Association between Meeting 24-Hour Movement Guidelines and Psychological Features of Chinese Emerging Adults

Background:Emerging adulthood is a pivotal life stage,presenting significant psychological and social changes,such as decreased sociability,depression,and other mental health *** studies have associated these changes with an unhealthy *** 24-h movement guidelines for healthy lifestyles have been developed to promote appropriate health behaviors and improve individual ***,the relationship between adherence to the 24-h movement guidelines and different characteristics of Chinese emerging adults is yet to be *** cross-sectional study aimed to investigate the association between adherence to the 24-h movement guidelines and four characteristics(self-exploration,instability,possibilities,and responsibility)of Chinese emerging ***:Overall,1,510 Chinese emerging adults aged 18–29 years were included in this *** participant completed a self-administered questionnaire that included questions on adherence to the 24-h movement guidelines(physical activity,sedentary behavior,and sleep)and the inventory of dimensions of emerging *** logistic regression analysis was employed to investigate the associations between adherence to the 24-h movement guidelines and each of the four ***:The proportion of participants who adhered to the 24-h movement guidelines was 31.72%.Multiple regression analysis revealed a significantly negative relationship between adhering to more guidelines and instability(β=−0.51,p<0.001).A statistically significant association was observed between instability and meeting only sedentary behavior(β=−1.27,95%confidence interval[CI]:[−2.32,−0.24],p=0.02),sedentary behavior+sleep(β=−1.30,95%CI:[−2.24,−0.35],p<0.01),and physical activity+sedentary behavior(β=−1.08,95%CI:[1.94,−0.21],p=0.02)***,positive and significant associations were observed between possibilities and meeting the guidelines for only physical activity(β=0.70,95%CI:[0.14,1.27),p=0.0

Therapeutic horseback riding(THR)as an animal-assisted intervention is one of the innovative approaches emer-ging in the treatment for children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).The current study was designed to inves-tigate the effects of a 12-week,twice a week THR program on motor skills in sixty-eight children with ASD aged 5–10 years *** participants selected met the DSM-V criteria for ASD,and a total ofﬁfty-three participants completed the study.A randomized controlled trial design was utilized for the *** was collected via a pre-THR test,interim-THR test,and post-THR test to investigate the possible changes in motor skills throughout the 12-week THR *** showed that the THR program signiﬁcantly improved overall motor skills across time points(p<0.05)and sub-skills of run,gallop and two-hand catch(as compared to the control group,p<0.05).In conclusion,the THR program may be an effective option for improving motor skills in children with ASD and further investigation with a longer period of intervention is warranted.

Kinetic role of Cu content in reaction process, behavior and their relationship among Cu-Zr-C system

The influence of Cu content on the reaction process, reaction behavior and obtained products in the Cu-ZrC system, as well as their relationships, were investigated. The results showed that Zr C was synthesized through the diffusion and dissolution of C into a Cu-Zr liquid. Increasing the Cu content enhanced the amount of Cu-Zr liquid formed at the early stage but decreased the amount of C atoms dissolving into the melt at unit time. Consequently, the ignition time initially decreased and then increased. Conversely, with an increased Cu content, the energy required for igniting the neighboring unreacted powders increased,while the heat released by the reaction and the dwell time of the compact at high temperatures *** effects then resulted in the reduction of combustion wave velocity, combustion temperature and Zr C particle size. Furthermore, the synthesis of ZrC is a multistage process, which provides a nonuniform distributed Zr C particle size. The sub-μm Zr C particle reinforced Cu matrix composite was fabricated by adding a ZrC-Cu master alloy prepared through a self-propagating high-temperature synthesis reaction into liquid Cu.

