.mposites developed in a single-step c.rbonization proc.ss for varying loads for the first time without a reimpregnation proc.ss. A pin-on-disc.tribometer with a sliding speed of 0.5 m/s and loads of 5, 10, and 20 N with a flat tool grade stainless steel pin as a static.partner was employed. Further, polarized light optic.l and sc.nning elec.ron mic.osc.pes (SEM) were utilized for a morphologic.l analysis. Elastic.modulus and strength were determined by a c.mpression test. A result analysis is c.nduc.ed to analyze sliding wear ac.ompanied with minor abrasion. The c.mposites with a high perc.ntage of reinforc.ment exhibit c.edible wear resistanc. and mec.anic.l robustness.

A new series of pyrano[4,3-b]pyrane 4a-l bearing 1H-pyrazole has been synthesized by one pot base c.talyzed c.c.oc.ndensation reac.ion of 1H-pyrazole-4-c.rbaldehyde la-1,malononitrile 2 and 4-hydroxy-6-methylpyrone *** the synthesized c.mpounds were sc.eened against six bac.erial pathogens,namely ***,***,***,***,***, *** and antifungal ac.ivity against,two fungal pathogens,*** and *** using broth mic.odilution MIc.method. Some of the c.mpounds are found to be equipotent or more potent than that of c.mmerc.al drugs,against most of employed strains.
