Arabidopsis thaliana plants are less resistant to attack by the generalist lepidopteran herbivore Trichoplusia ni when plants and herbivores are entrained to opposite, versus identical diurnal cycles and tested under constant conditions. this effect is associated with circadian fluctuations in levels of jasmonic acid, the transcription factor MYC2, and glucosinolate contents in leaves. We tested whether a similar effect could be observed in a different plant-herbivore system： the wild tobacco Nicotiana attenuata and its co-evolved specialist herbivore, Manduca sexta. We measured larval growth on plants under both constant and diurnal conditions following identical or opposite entrainment, profiled the metabolome of attacked leaf tissue, quantified specific metabolites known to reduce M. sexta growth, and monitored A/I. sexta feeding activity under all experimental conditions. Entrainment did not consistently affect NI. sexta growth or plant defense induction. However, both were reduced under constant dark conditions,as was M. sexta feeding activity. Our data indicate that the response induced by NI. sexta in N. attenuata is robust to diurnal cues and independent of plant or herbivore entrain- ment. We propose that while the patterns of constitutive or general damage-induced defense may undergo circadian fluctuation, the orchestration of specific induced responses is more complex.

在现代汉语中泛义动词是一种特殊的动词小类。泛义动词包含的意义非常广、搭配的能力非常强，使用的频率非常高。越南语系统中也有泛义动词，虽然这类动词在越南语和汉语中具有共同点，但是也存在着不同点。本人在本国的学生和在中国留学的越南学生进行了问卷调查越南学生对三个典型的泛义动词“搞”、“弄”和“整”使用状况。然后进行统计和分析调查结果及对三个动词“搞”、“弄”和“整”进行分析和对比，本人发现虽然汉语泛义动词在日常生活中的使用频率较高，但是越南学生经常回避使用这类动词，或者使用的时候常常发生错误，本人认为，除了学习环境、学习教材和学生的水平等这些原因外，最主要的原因就是受母语负迁移的影响。本论文的主要内容包括五章：第一章：绪论。第二章:现代汉语泛义动词本体研究和汉越对比。第三章：越南学生习得汉语泛义动词“搞”、“弄”和“整”考察。第四章：越南学生习得汉语泛义动词的偏误分析。第五章：产生错误、影响学生习得汉语泛义动词的因素和对越南学生汉语泛义动词教学的建议。

随着人们生活水平的提高,世界旅游业的发展和国际社会的和平稳定,边境地区逐渐作为一项很重要的旅游事业发展为各国旅游业的重要组成部分。近几年来,越南政府对旅游业的发展高度重视,不断鼓励各地发展旅游业,也使得越南旅游业成为主要的创汇来源。近年来越南通过大力发展旅游业大大提高了国家的财政收入,同时也带动了其他行业的发展。使得人们的生活水平大大提高。因此越南政府越来越重视旅游业的经济效用,花费很大功夫在旅游业的宣传和旅游可持续发展的研究方面,甚至还把旅游业列入国家社会经济发展计划之中。中越边境旅游的历史现状趋势和发展的好的基点和良好的未来,但也有不足之处,就是对边境两边游客的心理需求及消费特征研究不够透彻,产品的针对性存在问题。在越南边境旅游腾飞之际,作为一个越南人,本人想研究基于幸福感的中越边境旅游产品开发,本文大量搜索有关边境旅游的期刊文献、报纸、书籍、会议论文,从基础理论研究、边境旅游规划、边境旅游产品开发、国家间的旅游区域合作和边境旅游经营管理几个大方面对中越两国发展边境旅游进行了理论梳理。本文基于幸福感理论对中越边境旅游产品对游客积极心理的形成影响进行了问卷的设计,然后作者在暑假回国期间在中越边境地区对边境旅游者进行了实地调查和实地访谈。在此基础上进行了数据的整理、录入和数据分析。分析主要分为中越边境游客的旅游偏好分析、中越边境游客的旅游满意度评价分析和旅游幸福感的主观评价。同时根据被访问游客的人口统计因素进行细分,分别讨论了不同性别、年龄、职业、学历和收入的旅游者对边境旅游偏好的差异。最后基于数据分析,本文对中越边境旅游产品开发进行了具体分析,并在此基础上提出了具体的措施。本文综合运用旅游管理学、市场营销学等基础理论,以及数据统计(定量分析)和定性分析相结合,以寻找提高中越旅游服务质量、游客的满意度与幸福感,提升中越边境旅游的形象及旅游的市场竞争力,促进中越边境旅游的环境改善的具体策略和建议。最后本研究提出了提升中越边境旅游者幸福感路径和对策,即:从旅游存在感的视角建立旅游产品体系;从积极心理提升视角建立了服务体系;从消极心理弱化视角建立了保障体系;从旅游前的期待视角建立旅游形象体系;从旅游中的投入视角建立旅游体验体系;从旅游后的回味视角建立旅游关怀体系。