针对城市洪涝防治中的涝前感知精度不足、涝时处置效率不高、涝后分析深度不够等难点,基于数字孪生技术建立包含孪生数据映射、数学模型推演、虚实交互防治、智能服务联动等模块的滨江区数智治水系统,用于滨江区洪涝智治。结合涉水监管数据,构建物理滨江区,包括地形地貌、河道水体、雨水管网、排水设施、监测设备、积水点在内的孪生数据映射,构建虚拟滨江区的模型化表达,完成洪涝发生事前、事中、事后阶段物理滨江区与虚拟滨江区之间的双向映射和交互防治,并对滨江区洪涝过程进行预演,实现对滨江区洪涝灾害的自动监测预警,形成洪涝应急处理预案。系统上线以来,滨江区洪涝处置耗时缩短50%,排水效能有明显提升,严重积水点减少60%以上,能够推动跨部门协同治理,提升城市洪涝防治能力。

目的分析慢性心力衰竭(CHF)合并心房颤动(AF)患者血清微小核糖核酸(miR)-126、miR-222与心功能和主要不良心血管事件(MACE)的关系。方法选取2020年1月—2022年10月徐州医科大学附属连云港医院心内科收治的CHF合并AF患者120例为AF组,根据纽约心脏病协会(NYHA)心功能分级分为Ⅰ级22例、Ⅱ级29例、Ⅲ级26例、Ⅳ级43例。随访3个月,根据是否发生MACE分为MACE亚组和非MACE亚组;选取同期收治的未合并AF的CHF患者100例为非AF组。另选取同期医院体检健康志愿者80例为健康对照组。检测并比较3组及不同NYHA心功能分级CHF合并AF患者血清miR-126、miR-222水平;分析CHF合并AF患者血清miR-126、miR-222水平与NYHA心功能分级的相关性;多因素Logistic回归分析CHF合并AF患者发生MACE的影响因素。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清miR-126、miR-222水平对CHF合并AF患者发生MACE的预测价值。结果血清miR-126、miR-222水平AF组<非AF组<健康对照组(F/P=277.894/<0.001、410.653/<0.001);血清miR-126、miR-222水平Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级依次降低(F/P=147.517/<0.001、115.625/<0.001);CHF合并AF患者血清miR-126、miR-222水平与NYHA心功能分级呈负相关(r_(s)=-0.501、-0.496,P均<0.001)。随访3个月,CHF合并AF患者120例MACE发生率为31.67%(38/120),NYHA心功能分级Ⅲ~Ⅳ级和N末端前体B型钠尿肽升高为CHF合并AF患者MACE的独立危险因素[OR(95%CI)=1.872(1.381~2.538)、1.002(1.000~1.004)],血清miR-126升高、miR-222升高为独立保护因素[OR(95%CI)=0.679(0.535~0.862)、0.531(0.379~0.743)];血清miR-126、miR-222及二者联合预测CHF合并AF患者发生MACE的AUC分别为0.734、0.741、0.839,二者联合优于各自单独预测效能(Z=4.235,4.136,P=0.013,0.014)。结论CHF合并AF患者的血清miR-126、miR-222水平降低,与心功能降低和MACE发生有关,血清miR-126、miR-222水平联合检测对CHF合并AF患者MACE具有较高的预测效能。

Effects of TiB2 Content on the Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Low-Cobalt Ti（C,N）-TiB2 Cermets Fabricated by Vacuum Hot Pressing

Ti(C,N)-TiB2 cermets were fabricated from Ti(C,N), TiB2, Co and WC powder mixtures via a vacuum hot pressing process. The influence of TiB2 content on their microstructures and mechanical properties was investigated. As a result of the elevated TiB2 contents, two types of corerim microstructures were present in the Ti(C,N)-TiB2 cermets, and remarkably improved mechanical properties were achieved. With the increase of TiB2 content, the flexural strength, fracture toughness and hardness of the Ti(C,N)-TiB2 cermets first increased, and then decreased, while their relative density consistently decreased. Attributed to an integration of the intergranular and intrangranular fracture behaviors, the Ti(C,N)-TiB2 cermets with 20 wt% TiB2 content exhibited the best overall properties with the relative density, hardness, fracture toughness and flexural strength at 99.3%, 1 995 HV, 7.92 MPa·m1/2 and 1 114 MPa, respectively. The underlying mechanism for their enhanced properties was studied in detail.
