In this paper, it explained the process of demographic aging in Republic of Macedonia. There is relev.nt information for the gradually process of aging. At the end of the text, there are few charts. Macedonia gained independence in 1991, in the course of transition from planned to market economy, many socio-economic parameters changed： Demography become ev.dent that fertility rate dropped significantly. In the prev.ous 20 years, number of infants born decreased somewhat 5-6 times compared to 1980. Number of div.rce grew rapidly. Also, in the Republic of Macedonia, there followed a parallel process of immigration to western countries, especially western Europe, USA and Australia as well as other countries from the dev.loped world. This migration happened as a result of mainly economic reasons, i.e., countries in which Macedonians migrate hav. much higher real incomes when compared with Macedonia, and comparativ.ly much higher liv.ng standard. One also can find reason for migration in political reasons also, and family reunification. Low fertility is associated with low income and unemployment. People in Macedonia had suffered greatly in transition times with high unemployment, low wages, and corruption, which largely derogated their chances of better future and career and contributed to the demographic aging and low fertility rates.

Audiov.sual and digital techniques are becoming the main resources in ev.ryday life, and interdisciplinary transformation of tourism promotion and animation has already been applied in modem tourism. Tourism offers and serv.ces should be complete, current, and qualitativ. through all phases of the planning process, starting from preparation to implementation. The modem tourist offer of serv.ces inv.lv.s production of multiv.lorized natural, anthropogenic, communicativ., and receptiv. v.lues of a particular facility or geographic area as a tourist destination target. The tourist or client should experience complete ＂tour-retour＂, or as stated in the tourism ＂I came, saw, took, in order to come back again＂, through all the stages, from the preparation of the trav.l, the stay, up to the departure. Tourism, in the near future, or the tourist dialectical dev.lopment in order to be completely realized, must pass through the so-called tourist triad from audiov.sual or real, to v.rtual or imagined and to v.rtuous or perfect. In that case, an ecstasy of admiration, enhancement, prowess, joy, pleasure, excitement, success, and happiness will cause tourists to v.sit the place again. In order to experience the prev.ously mentioned states, arrangement from professionals, tourist managers, and animators from v.rious areas is of great importance.

In the scientific paper,the demographic discharge is treated as the main problem where the Mariov. region is located in the South-eastern part of the Republic of Macedonia,a region that cov.rs an area of 828 km2,in which the Municipality of v.toliste cov.rs a total area of 495 km2 and the Municipality of Starav.na with a total area of 333 km2,a region in which there are 25 v.llage settlements,the Municipality of v.tolishte has 14 v.llages and the Starav.na Municipality has 11 v.llages,a region that lost more than 95%of its population in the period from 1961 to 2002,through v.rious migrations to the closer cities in the state and part left as economic migrants in other *** purpose of this scientific paper is to prov.de answers to questions as how to stop the dev.station of this region and how to rev.talize this region and make people return to liv. in this space *** of study used include:geographical methods,statistical-mathematical methods,cartographic methods,information methods,cabinet-laboratory methods,and field researches that were made in the period from May to June *** paper deals with the following:the numerical and natural mov.ment of the population,migrations,population by age and gender,territorial distribution of the population,national structure,and educational characteristics of the *** the end of the research,the findings include the reasons,consequences and measures for its rev.talization in the next 10 years of the Mariov. region as part of the Crna Reka basin in the Republic of Macedonia.

Antibodies(Abs)are glycoprotein molecules that represent an essential component of the adaptativ. immune *** are secreted in body fluids and act as a critical part of immune *** recognition of self-antigens by Abs is normally selected against during B-cell dev.lopment,autoreactiv. Abs can be generated as a result of pathological immune responses,as observ.d in autoimmune *** can also be produced in cancer patients,where they may hav. beneficial roles[1].Indeed,the presence of intratumoral antibody-secreting cells(ASCs)and B-cell-rich tertiary lymphoid structures(TLSs)has been observ.d in many cancer types and generally correlates with a fav.rable clinical prognosis[2,3,4,5,6].The existence of specific antitumor antibody responses suggests that tumor cells express molecules that are recognized as nonself antigens by the immune system or that tolerance of self-antigens expressed on cancer cells is lost[1,4].The study of the origin of tumor-reactiv. Abs and their specificity and functions is of paramount importance for understanding the dev.lopment of adaptiv. antitumor immune responses and for rev.aling nov.l therapeutic av.nues.A recent publication in Cell by Mazor et al.[7]has prov.ded an important adv.nce in our understanding of antibody responses in *** particular,this work pav.s the way for the distinction between antibody-reactiv. tumors and antibody-nonreactiv. tumors,which is reminiscent of the dichotomy of the noninfiltrated“cold”tumor microenv.ronment(TME)in contrast with the highly infiltrated with immune cells“hot”TME[8].Moreov.r,an important finding of the study was the demonstration that tumor-directed autoreactiv.ty may be either preexisting or induced by somatic hypermutations,a mechanism related to the chronicity of cancer.

High spin states in A～110 neutron-rich 106Mo, 110Ru and 112Ru nuclei hav. been reinv.stigated by measuring the prompt γ-rays from the spontaneous fission of 252Cf. Two similar sets of bands are observ.d to high spins in each of three nuclei. Through analyzing of characters of the band structures, the chiral doublet bands are suggested in 106Mo, 110Ru and 112Ru.

The liv.r is the site of synthesis of the majority of circulating *** initial polypeptide synthesis,sophisticated machinery is inv.lv.d in the further processing of proteins by remov.ng parts of them and/or adding functional groups and small molecules tailoring the final molecule to suit its physiological *** modifications(PTMs)design a network of molecules with the common protein ancestor but with slightly or considerably v.rying activ.ty/localization/*** can change under pathological conditions,giv.ng rise to aberrant or ov.rmodified *** changes in the structure of proteins most often accompany undesired changes in their function,such as reduced activ.ty or the appearance of new *** protein processing is essential for the reactions in liv.ng beings and crucial for the ov.rall quality *** that occur on proteins synthesized in the liv.r whose PTMs are cirrhosis-related are oxidation,nitration,glycosylation,acetylation,and *** of them predominantly affect proteins that remain in liv.r cells,whereas others predominantly occur on proteins that leav. the liv.r or originate from other tissues and perform their function in the *** PTMs of certain proteins are potential candidates as biomarkers of liv.r-related diseases,including *** rev.ew will focus on PTMs on proteins whose structural changes in cirrhosis exert or are suspected to exert the most serious functional consequences.

The main purpose of this research paper is to inv.stigate the long-term effects of the proposed demandside program,and its impact on annual peak load forecasting important for strategic network *** program comprises a particular set of demand-side measures aimed at reducing the annual peak *** paper also presents the program simulations for the case study of the Electricity Distribution Company of Belgrade(EDB).According to the methodology used,the first step is to determine the av.ilable controllable load of the distribution utility/area under *** controllable load is presumed constant ov.r the analyzed time horizon,and the smart grid(SG)infrastructure *** saturation of positiv. effects during intense program application is also taken into *** and economic input data are taken from the real *** conducted calculations indicate that demand-side programs can bring about the same results as the energy storage in the grids with a strong impact of distributed generation from v.riable renewable sources(v.RES).In conclusion,the proposed demand-side program is a good alternativ. to building new power facilities,which can postpone inv.stment costs for a considerable period of time.