Evaluation of high yielding soybean germplasm under water limitation

Limited information is available for soybean root traits and their plasticity under drought stress. To date, no studies have focused on examining diverse soybean germ- plasm for regulation of shoot and root response under water limited conditions across varying soil types. In this study, 17 genetically diverse soybean germplasm lines were selected to study root response to water limited conditions in clay （trial 1） and sandy soil （trial 2） in two target environments. Physiological data on shoot traits was measured at multiple crop stages ranging from early vegetative to pod filling. The phenotypic root traits, and biomass accumulation data are collected at pod filling stage. In trial 1, the number of lateral roots and forks were positively correlated with plot yield under water limitation and in trial 2, lateral root thickness was positively correlated with the hill plot yield. Plant Introduction （PI） 578477A and 088444 were found to have higher later root number and forks in clay soil with higher yield under water limitation, in sandy soil, P1458o2o was found to have a thicker lateral root system and higher yield under water limitation. The genotypes identified in this study could be used to enhance drought tolerance of elite soybean cultivars through improved root traits specific to target environments.

We briefly summarized how to design and fabricate an insect-mimicking flapping-wing system and demonstrate how to implement inherent pitching stability for stable vertical takeoff. The effect of relative locations of the Center of Gravity （CG） and the mean Aerodynamic Center （AC） on vertical flight was theoretically examined through static force balance considera- tion. We conducted a series of vertical takeoff tests in which the location of the mean AC was determined using an unsteady Blade Element Theory （BET） previously developed by the authors. Sequential images were captured during the takeoff tests using a high-speed camera. The results demonstrated that inherent pitching stability for vertical takeoff can be achieved by controlling the relative position between the CG and the mean AC of the flapping system.

Converting textile waste into value-added chemicals:An integrated bio-refinery process

The rate of textile waste generation worldwide has increased dramatically due to a rise in clothing consumption and ***,conversion of cotton-based,colored cotton-based,and blended cotton-polyethylene terephthalate(PET)textile waste materials into value-added chemicals(bioethanol,sorbitol,lactic acid,terephthalic acid(TPA),and ethylene glycol(EG))via enzymatic hydrolysis and fermentation was *** order to enhance the efficiency of enzymatic saccharification,effective pretreatment methods for each type of textile waste were developed,respectively.A high glucose yield of 99.1%was obtained from white cotton-based textile waste after NaOH ***,the digestibility of the cellulose in colored cotton-based textile wastes was increased 1.38e1.75 times because of the removal of dye materials by HPAC-NaOH *** blended cottonPET samples showed good hydrolysis efficiency following PET removal via NaOHeethanol pretreatment,with a glucose yield of 92.49%.The sugar content produced via enzymatic hydrolysis was then converted into key platform chemicals(bioethanol,sorbitol,and lactic acid)via fermentation or *** maximum ethanol yield was achieved with the white T-shirt sample(537 mL/kg substrate),which was 3.2,2.1,and 2.6 times higher than those obtained with rice straw,pine wood,and oak wood,*** was selectively converted into sorbitol and LA at a yield of 70%and 83.67%,*** and EG were produced from blended cottonPET via NaOHeethanol *** integrated biorefinery process proposed here demonstrates significant potential for valorization of textile waste.
