Cloud computing is a kind of computing that depends on shared figuring assets instead of having nearby servers or individual gadgets to deal with applications. Technology is moving to the cloud more and more. It’s not just a trend, the shift away from ancient package models to package as service has steadily gained momentum over the last ten years. Looking forward, the following decade of cloud computing guarantees significantly more approaches to work from anyplace, utilizing cell phones. Cloud computing focused on better performances, better scalability and resource consumption but it also has some security issue with the data stored in it. The proposed algorithm intents to come with some solutions that will reduce the security threats and ensure far better security to the data stored in cloud.

A Cross-Sectional Study on Assessment of Oxidative Stress in Coronary Heart Disease Patients in Bangladesh

Oxidative stress is considered a central factor in endothelial dysfunction and plaque formation in coronary heart disease (CHD) patients. In this cross-?sectional study, the stress-induced protein and lipid oxidation and production of signaling molecule, nitric oxide has been investigated in CHD patients in Bangladesh. A total of 140 participants were enrolled of which 70 were CHD patients, and the remaining 70 were control subjects having no cardiovascular disease. The diagnosis of CHD was made by expert physicians through characteristic electrocardiogram and troponin changes. The protein carbonyls and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) levels in plasma of both groups were measured by spectrophotometric methods. The plasma nitric oxide levels were measured by reaction with Griess reagent. Statistical non-parametric tests and t-tests were used to analyze the results between the CHD patients and controls. In the patients, the mean protein carbonyls and TBARS, two important markers of oxidative stress, were 2.87 ± 0.97 nmol/mg and 6.92 ± 3.56 nmol/mL, respectively, which were significantly higher than in the control subjects, 1.71 ± 0.82 nmol/mg and 3.15 ± 1.42 nmol/mL, respectively. Assessment of the cardiovascular signaling molecule nitric oxide showed significantly lower value in the CHD patients (6.29 ± 4.78 μM) compared to the controls (10.75 ± 6.03 μM). There was a significant negative correlation between plasma TBARS and total plasma protein, and a weak negative correlation between TBARS and nitric oxide levels in the CHD patients. Evaluation of the smoking habit strongly suggested that smoking was a risk factor for the development of CHD among the Bangladeshi population. These results provide an overview of oxidative?stress-mediated damages on proteins, lipids and effects on signaling molecule nitric oxide in CHD patients.

Metabasite refers to metamorphosed basalts and other mafic igneous rocks (rich in iron and magnesium). When a mafic igneous rock is subjected to new pressure and temperature conditions during metamorphism, these chemical components will rearrange themselves to form new minerals. Metabasites can be found in many metamorphic belts including Sanandaj-Sirjan metamorphic belt of Iran. The study area is a Tanbour metamorphic complex in Eastern of Sirjan city, which is geologically located at the Sanandaj-Sirjan metamorphic belt in Southern Iran. Metabasite in this complex consists of greenschist, epidote amphibolite and amphibolite. Amphibole and plagioclase are the main minerals in the greenschist and amphibolite, and the a secondary mineral in some micaschist seen in the study area. The electron microprobe analysis was done on this mineralization in greenschist, epidote amphibolite and amphibolite, which showed that the amphiboles in greenschist was a member of the calcic group and Actinolite type, and the amphiboles in epidote amphibolite was a member of the calcic group and these amphiboles were tschermakite up to Ferro-Tschermakite + Ferro-Hornblende type. The amphibole in amphibolite is a member of the calcic group and this amphibole is Magnesio-Hornblende type. The plagioclases in the greenschist is pure albite (An 3.29 - 3.6), and in the epidote amphibolite is oligoclase (An 19.5 - 24.2), while in the amphibolites is oligoclase (An 16.9 - 26.6). The estimated P–T conditions are in favor of their metamorphism under epidote amphibolite (550°C and 8 kbar) and amphibolite (611°C - 652° Cand 10.5 kbar) facies.

In this paper, the characteristic function method is applied to seek traveling wave solutions of nonlinear partial differential equations in a unified way. We consider the Wu-Zhang equation (which describes (1 + 1)-dimensional disper-sive long wave). The equations governing the wave propagation consist of a pair of non linear partial differential equations. The characteristic function method reduces the system of nonlinear partial differential equations to a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations which is solved via the shooting method, coupled with Rungekutta scheme. The results include kink-profile solitary wave solutions, periodic wave solutions and rational solutions. As an illustrative example, the properties of some soliton solutions for Wu-Zhang equation are shown by some figures.

Corrosion Behavior of Heat Treated Nickel-Aluminum Bronze Alloy in Artificial Seawater

The effect of microstructure of nickel-aluminum bronze alloy (NAB) on the corrosion behavior in artificial seawater is studied using linear polarization, impedance and electrochemical noise tests. The alloy was heat treated in different heating cycles including quenching, normalizing and annealing. Microstructure of the specimens was characterized before and after heat treatment by optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. Results showed that the value of pearlite phase in the normalized alloy is much more than other specimens, leading to higher corrosion resistance. Polarization test showed that starting point of passivation in the polarization of the normalized alloy is lower than other specimens. The dissolution of Mn and Fe rich phases increased the Mn and Fe contents in solid solution, and this enhanced the passivation power of the surface of the alloy. The effect of the alloying elements was seen by a lower corrosion potential and an inflexion at around 280 mV (SCE) in the polarization curve, indicating the preferential dissolution of some elements beyond that potential. The polarization curve showed that the anodic polarization behavior of the alloy in the solution was essentially controlled by the intermetallic phases, mainly containing Cu. Two types of corrosion, pitting and selective corrosion, were observed in the specimens after being exposed to artificial seawater.

Water Based Nanofluids: A Computational Study on Temperature Distribution in a Pipe Flow

Fluid containing nanometer-sized particles (i.e. nanoparticles) is known as nanofluid. Three different nanofluids flowing in a pipe with heat source at the inlet and sink in the walls are studied. The base fluid is water. 20 nm size nanoparticle Al2O3 is mixed with base fluid with volume concentrations of 0.1%, 0.2% and 0.5%. Simulation is done using ANSYS Workbench 17.1. The result shows correlation between concentration of nanoparticle and temperature gradient at the outlet of the pipe.

Radiation-sensitive polymer gels are among the most promising three-dimensional dose verification tools and tissue-like phantom developed to date. This study is an investigating of percentage depth dose enhancement within the gel medium with the use of conformal distribution gold nanoparticle as contrast agents by high atomic number material. In this work, the normoxic polymer gel dosimeter MAGICA tissue-equivalence was first theoretically verified using MCNPX Monte Carlo code and experimentally by percentage depth dose curves within the gel medium. Then gold nanoparticles (GNPs) of 50 nm diameter with different concentrations of 0.1 mM, 0.2 mM, and 0.4 mM were embedded in MAGICA gel and irradiated by 18 MV photon beam. Experimental results have shown dose increase of 10%, 2% and 4% in 0.1 mM, 0.2 mM and 0.4 mM concentrations, respectively. Simulation results had good agreement in the optimum concentration of 0.1 mM. The largest error between experimental and simulation results was equal to 9.28% stood for 0.4 mM concentration. The results showed that the optimum concentration of gold nanoparticles to achieve maximum absorbed dose in both experimental and simulation was 0.1 mM and so it can be used for clinical studies.

SimaPro is a software package designed to make a valuable contribution for analyzing the environmental impact on products during their whole life cycle. A huge amount of knowledge about the environment is built into the program and database, enabling to analyze a product with a minimum of specialized knowledge. In this study, SimaPro was used to analyze and evaluate the impacts that resulted from sewerage network in Al-Hilla city, Iraq. The results of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) showed that sewerage network had an impact and damage on the environment by 291 points for every cubic meter of collect wastewater. The most potential environmental impacts were global warming, respiratory inorganics and non-renewable energy, contributing to the sewerage network. The study also showed that most of the effects were as a result of energy consumption in the pumping of wastewater, pipes used and diesel using for network operation.
